I stayed for 5 nights in the Studio Suite and absolutely loved my stay to the degree that I would say it’s my favourite hotel of all time. The suite was beautiful with thoughtful touches like fresh flowers, a handwritten note and fruit plate. Also a free mini bar (first items). From the bed to the shower to the kitchenette, everything was perfect. It was also so soundproof!

The suite was an amazing deal given the access to the executive lounge! Wow, we had complimentary happy hour cocktails and appetizers daily and a more intimate breakfast some days. The Buffett was also amazing with tons of choices.

Staff were so lovely and accommodating including an incredibly generous late check out which I very much appreciated.

Outside of the lobby is the walkway to the MRT and 1 Utama mall. Incredibly close and convenient.

I can’t wait to come back! My highest recommendation for this amazing hotel!!

Room was nice size and had a room with a great view. One of the evenings enjoyed good entertainment near the lobby area where there was a brother and sister performing ballads of familiar songs. Hotel is conveniently located near to 1U shopping mall and the MRT station, which provided for good connectivity and choices of activities.
The hotel staff are courteous and efficient, and supervisor present during checking in was very helpful and attentive.

Reasonable priced five stars luxury. I come to malaysia for Medical procedures. Staying for two weeks. The space is ample. Both the bedroom and the restroom. The room is spotless. The daily housekeeping staff are quick and efficient. Daily refill bottles drinking water.

My room is on the high floor, quiet and I can see outside from the window.

There are total 6 elevators goes up and down. I never have to wait more than a few minutes.

Connecting to the Utama 1 mega mall by bridge, and to the MRT station as well.

If you don’t mind commuting, want to stay out of the heavy traffic jam in KLCC. This hotel is a solid choice.

My only complaint is the bed is on the hard side. The front staff can be better trained. During the checked out, they asked me to pay tourism tax, which is paid by Expedia. I have to present my reservation that stated the tourist tax is been paid. Also, the local government has implemented a small resort charge per room per night, starting in January of 2026. I wasn’t aware of that till check out. The hotel staff should have informed me before hand.

Other than that, I would recommend this hotel.

If you don’t want to spend a fortune to stay in a decent five stars hotel. You can accept commute. This hotel offers greater value.

Great location adjacent to Bandar Utama transport station and ginormous 1 Utama Shopping Centre. Unlimited dining options! A quick undercover walk to both but passes a poorly operating sewer of some sort.
Good house keeping and bell hop but reception service was patchy.
Bathroom plumbing requires maintenance. Both sink and shower areas not draining efficiently.
Notwithstanding, good value for money and would return.

Room is big and clean. We had a problem with the shower. Water does not drain properly in the shower and accumulates. The water overflows into the toilet area. We asked for the issue to be fixed and were told that the issue has been fixed. However, the issue was not fixed. We were offered to change room very late at night and we do not want to change room in the middle of the night. Overall it is not a pleasant experience… imagine having water up to you ankle while showering. Yuck.

Grand lobby, impressive decor. Front desk assistant spoke English in soft tone and at times, unclear to me.
Stayed at triple deluxe room on the 16th floor. The bathroom was flooded with water at least 2 inches in height. The water took at least half an hour to clear the bathroom. For a few stars hotel, this shouldn’t have happened!

Location was a great. If one like to travel to central of kl there is the MRT station five minutes away and is walkable all under cover. If travel to other part of Malaysia you can get to subang airport with in 20 minutes. So convenient. Check in the staff is very helpful, concierge help to deliver your luggage to your room. The breakfast was great too.

The huge One Utama shopping centre is just a few minutes walk on an undercover passenger bridge, same as to MRT station. Complimentary parking for friends who were visiting us. Highly recommended if you want to stay in PJ.

This is a 5star hotel with all facilities. The gym is excellent and the pool is fantastic. Dining options offer a buffet breakfast, buffet lunch and buffet dinner with lots of variety. Seniors 60+ gets 50% off which is a real treat!
There is a covered linked bridge from the hotel to one of the largest mall which is in the area. It’s very convenient with a 5-7 minutes walk. The mall has 40+ restaurants and also a food court. Food variety is aplenty!
The hotel staff from the bell boy to front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff, their services are excellent and exceptional. They are always smiling, polite, courteous and friendly and never fail to enquire if everything is good.
The hotel also provides free transportation to a few other mall locations nearby. Parking is complimentary to guests as well.
All in all, I’ll give this hotel an A++. I’ll definitely book this hotel again!

Lots of parking space.

Only issue is the quality of the bed and pillow. Bedding is firm, but does not feel like individual pockets. Even an infants movement can be felt through the whole bed. The pillows did not offer enough neck support.

Beyond that, in terms of pricing, location and breakfast spread, it's a solid 4 to 4.5 stars. Improve on the bedding, and it's a solid 5 star

Stayed at this hotel last year when run by Avante. Looks exactly the same but service not as good. One day our room wasn't made up, despite a request and the room being free. The towels are worn. Buffet breakfast layout is spread across a very large noisy room, so you got your 10,000 steps in just getting tea and toast!
Staff were friendly and efficient. I just feel the standard has dropped since last year .
Perfectly situated for getting around with the Train station being a stones throw away and connecting bridge to 1Utama shopping mall

Very grand reception area makes you immediately impressed but that’s as far as it goes. Dinis room is enormous and evening meal just average. Service pretty poor standard too. Breakfast below average, stale bread, stale pastries. If you want noodles and rice with curry you’re catered for… breakfast? No thanks. Pool a bit dirty and building works happening right next to it. Bedroom basic, dirty tile grouting, old thin threadbare towels. Air conditioning in room was in need of a service, smelled stale - made my nose sore. Roof top terrace “sun deck and bar” closed indefinitely according to front desk.
All in all, not a great experience.

It was such a great experience and the staff were attentive and friendly. The location is good for families and we loved the pool. The only downside was the breakfast buffet was mediocre. I would appreciation fewer options if each option was done well instead of so many things to choose from and none all that great.

Requested for a quiet room and got it. Everything that I expected of the hotel was still there including the courteous and professional staff.
Hotel should consider installing fast charging points for EV drivers. That would make a big difference if fast charging facilities are available at the hotel carpark

Conference rooms were as cold as 14C. Rooftop restaurant/bar was closed the entire 11 days of my stay. Pool bar often had no cold beer at all, and when it was stocked the choice was between two average international brands. Room was great but air conditioner made a constant dripping noise - I slept with a pillow over my head every night.

The only set back will be the carpark that guest required to validate every time you leave the carpark. Suggest hotel to provide a complimentary carpark pass for the guest to use during the duration of the stay. Overall thank you for the hospitality.

M world hotel stay for my little family of 4 was amazing! The staff were very professional, kind and polite. The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were very nicely kept and maintained. the food was delicious and a lot of variety.

It is a 5mins under cover walking distance to the MRT and shops.

My family will defiantly be staying here again without a doubt!
