All over was nice except the toilet seat, stained yellowish colour even though the staff had tried scrubbing it. Convenient for shopping, karaoke and cinema.

Not worth it's price. Needs to be slashed at least by half to be compared to other good hotels in this city. But yeah they need to improve on the cleaning. The smells and the interior of the rooms. The WiFi is up to 4096 kbps only. The breakfast is great though

Need to change the hair-dryer to a better type. My room hair-dryer not that good.
Need a door bell. Everytime whenever somebody knocking on my neighbour's door, it sounds like someone is knocking on my room door.
Overall I'm satisfied with the service and happy during my stay.

I stayed in Sensa Hotel Bandung,Indonesia from May 29th - June 4th 2019 book through ORBITZ,but I decided to extend until June 9th then go back home to Savannah,USA.
This hotel is incredible for overall The management,marketing team especially Ms.Rani who handled my son graduation party on May 31th at Shanghai Room,F&B Team Mr.Lucky The Sous Chef,Mr.Asep his assistant and all entire F&B Team,front desk,room service,securities even the spa team.
I am so impressed when met the owner Mrs.Elly so humble n down to earth person,she loves the employees and her guest,I could see by my eyes how see did every morning come to the beautiful and bunch of foods at the breakfast area on the side of nice swimming pool on the 3rd floor.
Sensa Owner and team member you guys are ROCKS

I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

Pros: Staffs were helpful and friendly. Truly appreciate it that they helped to pack breakfast for us when we had to check-out at 6AM.

Cons: Condition of amenities could be improved. For e.g. shower in the room was faulty & overall hotel feels worn out.

Very comfortable. We got free upgrade to Senoir Executive Rm with beautiful view over looking Bandung city. Hotel staff were friendly and attentive especially Mr Dea who was very kind and caring. Room was very spacious, bed was comfortable and good variety for breakfast just taste can improve further. Noise from other room can be heard especially by dragging chair. Overall Sensa hotel has beautiful design, quiet and great ambiance. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Very good location. Bear shopping mall n plenty of food. Grab at rupiah 50k from airport to hotel n rupiah 22k fro. Hotel to airport. Check in is a breeze. Breakfast good too.

It's right in the middle shopping/eating area, but the room should be sound-proof, we can hear kids running aroung & make noise outside our room, furniture heavy & make a dragging sound, should have rubber pads under its legs, over all rooms/hotel very good to stay

Hotel is situated near to the mall. Everything is there from places to eat and also supermarkets. Hotel food itself was great. From their breakfast and also their room service. If you want convenience, this hotel is great. Their staff are all polite and nice. Had a great experiance staying at Sensa Hotel. Will definately come again!

Amazing 3nites 4rooms stay, for family of 8. Friendly, warm hospitable service. Wide varieties of delicious breakfast spread. Sensa kitchen specially prepared 8sets of breakfast upon check out, as we left hotel 6am for our early morning flight 8.40am. Journey btw airport and hotel less than 30mins. Excellent Ciwalk busy shopping district with affordable prices. Many restaurants for dining and entertainment such as family karaoke and movie theatre. Traffic jam esp in e evening.

Excellent Location and Clean Hotel

absolutely love my stay at Sensa Hotel. Very conveniently located within Ciwalk with easy access to food and shopping and there is taxi stand within a few hundred metres. Breakfast was great (local cuisines, arabic food, fruits, salads, eggs station, dessert, good coffee and tea).
Wifi not very strong though. room is spacious and neat and clean. Overall, was a comfy stay.

Hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping mall where you can get massage, food, pharmacy so easily.
Room is clean and spacious with king sized bed, equipped with toiletries and good quality slippers. Breakfast is great, with good variety of Bandung & western food, wide selection of chilis & pastries.

Like a rewind honeymoon

Simply outrageous as this is my first time staying there and it was marvelous experience.The x factor that made our trip enjoyable is this hotel amenities is simply super as Cihamplas Walk and eateries just below the hotel.This is the place to stay if you are thinking of shopping and eateries and happenings.You will never feel regret.

It is really nice place and exactly located in a famous mall in Bandung. Unfortunately the pool time is limited and for ppl how are in business trip it is not usfull.
