Had higher expectations - but all in all was okay. The actually chalet was nice and clean and spacious even if only 20 square meters. Kids animation and staff was grand. Cars on premise are not allowed - but the train that was the only form of transportation around the resort only passed by every 20 to 30 minutes which was annoying. Food options very very expensive for not so good quality and variety. Had difficulty for my child to eat as gluten intolerant. Pools all close at lunch time - and so does the market - which is quite inconvenient. Overall at main pool not enough lounge chairs considering compacity and people. Often times we were on the floor and couldn’t fully enjoy the experience. Some staff members at the pools and main bar were quite rude which was dissapointing.

Lovely family stay in a well serviced resort. Choice of restaurants and pools were good. Staff helpful. The chalet could have had a few more basics as not even a cloth at the sink to use. Also, a few things were more expensive than you thought… mini golf expensive and the buffet is pricey so you have to be very hungry to get your moneys worth! The staff work hard and it’s a happy place to relax and enjoy the beach.

This property is beautiful, but it’s not for everyone. It’s basically a big camping site for families and kids. No privacy at all as people are next to you and can see your whole room (bedroom)if you open the curtains. I thought I was getting a hotel room at a beach resort but it’s just a camping site with bungalows. Not a HOTEL. Big mistake.

We stopped at Paradu to finish up an extended European holiday with our 3 and 5 year old boys. I highly recommend. So family friendly! Lots of activities for the kids. Great pool and beach. Kids Club was available down to age 3 - ours didn't love it, maybe a bit weirded out by the Italian language. Braver children probably would have been fine. There is a bracelet swipe system so you don't have to carry cash. The chalets are very small, but they do the job.
In terms of food, the pizza restaurant was delicious. The a la carte was good as well, and nice for the kids to play on the beach while we finished a leisurely dinner. The buffet we ate at for lunch and dinner, and really weren't impressed. It was a buffet, I guess.
Overall, a wonderful experience! The staff absolutely make Paradu what it is! Definitely go if you have little kids, especially if you've been doing more grown-up, adventurous travel.

Fam of 5 + nanny ended up here randomly because \"in town\" hotels were all booked. Rented a 3 bed cabana and it was a small but clean and great place for family. Positives - good rooms for the price, tons of families, off the beaten path, amazing beach, forest setting. Negatives - have to pay extra for pool and other facilities, food wasn't great but rooms have stoves and town are not far. We were the only Americans around and not a lot of English spoken, but enough to easily get by. We extended our stay and stayed for 2 nights to enjoy the awesome beach.

Overall, very good. We are English and the evening entertainers -- who were very good - spoke only in Italian and German. Not happy that we had to pay 50 Euros for a cleaning of the Room at the end of our stay. No cleaning was done while we were there by the staff. Not fair that you have to pay per day per person to be part of the Club [when we did not even use it]. And to have to pay 20 Euros a day for a bed on the beach or by the pool is also not fair. That said, the earlier bad reviews are totally unjustified. The staff were very nice indeed. The entertainers and sports persons were very hard working.

Schöne Häuser. Sehr sauber. Der Pool könnte aber erneuert werden. Hier sind einige Platten e in Fach nicht vorhanden und die Kids können drüber fallen. Essen zu teuer und nicht gut.

Die Anlage ist weitläufig, sauber, grün und gepflegt. Der Strand ist ebenfalls tadellos sauber. Das Apartment (1 Raum mit Kochnische, Bad und Terrasse) war klein, feucht und dunkel. Die Küche ist nur marginal ausgestattet.

Wir haben ein paar Tage im Paradu EcoVillage verbracht – als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern – und insgesamt eine schöne Zeit erlebt. Die Anlage ist sehr groß, aber gut durchdacht. Ein kleiner Zug fährt alle 10–15 Minuten durch das Resort, was das Fortbewegen angenehm macht. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Nähe zum Strand. Der Privatstrand ist sauber, das Wasser ebenfalls – ideal für Kinder, da es sehr lange flach bleibt.
Etwas enttäuschend fanden wir allerdings, dass Sonnenschirme und Liegen täglich extra kosten (ab 25 €/Tag), was bei einem hauseigenen Strand zu teuer erscheint. Unser Chalet war praktisch eingerichtet und grundsätzlich sauber, aber nicht perfekt – es roch leicht muffig und an einigen Stellen hätte gründlicher gereinigt werden können. Für kleine Kinder war das Hochbett im Viererzimmer eher unpraktisch.
Das Personal war überwiegend sehr freundlich. Nur in der OASI-Poolbar wirkte das Team wenig zugewandt. Essensabholungsort war chaotisch und dreckig, das Essen dort leider von schlechter Qualität – und der Umgang mit Lebensmitteln (ohne Handschuhe) unhygienisch.
Schön war dagegen die Bar am Strand mit guter Auswahl und nettem Service. Gefehlt haben uns ein paar Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Essensstände – etwas mehr Vielfalt wäre bei der Größe der Anlage wünschenswert gewesen.
Fazit: Ein kinderfreundliches Resort in toller Lage mit viel Potenzial – kleine Schwächen bei Sauberkeit und Gastronomie, aber insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Es ist Wunderschön, man wohnt direkt im Pinienwald alles ist super sauber im Gelände. Es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar oder mit der Eisenbahn die den ganzen Tag fährt. Super ist die App gelöst mit Vorbestellungen für die Restaurants Kostenübersicht Abholservice Lageplan usw. Unsere Kinder hatten ihren Spaß da es überall Spielplätze gibt und vieles mehr.

es ist eine wirklich schöne Anlage. Die Sonnenschirme waren pro Tag mit 45 € jedoch sehr teuer. Die Abendunterhaltung für die Kinder waren nur auf Italienisch. Unser Haus war leicht schräg. esperienza molto positiva, villette belle e pulite, leggermente piccole, ma si vive di fuori. Personale estremamente gentile. da rivedere la zona degli scivoli, tutto molto provvisorio. Molto bello il mare. Divertente il trenino che passa ogni 15/20 minuti. taglia massima per famiglie, piu' grande risulta dispersivo.

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Resort in einem Pinienwald mit einem Top Strand. Leider trüben die Urlaubsfreude die extrem hohen Preise für alle Extras ( Einaml Minigolf mit der Familie 30€, Bumper Boot fahren 5€ für 3 min). DIe Essens- und Barpreise sind sehr hoch. Leider spricht das \"internationale\" Personal nur italienisch. Die Abendshow der \"Schüleranimationstruppe\" ( nicht ausgebildet) ist so schlecht und komplett unorganisiert und in keinster Weise unterhaltsam. Dennoch kann man hier schön vom Alltag entspannen, wenn man das nötige Kleingeld mitbringt.

Aspetti positivi: posizione, tranquillità, spiaggia ampia e ben tenuta, buona varietà di offerta ristorativa e molto pratico il pagamento con braccialetto elettronico.
Aspetti negativi: pulizia degli alloggi all'arrivo al limite dell'accettabile, ragnatele e polvere. Alloggio con angolo cottura ma senza spazio per mangiare all'interno in caso di cattivo tempo. Peccato perchè il villaggio nell'insieme è ben organizzato. Check-in indicato dalle 15 ma abbiamo dovuto aspettare fino alle 18 per avere il nostro chalet.
Tutto sommato un soggiorno piacevole, ma potrebbero migliorare molto con piccolo sforzo.

Schönes Ressort, Chalets im Wald verteilt, Chalet ausgestattet mit kleiner Küche, grosse Terasse mit Liegestühle und Tisch. Auf dem Gelände hat es drei Hauptrestaurants, ein kleiner Minimarkt, Pools etc. Am Strand gibt es ein privaten Bereich (Preise für Liegen ab 35€ mit Reservation). Es gibt aber auch den öffentlichen Strand mit Liegen für 25€. Leider waren wir enttäuscht vom Check-in. Wir kamen um 17 Uhr an und unser Chalet war noch nich bereit. Wir mussten 1.5h warten. Das Ressort hat eine eigene App mit allen Infos und für die Reservation der Restaurants. Leider funktionierte diese App aber nicht einwandfrei.

Man muss auf den Wegen immer Platz machen, was umgekehrt wünschenswert wäre.
Hierbei ist noch speziell zu erwähnen, dass die im Grunde autofreie Anlage vom Personal in Höchstgeschwindigkeit mit den Fahrzeugen (Müll, Versorgung…) befahren wird. Wir hatten immer ein schlechtes Gefühl, wenn die Kinder alleine unterwegs waren.
Es gibt natürlich sehr positive Ausnahmen beim Personal!!

Die Chalets sind toll: sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet mit ausreichend Stauraum und einer großen überdachten Terrasse. Man muss ein bisschen Glück mit der Lage haben, denn die schöne Anlage ist in einem Pinienwald und sehr weitläufig, da können die Wege schon lang werden. Wir hatten Glück und eine sehr gute zentrale Lage, nicht zu weit weg vom Restaurant oder von der Poolanlage/Strand. Und auch nicht direkt am Hauptverkehrsweg, denn da fährt ständig mit relativ lautem Gerumpel der Shuttle-Zug.
Was gut ist, dass man die Verpflegung täglich frei wählen kann, da kann man flexibel auch mal auswärts essen gehen oder sich ggf. im Chalet selbst versorgen. Denn ganz günstig ist das Essen nicht (Frühstück 12€, Abendbuffet 29€ pro Person), aber vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis dann doch ganz ok. Qualität sehr gut und reichlich Abwechslung und Auswahl. Was sehr teuer ist, sind die Bierpreise (5,50€ für 0,4l), da kostet das Bier ja auf dem Oktoberfest weniger!

Un bel villaggio.
Un posto molto bello immerso nella natura ed il mare a pochi passi.
Nei Bungalows metterei delle tende totalmente oscuranti nelle camere da letto. Il trenino che gura nel villaggio è molto utile per spostarsi da un lato all'altro del villaggio in quanto molto grande, però è rumoroso al suo passaggio, quindi risulta di disturbo nelle ore del riposo, mattina presto (inizia il giro alle 7:30) e nel primo pomeriggio (nel caso si volesse riposare). Inizierei più tardi alla mattina e sospenderei per un paio d'ore nel primo pomeriggio.
Il personale davvero molto disponibile e gentile. I bungalows belli, confortevoli e moderni. Vengono forniti solo lenzuola ed asciugamani all'arrivo (noi abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti).

Il punto di forza di questo villaggio/resort è sicuramente quello di essere immerso in una pineta molto ben conservata, dove le strutture si inseriscono in generale con rispetto della natura. Tuttavia la definizione di \"ecovillage\" non è completamente veritiera: la raccolta differenziata non è sempre rispettata dal personale, il caffè al bar della spiaggia è in capsule, non c'è attenzione ai prodotti del territorio. Non abbiamo provato i ristoranti, ma i punti ristoro per la colazione e il pranzo vendevano cornetti, panini e snack dozzinali a caro prezzo... insomma, da questo punto di vista molto orientato al turismo straniero, per noi italiani un po' deludente. Consiglio inoltre di chiedere sempre quali servizi sono a pagamento e quali no, per evitare sorprese.

Check-in von 16.00-18.00 Uhr. Wir konnten nach 1 1/2 Stunden Wartezeit unser Mobilehome beziehen. Nur eine Zwischenreinigung für 12 Tage Unterkunft, viel zu wenig. Zusätzliche Reinigung kostest 30 Euro. Fast kein Stauraum im Haus. Allgemein sehr kleiner Wohnraum.
Buffetrestaurant sehr gut aber eher teuer, auch für Kinder. Im Pizzarestaurant gibt es ein
Kinder-Pastagericht für 12 Euro, nicht angemessen. Vier Sterne rechtfertigen einzig die entsprechend teuren Restaurants.

Wir waren zu Dritt mit einem Kind zu Besuch. Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Das Essen etwas teurer als ausserhalb, aber dafür von guter Qualität und reichhaltiger Auswahl. Take Away Möglichkeiten in der Pizzeria fanden wir perfekt. :-) Die Bungalows sind sehr gut ausgestattet, neu und modern, sowie klimatisiert. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

Our chalet was very new and extremely clean. Despite that the air conditioner resonated badly, kitchen table had been pulled off the wall and door handle was about to loosen. We were there 4 nights and luckily got 2 nights without a neighbor ´cos there are 2 apartments in Pianosa chalets which is a detail we didn't get in beforehand. The apartments aren't very well soundproofed and you can't sleep as long as the other guest is using his kitchen. Our terrace was also right next to the other without any visual barrier (some terraces have and some are even on different sides of the chalet) and the train of the resort went by every 15 min right before our terrace from 8 am to midnight (in the dark the signal light twinkles through the curtains very clearly). We thought we were going to a place with a bit more privacy and were surprised how close the chalets were each other and how big the resort was.
The beach was clean and shallow and nice for kids but waves made it hard to swim everyday. There are a lot of activities also as well as restaurants but the pizza take away system is crowded. You couldn't always make an order even for next evening. The parking lot is crowded too and our rental car got scratched by an other car there. Their billing system tried to charge us of our stay even if we had paid through ebookers and it took a while for them to solve that (preventing also the web check out).

Dove alloggiavamo era molto tranquillo (vicino alla reception), si poteva raggiungere il posteggio a piedi in 2-3 minuti. Pulizia buona. App per prenotazioni OK. Abbiamo spesso mangiato all'esterno della struttura. Cameriere della pizzeria non troppo cortese come l'addetta alla cassa del bar zona piscina vicino alla spiaggia.

Einmal, das reicht!
Nun, es waren langersehnte Ferien nach der Covid Pause. Die Anlage ist hübsch und nett gestaltet. Preis/Leistung ist in unserem Fall total überzogen! Wenn man dann mit anderen Spricht und merkt, dass sie 1/3 des Preises bezahlt haben, stösst das sehe sauer auf. Dynamic Pricing ist ok, aber nicht so. Für uns leider das erste und letzte Mal. Das Team welches das Morgen- und Abendbuffet bediebt ist unhöflich. Man braucht min. 15 Min Zeit einen Kaffee zu bekommen. Guter Ideen, lieblos und unfreundlich umgesetzt. Natütlich gibt es auch Ausnahmen im Team.

Richtig schöne Anlage im Pinienwald. Auch der Strand ist schön mit flachem Wasser. Schöne Unterkünfte. Sind nicht riesig, aber man ist ja eh die meiste Zeit draußen. Das einzige was gefehlt hat bei Urlaub in einer Weinregion, waren Weingläser.
