Situated in the countryside away from the main roads , Alle Scuole is a great place to stay - it even has an elevator !

The manager waited for us just a little after 9pm (which was the limit for the check in timing) and we highly appreciate that gesture

The room was very clean and quiet, and we loved the decor (plus the banana bread!)

Thank you once again for the lovely stay and we hope to revisit in the future ;)

Beautiful place to stay

Beautiful traditional style house, large airy room, rural setting so very quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately workmen arrived early morning to begin essential work on the roof.

Bologna stay

While we only stayed one night, the property was exactly as described, was out in the rural setting, had a nice outside area and was overall a great place to stay. The only complaint if you call it that is that the rooms are not very sound proof so we could hear everything going on around us. Other than that it was a great place to stay and we recommend it.

Great Hotel, Frindly staff, can't find any fault

I had a great stay at this hotel, it is super clean. Having not too many rooms makes this hotel intimate and extreamly pleasant.
My only issue is the location as I was on business and I found it a little too far from every where. Best advice is to definitely hire a car to really enjoy your stay there.
The staff are absolutely wonderful and they like to say yes .

Room 13: (2 nights) For some reason room was hotter than outside, making us sweet even with the small fan on. Wallis are paper than, as we can hear snoring of the guy in the next room, You need to have car to reach Bologna so is not convenient as parking is expensive 20euro for 8 hours. Will not use again

Great litte hotel

This was our second stay at Residence Alle Scuole. We arrived late due to accidents and bad weather on the autostrada so we should have missed the check-in time. The owner very kindly still allowed us to check, even though we hadn't been able to contact him to let him know of our late arrival.
The hotel is comfortable and set in some lovely countryside but still close enough to the airport to make it a convenient stopping off point if you have an early morning flight to catch, as in our case. The hotel is also great if you want to explore the local area as it's situated half way between Bologna & Ferrara, within spitting distance of Venice and Ravenna.

Nice Country Hotel on the Outskirts of Bologna

This pleasant hotel occupies a former schoolhouse (hence the name), but it's thoroughly modern inside. Located in the countryside on the outskirts of Bologna. Good for those traveling by car, but you may need GPS to find it.

Bon séjour au calme dans la campagne proche de Bologne. Proche des grands axes routiers donc très pratique pour rayonner entre Bologne, Ferare et Ravenne. Quelques bons restaurants aux alentours et le calme absolu!

N accepte pas les ckients apres 18h00 ..

N accepte pas les clients apres 18h00 ( 22h 00 avec un surcout de 20 euros) apres 22h00 cherchez un autre hebergement. Le prppretaire me dit m avoir envoye un message le matin meme.... le Hic c est que je suis parti de la maison a 1 h 00 du matin pour rejoindre l aeroport distant de 400 km.... Je n ai donc pu lire ce message qu a Moscou...J ai contacte par mail le propietaire qui m a tout bonnement repondu aqu apres 22h il ne recevait plus de clents. et que c etait bien precise sur son site
L arrivee de mon avion a 22h30 rendait deja impossible l arrivee dans les temps a l hotel
AUTRE Hic...
premierement on ne compulse pas systematiquement le sitye des hotels qu on a reserve..
Secondo ...apres coup , je constate qu il est precise la limite de temps pour recevoir les clients.... on peut le voir mais UNIQUEMENT lorsqu on finalise la reservation.....IL EST ALORS TROP TARD .....
Bref c etait la premier fois que j essayais ce genre d hebergement.....PREMIERE, UNIQUE et DERNIERE FOIS

un endroit parfait pour des vacances en famille.
l'ambiance ainsi que le lieu sont très atypique car c'est une ancienne école fermé depuis 30 ans puis joliment et ingénieusement réhabilitée en chambres d'hôtes. l'entrée est magnifique et l'escalier central est à couper le souffle !
Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien agencées et très propres. La salle d'eau est grande et fonctionnelle.
La cuisine est pratique et se fait très discrète car elle est intégrée au mobilier.

*Petit cadeau bonus, Alessandro, le propriétaire de l'hôtel a eu l'extrême gentillesse de me souhaiter mon anniversaire en m'offrant une délicieuse bouteille de Prosecco afin de fêter ça ;-)

Endroit parfait pour relaxer et se ressourcer.

Prenez note que cet hôtel est en banlieue de la ville de Bologne. Vous pouvez prendre un taxi en partance de la gare pour environ 25 euros. Sinon, il vous faut prendre l'autobus 356 au terminal pour environ 3 euros. Vous débarquez devant l'église de la ville de Lovoleto, prenez le chemin à côté de l'église et marchez durant 10 minutes. La résidence sera à votre gauche.

Boloña en familia.

El hotel es excelente. No le puse seis estrellas porque no se puede. Todo está impecable. Limpieza, recién remodelado, todo nuevo. Alessandro además se ocupa de detalles que en otros lugares no tienen en cuenta. Fui con mi esposa e hija de a año y medio. El lugar está alejado de la cuidad pero cerca de la autopista. A nosotros nos vino bárbaro porque era muy tranquilo el lugar. Tenía mucho verde alrededor. Tiene una heladera en la habitación, nosotros compramos algunas cosas para desayunar y abajo tiene una máquina de café por cincuenta centavos. Recomiendo este lugar 100%.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo in tutto! il proprietario è una persona gentile e molto disponibile cosa non facile da trovare al giorno d' oggi. L' hotel è pulito e le camere confortevoli ci sono state date indicazioni su tutto quello che ci serviva che dire il super del super !bravi davvero ritorneremo sicuramente!

Vi var meget glade for at bo på dette hotel. De ansatte, og især manager Alessandro var yderst hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Der var altid rent og pænt, og der var ikke så mange andre på hotellet, da det er et lille hotel - så altid stille og roligt.
Helt klart et sted vi kan anbefale, hvis man som os synes det er dejligt at bo lidt ude på landet. Det kræver dog at man har bil til rådighed

Bellissimo soggiorno

Sono stata in questo B&B per un viaggio di lavoro. Il proprietario, Alessandro, è stato gentilissimo e molto premuroso. La camera era molto spaziosa, confortevole e pulita. il paesaggio circostante era molto rilassante.
Il B&B è situato vicino ad Agriturismi e osterie davvero eccezionali!

Ruhig und empfehlenswert

Alles okay, mussten bei der Hotelsuche allerdings zweimal nachfragen, da sehr abseits gelegen. Hinweisschilder (auch vor dem Haus) wären hilfreich. Wir blieben nur für eine Nacht, günstig auch für die Erkundung von Bologna über mehrere Tage.

siamo arrivati con un ritardo incredibile sull'orario concordato ed abbiamo trovato un'accoglienza ed una gentilezza da lasciare stupefatti.L'ambiente ci è subito apparso caldo senza essere lezioso, la stanza era perfetta e ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio.La sensazione è stata quella di arrivare in una villa di campagna nella verde Inghilterra, ospiti graditi e apprezzati. Si può volere di più?

Que des compliments a faire concernant tous les points.
Un seul bémole/ Isolation phonique tres mauvaise....Dommage que ce point pourtant important n'ai pas été pris en consideration lors des travaux de renovation pourtant récents.

Brevissimo soggiorno ma bell'hotel!

Molto disponibile il gestore per la mia entrata notturna (chiave presa durante la giornata) e per problemi con pagamento attraverso la mia carta di credito. La hall non è aperta di notte, purtroppo.

Ci sono stato solo 6 ore, di notte, ma camera grandissima e in generale hotel molto accogliente. Albero di natale (primi di gennaio) e pianoforte nell'hotel. Molto isolato nella campagna, quindi silenziosissimo.

Gestore molto gentile. Hotel posizionato in luogo tranquillo, ma facilmente raggiungibile. Camera, bagno e biancheria, tutto molto pulito.
