This hotel is gorgeous, from the immaculate and very interesting grounds (jogging path through the jungle section, formal gardens and agro-forestry garden) to the incredibly patient and highly courteous staff.
We loved the included bike tour and garden tour, complete with fruit tasting from their crops. The shuttle bus down to Ubud was also very useful. The staff for these these activities deserve special mention.
The food was really lovely, with the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant on the 3rd floor being particularly noteworthy.
Staff took care to check in with us every few days and ask, for example, if there was anything else we wanted for breakfast which was not already provided. We couldn't think of anything as so much was choice was already provided!
Touches such as mending my glasses beautifully, when I asked had only asked for some tape and flowers after I needed a plaster and some antiseptic after cutting myself on an outing made us feel very looked after.
It is certainly an oasis of calm!

5 stars! Beautiful hotel with first class service. They had a kids center for kids and an onsite petting area with various animals. Their breakfast and dinner buffets were also amazing and the room views are spectacular!

My family recently had the pleasure of staying at Padma Hotel Ubud, and it was absolutely wonderful! The breathtaking surroundings provided a truly relaxing atmosphere that made our getaway unforgettable.

We felt pampered throughout our stay, especially with the phenomenal spa and kids' club that catered to all our needs. Our room was impeccable, offering the perfect blend of comfort and luxury.

One of the highlights for my daughter was the amazing towel creations crafted by Oman. She was always excited to see what new creation awaited us each day!

I must also commend the fantastic team at the lounge. Widali, Sapitri, Neisani, and Elta went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt special. Their friendly demeanor and attentive service made dining a delightful experience, and they were always ready with great recommendations and warm smiles.

Overall, Padma Hotel Ubud exceeded my expectations in every way. I can't wait to return and experience it all over again! Highly recommended!

Huge rooms, huge bathroom, very clean facilities. Lots of choice for breakfast. Room service is top tier. Staff went above and beyond. We felt like royalty. My friend celebrated her birthday here and it was perfect. Hotel is about 40 mins north of Ubud centre bit remote but views to die for. Very peaceful and serene. I will return.

Amazing experience at The Padma Ubud Resort.

My wife and I had a grand time staying at Padma Ubud. The staff were very attentive, educated us about everything regarding the resort, and made us feel welcomed. This was our first time in Bali and we will definitely come back to Bali and even stay at Padma. I loved the floating breakfast. Ovi assisted us at the floating breakfast. It was secluded and very tranquil. The views of the jungle were absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast overall was excellent at the Puhu and by the breakfast bar. Staff and service were excellent. The spa treatment was extraordinary. The room service late at night was superb. The pool was warm and did not disappoint with the infinite edge. I didn't like the taste of the burger I had and the manager took it off the bill. I insisted on paying for it but she said not to worry about it. I appreciate that level of care and concern. I loved the chicken malinese that was my favorite afternoon dish although all the food was delicious. That was the one dish that made me feel like Padma made sure that although there was a variety they cared about clients feeling like they had a home away from home regarding food choices. I love Padma and I will make this my staple hotel when visiting Bali. I originally wanted to stay at the Apruva Kempenski in Nusa dua. We visited for dinner at the koral restaurant and it was very disappointing. We came back and had room service at Padma. I'm glad I chose Padma as my hotel in Bali instead. Thank you Padma.

My husband and I came here for the 2nd half of our honeymoon. The property is gorgeous!! Very beautiful hotel. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful place to stay and want to stick close to the resort, this is a very good choice. My husband and I didn’t realize how far from Ubud this place is, and if you don’t reserve a spot on the shuttle in advance you are stuck at the resort all day. Also, the last shuttle back to the resort in the afternoon is early, so unless you find transportation on your own you can’t stay out late to enjoy the nightlife. My husband and I were getting cabin fever and asked if we could use credit for our last night to use at their other resort near Seminyak. We figured their company wouldn’t be losing any money, and we’d be happier with more to do. They said No. We said we’d forego our last night there and asked if they could give a discount at their other resort. They said No. In the end we just forefeited our last night, booked a ride with Bali’s form of Uber, and stayed somewhere else completely. It was just disappointing how rigid they were. Also, some of the things they advertised were not as nice as they sound, like the driving range, the animal farm and a portion of the walking path was closed. Again, if you’re happy with just staying at the pool all day then it’s a great choice.

Padma is a true oasis. It is far from the airport but is in the center of the island and within an hour or so from the northern beaches, Hangara gate, terraced rice paddies and numerous temple.

We regret booking for two nights AMAZING RESORT

One of the best stays we ever had. The property had picturesque views, a true top Balinese style hotel. Many activities for kids from fishing, fruit picking, eco-farming, and even Santa came around. Great activities for Adults too.
What was truly exceptional was the service from the staff, especially Elta the Guest Relationship Manager. My son had a Bali Belly and was feeling unwell and the resort's clinic looked after him and the hotel even gave him handpicked flowers as a get-well-soon. Our only regret was that we only booked for two nights wished it was longer.

The room is spacious with balcony. The breakfast has a lot of option and taste delicious. We really enjoy our stay.

We loved our stay. We were amazed at how beautiful the resort was. The service was impeccable. We were greeted with warm genuine smiles from all staff wherever we went. It was truly a treat to be there. We loved the free activities on offer, especially the yoga classes, which were located by the bamboo nest (amazing structure!).

The food was great but if I had to say one thing, I felt the Indonesian food was westernised and could be more authentic.

Only one small detail about cleanliness was that I noticed some of the areas in our room were dusty.

We highly recommend this resort and will be back for sure.

Service was great. They catered for most people there which i was really happy to see. For kids and animal lovers- animal farms, fish ponds and feeding time for fish. Other activities also provided by hotel. Free shuttle into Ubud. Had a romantic dinner and was absolutely amazing!!

Padma is by far the best resort I have ever stayed at. All the staff are all so welcoming and the service was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. The room was as expected as shown in photos. I highly recommend staying here if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Padma is a gorgeous property situated north of Ubud. The location makes it an ideal spot to hike up Mount Batur.

The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. We loved our morning breakfast in the club room. Our only regret was not spending more thime here.

I've been to a few five-star hotels around the world, and this one is probably the best. The closest to paradise that I've been to. The size of the hotel is huge, with beautiful gardens, bamboo forest, animal corner, restaurants, gym, infinity pool, activities, etc.
The fantastic service is also worth mentioning, always with a smile.
The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but with so much to do in it and with a free shuttle to Ubud, this is not an issue.
I'm not surprised that it was voted as the 22nd best hotel in Asia.

Great hotel

Very nice property, great service, great atmosphere. However a bit far-away from Ubud, the timing of the provided transportation is limited . I stayed at Padma for 7 days, way too long. I’d say 4 days maximum, after that it gets boring.
