The room is very spacious with a mini kitchen. However, they mentioned no cooking is allowed. Ms Regina lee from the front desk is very helpful and make our stay even more pleasant! The only down side is they do not provide full size bath towels, and only medium size towels.

Beautiful sunrises and large space.

The name of the hotel was only on Korean so upon arrival I had to google image the exterior of the hotel. Check in was easy, the room was so spacious. Everything was large from the bathroom to the TV. It was an open plan bedroom with a kitchentte. The window (balcony door was lovely, overlooking the carpark, sea and udo). We had trouble opening the balcony door, it was very tight to slide open. Sunrises could be seen. There is a small GS25 a stone thrown away and restruants a short drive away.

Adequate stay with ocean smell though

Expect the basic as it is more of a resort style. Has an overall fishy smell as it is very near the ocean. Good if u are planning to drive to sunrise peak which is nearby.

The room is spacious with good sea view. A mini kitchen is also an added value. It is overall fine but a bit overpriced as there is no amenity facility and the breakfast is substandard.The location is far from major tourist spots. You only go out with taxi if you do not drive.

photo gallery of hotel booking is so much better than the reality. poor air conditioning even the weather is not too hot, can't imagine how hot it is at real summer.
no one fix or clean the room during our 3 days stay but it never mention at booking website. dirty towels.

Instead of \"resort\", it's just subpar budget bnb

I had stayed 3 hotels in Jeju before stayed this hotel as my last night in Jeju, and this is the most disappointing one among all with simliar price tag USD120. The room assigned was not clean, there were few dirty marks on the floor, the toilet was very simple, and there were some used soap & toothpaste were not trashed. The kitchen accessories were not clean and some were greasy. The windows were blur with dust..

Reported to the hotel staff, a clean lady come to clean the floor only... all these stuff made our stay not comfortable at all

A Relax break

This was my second stay in this hotel. There're more shops opened nearby and getting more convenient. Customers are mainly local people, they are not noisy and friendly. It's an enjoyable stay. If hotel can provide daily room cleaning services, it would make the stay more comfortable.

Clean apartment-kind resort in relaxing area

Stayed for 2 nights in Triple Room. Clean and bright light, very good. Besides the open kitchen was really good for us to cook at midnight. Staffs were very helpful and friendly even their english is limited.
The view bit disappointed us as couldn't see the Sunrise Peak directly, also bit too far to walk there(took us half an hour). We wanted to call a taxi but the reception wasn't 24hrs so we had to walk to Sunrise Peak in very early morning.
There's a bus stop (named xxx High School) about 15 mins walk, but at first it took us 30 mins to get there because normally travelers won't know the fastest way to walk through residents' farm.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to those who wanna stay out of the city. Better with a car but I think it's not necessary if you enjoy walking around like me. There's a good \"black pork\" barbecue restaurant nearby, around 20 mins walk or 5 mins drive. Ask the hotel staff they will tell you.

Room with great view

Hotel is along the coastal route and room is facing the sea which offers a great view of the Sunrise Peak and Udo Island.
Room was clean and spacious for 2~3 people.
Location of hotel is about 10mins drive to Sunrise Peak and the wharf to Udo Island.
Hotel staff was friendly and recommended a seafood eating place. Even made a call to the place to inform the restaurant to take us in as the last customer (we arrived at night)
The hotel provided breakfast the next day which is nothing to shout about. very basic menu with eggs, sausages, toast, porridge and fruits.

Pleasant stay at Areumdaun Resort

Hotel staff recommended a traditional seafood place near by (5 min drive) that was yummy and not too expensive. He even called to help us check if the restaurant will still be open by the time we reach. The restaurant owner was kind enough to look out for us and lead us into the restaurant when we reach. Nice gesture.

I agree with other reviews that the breakfast got old quickly. However, we thought the resort was very nice, clean with spacious rooms. It was a little farther from Seogwipo than we thought but super close to Seongsan Ilchulbong and the aquarium. Plus great views of the water! Four nights and no room cleaning, just clean towels so that would have helped. Overall, great stay.

Amazing view but extremely poor room

I paid SGD120 per night hoping to get a comfortable stay with my wife during our second honeymoon in Jeju, Korea but was greeted by disappointment. The room is like any AirB&B that i've stayed in, the first thing the receptionist told us was \"Sorry, no room service, apartment style\" and she can't understand some basic english which is tough.

There's nothing near the location at night, only a 24hrs convenient shop which also with shop attendant that can only understand very basic english.

No doubt, the stay was bad, no room service, stinky room, oily utensils, but the Sunrise was amazing.

Somewhat more a Roadside Motel than Resort

Disappointed with motel, this is clearly not a resort and will not recommend to travellers. There are better options further along the south coast. Room is on par average with motel category. Certainly not resort style. View towards sea is nice but right in front of your view is the lovely carpark and major road. Oh breakfast, what a fantastic choice for diners, NOT. It was miserably poor in choice, a sad looking bun, some green, small piece of orange, and a piece of sliced spam. Was left hungry and disappointed. This is not a resort, search 'Haevichi Resort' in the same island, and this can take claim of the title 'Resort' but not Areumdaun Resort (Roadside Motel).

Großes, geräumiges Zimmer mit wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer und die Insel Udo. Wenn man möchte, kann man am Strand spazieren gehen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Convenience Store, was sehr praktisch war. Einziges Manko war der Bewegungsmelder am Eingang, der auch anging, wenn man nachts auf die Toilette musste. Das Bad ist geräumig und der Wasserdruck der Dusche super!

城山日出峰の近く

市内からちょっと離れていますが、近くにビーチがあります。有名な城山日出峯からも車ですぐの場所にあります。値段の割に部屋は広々として、テレビも大きかったのはありがたいです。ただ、防音性が完全ではないのと窓は二重になっていても外から丸見えなので注意したいところです。

생각보다 넓은 룸에 만족했습니다,
이불 푹신하고, 메트리스는 물컹하지도 딱딱하지도 않은보통? 이였고

청결상태는 음, ,커피포트에 찌꺼기? 있었고 욕실에 곰팡이? 뭐 이정도는 울 집 화장실에도 있으니 별로 문제 없었어요

하지만 가성비 생각하면 굿초이스
2일 연박했고 확실히 서쪽보다는 사람이 적었고 동문야시장 왕복2시간 이였습니당

이동시간이 좀 그렇지만 재방문 의사있습니다하

인접지역을 접근하면서부터 인근 바다의 썩은 조개껍질(??) 냄새로 인해 처음부터 입지가 좋지않다는 느낌 + 더운데 창문을 열었을때 썩은냄새가 실내로 들어와서 창문을 열수가 없었고 청소상태등을 봤을때 에어컨 관리상태가 의심되어 켜지 않고 잠. 다행히 날씨가 무덥지 않아서 더위는 참을만 했다는 것이 천만다행으로 생각됨
호텔 들어가서 방바닥에 널려있는 과자 부스러기 등의 청소가 안된 느낌이라 불쾌함
베개 및 이불과 수건 등에 붙어 있는 타인의 머리카락과 이염으로 인해 불쾌함
내부설비를 리모델링했다고 정문에 크게 써서 광고하고 있는데 발코니 천장을 그라인딩없이 페인트만 덧칠해서 발코니 바닥에 널브러져 있는 페인트 껍질과 천장에 벗겨진 페인트가 너덜너덜
친환경인지 경비절감인지 모르겠으나 면도기 및 칫솔이 없어서 로비에 문의했더니 없다고 하는 것 까지는 좋은데 그럴거면 호텔개요에 없음으로 표기해주면 미리 준비해갈텐데 설비에 있는것들만 표기되어 있는 것을 꼼꼼히 따져보지 못하고 갔던 실수를 후회하게 됨. 미리 없음을 알려주면 손님 스스로가 자책하지 않았을텐데라는 아쉬움
청소불만을 제기했더니 미안하다는 말도 없이 와서 지적한 부분만 쓸고 감. 물걸레로 청소하는 것도 아니고 어이없음. 다음날 보니 외국인이었음을 알게 되었기 때문에 이러한 불쾌감은 풀어지긴 했으나 그래도 여전히 기분이 상쾌해지지는 않았음.

너무 더러워서 힘들었어요 애들 데리고 갔는데 위생상태가최악이었어요 날개미도있어서 그거잡느라신랑은 잠도못자고 베개는 흰색이검은색처럼 오래된데다 커튼은 무슨 한20년넘은싸구려모텔에있는 느낌...물은1분마다 수압이줄었다나왔다 ..빨리 하루가지나가길바라며 있었네요
치킨을먹는데 치킨까지맛없게만드는숙소..다신안갈거예요

성산 근처에 가성비 높은 숙소입니다.
앞에 전망이 좋구요.
배드상태 깔끔. 푹신하진 않아요.
화장실. 좀 고칠곳. 곰팡이는 보이지만 전반적으로 만족스럽습니다. 가족과 가시려면 가격 위주가 아니시라면. 비추이고요. 가성비를 따진다면 이만한 곳이 없다고 봅니다.
시국이닌만큼 외국인은 없었고. 그래서 더 좋았네요.

객실이 바다전망이라 좋았습니다. 객실에 작은 주방이있어 상당히 만족스러웠어요. 커플 여행객보단 어린아이를 동반 한 가족, 친구들과의 우정여행객들에게 추천합니다.

그중 하나가 생선냄새 때문에
역겨웠다
물론 방을 바꿔주긴 했지만
미리 체크가 되었더라면

들어가자마자화장실을들어갔는데작은바퀴벌레를봤다ㅠ저녁아침해먹으려고준비해왔는데도저히못해먹을거같아어쩔수없이저녁만대충해먹고~아침조식5000원주고먹었다

편하게 있다 갑니다

일단 주차 시설이 넓습니다
서비스도 친절하고 객실 상태도 매우 깨끗하게 유지 되고 있었습니다
냉장고, tv, 에어컨, 침대, 식기류, wifi 모두 준비되어있습니다
옆방과의 방음도 괜찮은편입니다
조식도 준비를 해주는데 전날 식권을 구매해서 드셔야합니다

위치도 괜찮고 방 크기도 널널하고 좋았어요. 5명이 쓰는데 화장실이 1개뿐이라 조금 불편했고 침대가 오래되어서 머리쪽에 가죽껍질?이 많이 벗겨져서 찜찜했어요. 전반적으로 깔끔하지만 낡은 느낌이에요

총 3박 묵었는데 매일 청소를 해주시진 않아요(날짜를 정해서 따로 정리해주십니다) 쓰레기와 수건은 매일 교체해주시구요. 호텔 서비스를 기대하시는 분에게는 비추하지만 저는 아침도 포함된 합리적인 가격에 아가랑 같이 쓰는 숙소라 방크기도 위치도 최고라고 생각합니다

뷰가 환상적인곳이었어요. 방도 넓고 ㅋㅋ 청소만 완벽하다면 정말 좋았을법해요!!!! ^^☆

디럭스룸에서 숙박했는데
뷰도 좋고 다 좋은데
청소가 잘안되어있는지...
날파리들이 하수구 위로 올라오고
벽에 먼지 등 엄청 많았어요
그점만 제외하곤 괜찮았어요
참
물은 돈주고 사야해요
다행히 가까운곳에 편의점이 있어서 다행이었는데
(걸어서 갈만한거리)

조식은 5000원이라는데 생각보다 많은 종류는 아니었구요

엄마와 자매들이 여렵게 시간 맞추어 온 여행입니다.
조식포함 된 숙소를 찾던 중 성산일출봉과 가까운 거리의 아름다운리조트를 알게되었습니다.
저렴한 숙박비 만족합니다.
숙소 바로 앞에 바다가 있고, 성산일출봉과도 5분거리에 있어서 좋았습니다.
6명 숙박이었는데 침대 2개, 이불2 있었지만 불편했습니다.
차라리 방이 따로 되어 있었으면 하는 아쉬움이 있었습니다.
우리는 다행히 일찍 식사를 하러 갔지만, 조식시간에 늦게 온 손님들은 죽이 일찍 떨어져서 불만을 토로하는 모습을 봤습니다.

가격대비 만족도 괜찮습니다.

성산쪽에서 가까워서 좋았습니다. 조식은 가격이 저렴한대신 토스트, 커피, 죽, 시리얼, 우유, 주스. 귤정도 있었고 간단하게 즐기기에 좋았습니다.
객실만석인 경우 주차가 좀 힘들었던점, 갑자기 화장실불이 안켜져 당황했던점이 (금방해결해주시긴했음) 있었습니다. 아일렌드 식탁과 의자가 있어서 편리했습니다.

바다를 향해있어 탁트인 경치가좋았고 인근에 식사할곳이없어그런지 조식포함인건정말좋은듯요.먹거리 많지않아도 아침 먹고나가니 좋아요.다만 전면주차장이나 바깥쪽에서 보면 실내가 너무 훤히 보여서 별하나 뺍니다
