This hotel is a really good choice for families with kids like ourselves. The hotel has many facilities for children such as: petting zoo, kids spa, indoor and outdoor playground, kids swimming pool, kids cooking class, etc.

Hotel was bad. Sheets had stains on them. Toilet was making a sound the whole night. Hair everywhere. Room was not cleaned very well. Staying for one night is okay, but not for very long. Would not recommend going to this hotel.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Don't let the reviews fool you. I booked a family room for 5 nights. When we arrived, the hotel lobby was still ok. Check in was smooth. However, after being given my room, everything went downhill. After getting out of the lift at level 3, the first thing that caught my attention was the dirty carpet. We had to walk quite a distance to our room and throughout the corridor that we walked, all we could see was the stained carpet. When we first entered the room, we were greeted by a foul smell. The carpet in the room was badly stained as well. The bedsheets and towels were dirty and stained too. The toilet had foul smell as well especially at the sink area. The floor next to the toilet bowl had black stains on them. The walls were in bad condition and the toilet bowl was dirty as well. We couldn't see at night as for some reason, we could hear birds chirping outside the window throughout the night. The next morning, one of us woke up with rashes due to the dirty bedsheets in the morning.
We decided to check out after 1 night stay due to this bad experience and had requested for a partial refund through Expedia but was told that the hotel management refuse to approve the refund.
My advice is NOT to be swayed by the 3 beds provided for the family room as the actual live-in condition is the total opposite as the photos seen on booking applications. At check out, the manager refused to meet me to hear my concerns and messages left unanswered!

What a great place to stay for your family
It was an amazing experience. I stayed at family suite. The room was very large with 1king size and 2queen size bed. It also has a very large tub and shower that you can choose for your preferences. All the amenities provided including the towel provided was very hygienic. It was wrapped up in a seal plastic bag. If you have kids this is definitely a place to stay. On

Stayed here with 4 friends in a family suite (1 queen size bed and 2 single beds) during the Ramadan period. Buffet spread had wide variety. Service was impeccable, staff very friendly. Help provided via the reception whenever we needed more information for tourist attractions such as Keraton Cliff or Hot Spring.
Hotel is also very environmentally conscious with regards to linen and towel usage. Of course, that being said, they are flexible and cater to your needs.

Overall is nice about this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is not spacious as I expected. They had various food for breakfast. I had late lunch (tomyum and white rice) ala carte at the hotel restaurant and later that night I got food poisoning. Unfortunately the day after is my journey home. The receiptionist just said sorry when we told them while checking out. Can you imagine, without energy (because I can't eat or drink anything) I need to travel home. I hope they do something to pleased me after the complaint. I won't go to bandung again.

stayed for a week we had really good service in the Restaurant for the first three days then the waiter was on rest and there was another person not as attentive, we filled in a survey that day and the following day the standard has substantially improved so we where very happy that they took note. Hot water was a bit lukewarm for showers but you can not have everything for the price we paid.

The best thing had to be the breakfast spread. Location was quite central. Good money changer just across the road.
(-) Swimming pool's water was icy-cold! Room has no view as it was right across the other rooms, so we had to close the curtains all the time. Hotel is pretty new, so many taxi drivers are still unsure of its location.
But overall, definitely a good value for money and a good experience.

The hotel is fairly new and modern. The room is clean and the bed is quite comfortable. The staff was very courteous and tried to accomodate our needs. Breakfast is great but i would like to see more traditional indonesian food. However check in was a bit slow, parking and vallet system is not simple. The parking staff did not know we were staying with them. Major turn off was it was not easy to get around anywhere by foot even to the nearest shops, the pedestrian path is full with street traders, rubbish is everywhere. Traffic is so bad as it is always traffic jam almost no room for pedestrians to walk safely. My recommendation is don't cime to Bandung during holiday and rainy season.

All was nice except for the shower area in the room. While showering, water on the floor does not drain well and collected in the shower area. Got to ensure maintenance team take care of this issue.

The hotel is pretty new and its operation may not be 100 percent ready. I had to wait for almost 1 hour to get the room ready, although arriving at 2 pm. This also happened to others.
The room is clean and the bed is awesome. Other than, there is nothing extra for a 4 stars hotel.

When we arrived, it was late for us to check in. Although there's some miscommunication in the transaction in the system, the staffs were swift in verifying it and on top of that they upgrade us from deluxe to a premium room. The room was spacious as it is still a pretty new hotel. It just had a soft launched when we were there and yet to have a official launching. Although most facilities are still upgrading like Gym etc. it still provided us with a five stars ambiance. The staffs were professional handling every situations faced. The breakfast was good and varieties to choose from.
