There is a 7-eleven in the lobby, which is very convenient. The facilities look clean and well maintained. There are washing machines available 24h which is also convenient, though there were only two washing and two drying machines. Plenty of parking space outside and some underground.
A point to be aware is that there is a window between the shower and the bed space, the frosting on it is not enough to have privacy, in one of the rooms we stayed there was a curtain on this window, but the other room didn't, sharing this space with friends awkward.
Another point is that it wasn't clear that the rooftop pool was going to be closed during the time of our stay, we were expecting a resort like experience but it wasn't what we got.

This is the first hotel where I did not get provided with a bath towel. Also no aircon was available during the stay. They have aircon but we werent allowed to use it during the stay. Not recommended. Limited english speakers as well.

The hotel was excellent. I really appreciated the service and location. The staff at the roof top pool (the one who wears glasses) was extremely hospitable. 아이들에게도 너무 친절하시고 서비스도 너무 감동이었어요. The view from the roof top is the best. Breakfast was also great. I will visit there again!

Check in was easy. The staff seem very kind. Parking wasn’t horrible either. It was a dirt lot across the street but it was easy to park in and get out of. The room was clean and had a brilliant view of nearby Seongsanilhulbong. There was a small patio to walk onto but it was too cold. The curtains in the room were great. Any sun was blocked out well. It was very quiet, too. We like dark and quiet when we sleep and this was perfect. The breakfast buffet was nice, too. Roughly half and half western/eastern style. There wasn’t a huge amount of options but it was filling none the less with good taste.

The only bad thing I have to say is that the shower leaks a lot into the bathroom and the seal around the bottom of the shower must not have been very good as the area of the carpet in our room that was up against the shower became very wet when we showered. This is my one and only complaint. Everything else was great.

직원 친절했고, 주차도 편했습니다. 위치는 성산일출봉에서 가까워서 좋았고, 1층에 있는 편의점도 편해서 좋았네요. 가성비로는 최고인 듯 합니다. 나중에 루프탑에 있는 풀 이용가능하면 다시 한번 와바야 겠어요 ^^ 아~! 주차에서 나올 때 뒤쪽? 경사가 너무 심해서 운전 조심히 하지 않으면 승용차는 밑바닥 다 긁을 것 같아요. 바닥에 하얀선을 그어놓았지만, 호텔 밖으로 나올때는 그 하얀선이 보이지 않아요. 그것만 빼면 다 좋았습니다 ^^

특히 베란다에서의 일출 과 성산일출봉 전망이 좋았습니다.
다만, 배관소음이 너무 심하여 숙면을 취하기에는 매우 좋지 않았습니다.
새벽에 윗층?에서 샤워하면 .....퉁탕퉁탕 그 소음이 정말 너무너무...뭐라 말하기도 그렇네요.

성산일출봉이 가깝고 아침에 멀리 보이는 바다와 불어오는 바람이 기분좋았습니다 다만, 저같은 경우는 평일 단기 연박을 했는데 청소인지 다른 객실 이용자인지 쿵쾅거리는 소리가 계속 들렸고 5층이었는데 담배 냄새도 올라오더라구요 샤워 헤드기의 수압과 물줄기는 대만족했습니다
다만 객실 내가 좀 어두웠어요 해가 잘 안들어서 손빨래 한 속옷이나 양말도 건조에 3일정도 걸렸어요 무엇보다 조식... 메뉴에 큰 기대는 없었지만 음식 리필이 너무 더뎠어요 토스터기마저 작동이 잘 안됐고 우유도 안 나오도 참.. 정말 새벽같이 먹고 가셔야하는 분이라면 근처 아침식사 하는 곳 많으니 든든하게 드시길 바랍니다
직원분들이나 호텔 카운터 계시는 분들도 참 친절하셨어요!

같은 가격 대비 서귀포나 제주에 있는 호텔들에 비해 서비스와 조식등이 너무 부실했습니다. 가장 좋은 방으로 예약했는데도 불구하고 샤워기 헤드는 깨져서 물이 새고 비데기는 고장 나서 프론트에 얘기해서 고쳤어요. 프론트에 직원을 볼 수가 없었어요. 무엇보다 체크인 시 직원이 하나도 바쁘지않은데도 손님들에게 키오스크로 체크인을 하라더군요. 바쁠때는 키오스크로 체크인을 할 수는 있지만 프론트에 직원이 버젓이 있는데 손님에게 키오스크로 체크인을 하라는 것은 좀 아닌듯합니다.

Hotel sucio, antiguo, mal localizado. Personal ausente en todo el proceso de check in y check out. Habitaciones que huelen fatal, a húmedo, con óxido en la mampara y la madera del cabecero rota.

The hotel was in a very quiet and peaceful location. Convenient store at the same building, next to the reception. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming.

We also recommend to try out a restaurant called “Devil (something)”, one of the best meal! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place!

Bare find et andet hotel

Da vi kom var værelset enormt beskidt med støv overalt, fugtigt gulvtæppe, affald og en brusekabine som ikke var rengjort. Vi talte med receptionen om dette og viste dem billeder, og de fortalte at de ville sørge for en deep clean. De kom også og støvsugede igen, men brusekabinen var ligeså beskidt efter og der var fortsat støvet alle steder.

Ved tjek-in fik vi afvide at de rengjorde værelser hver 3. dag, men rengøringen kom først igen 5 dage efter den såkaldte deep clean.


Poolen skal du betale for at bruge, hvilket ikke fremgår af hotels.com. Når du så har betalt for at bruge poolen skal du betale yderligere for at benytte solsengene.

På værelset udleveres kun små håndklæder og ikke badehåndklæder, ønsker man et badehåndklæde, skal man betale for pooladgang.

Morgenmaden er super kedelig og du kan nemt bruge et af de lækre bagerier ikke langt derfra til meget billigere penge.

Derudover er hotellet generelt bare ret slidt og beskidt. Der er mange hunde på hotellet. Og den ene dag havde en af dem skift foran elevatoren, og det lå ihverfald i nogle timer uden at blive fjernet.

De ansatte er søde nok og løsningsorienterede, men rammerne spiller bare ikke. Bare vælg et andet hotel.

I can smell it when door open my room first time.
It feels like animal smell things.
My floor is 9th.

After 1hour refreshing, smell no longer anymore.

Parking space was good.
Breakfast was not bad as well.

Pool exist, but no information I found.
I already booked this hotel more than 2month ago. They serviced room for build view side.

This point actually minus.

냉난방 조절 불가

방 온도 조절이 안되어 냉방에서 자서 감기걸렸습니다.
며칠전 냉방만 가능하도록 조절해두어 난방이 안된다는 호텔 측 설명이 있었지만 옷 두벌을 껴입고 잤는데도 걈기가 걸림.

上層階のオーシャンビューをおすすめします

　バス停が近所に数カ所あり、多方向に向かうことができて一人バス旅には大変便利で立地がよかったです。チェックイン時のフロントの女性が笑顔で迎えてくださってとても感じが良かったです。他の方の口コミにあるように施設自体が古かったりタオルがボロかったりはありましたが我慢できないほどではありませんでした。窓からの景色は隣のホテルが視界に入るのは気になるもののとりあえず城山日出峰はちゃんと見えました。早朝は海から昇ってくる朝日も部屋から見えてわざわざ暗い中海岸で待機しなくてもばっちりよい写真が撮れて大満足です。韓国のYouTuberがコスパのよいホテルとして紹介してるので探して見ていただければわかりますが特にオーシャンビューのお部屋はほんとに眺めがいいのにお手頃な宿泊費で大変価値があると思いました。オーシャンビューで上層階のお部屋が取れるならまた泊まりたいと思います。

숙소가 가격대비 완전 갑이네요.
직원들 매우 친절하셨고 필요 물품 대여도 다
가능했구요. 바다가 살짝 보여요 먼발치서.
제주도에서 저렴하면서 이만큼한 숙소가 없는거 같애요.

1박 숙박한 곳으로 청결상태등 컨디션은 나쁘지 않습니다
방음이 잘 되지않는점이 아쉬운편입니다
욕실에서 다른층 물 사용하는 소리며 잠을 설쳤네요
조식은 미리 예약하면 1천원 할인해서 11000원입니다
식당 찾아가기 힘들면 그냥 편하게 먹을수 있는 느낌입니다

성산에 오면 늘 오게되는 호텔이예요
시설이나 침구가 괜챦아요
가격에 비해 대체로 만족이예요
그런데 이번에 수건이 너무했어요
거의 걸레로 써도 모자랄것 같은
낡고 뻣뻣하고 색까지 시커먼
수건을 얼굴에 대기가 싫을 정도였어요
다음번엔 수건을 반드시 교체해야겠어요

재방문의사 있음

전체적으로 깨끗하고 만족 스러웠습니다.
특히 침구상태가 최상이었네요. 직원분들도 친절했습니다. 다음에 재방문 의사 있습니다.
단점으로는 바닥이 카펫이라 제 취향은 아니없고 테이블이 없어서 간단한 음식 섭취시 약간 불편함이 있습니다. 호텔의 문제점은 아니었지만 호텔내부 세븐일레븐편의점 알바인지 점장인지는 모르겠으나 굉장히~~~~~~불친절하고 표정도 최악이었습니다.(라면 구입 후 젖가락을 안가져가서 몇시간 후 다시 내려가서 요청했는데 엄청 띠꺼워 하시더라고요)

그리고 도보가능한 주변 맛집 꽤 있어요.

가족여행

주차장 진입로가 한곳이라서 잘못진입시 회전을하고 다시금 진입을 해야하는 번거로움이 있으니 조심해야 될것 같습니다. 그 외에는 다른숙소보다 쾌적하고 친절하게 응대해주셔서 편안하게 잘 이용하다 왔습니다. 날씨가 좋았다면 별구경도 같이했을텐데 아쉬움이 남아있지만 그래도 편안하게 잘다녀와서 좋은추억 남기고 왔습니다~^^

성산일출봉이 정면으로 보이고
너무 좋았어요.
흠이라면 호텔 인근에 식당이나
편의시설이 없어 차몰고 일출봉
입구 먹거리 골목까지 가야하는
불편함이 있어요.

어매니티의 전반적 수준이 너무해.

3인가족여행 숙박. 청소상태는 보통이고 전체적으로 좁은 편. 어매니티는 수준 이하. 제공하는 수건이 우리집 수건보다 더 낡은 수건이라 깜놀. 샴푸, 바디워시, 작은 비누, 녹차티백 몇개, 물3병과 종이컵이 전부. 1회용품 없애는건 좋으나 호텔 어메니티가 이렇게까지 없는 곳은 처음이었음. 이 호텔 숙박에서 유일하게 마음에 들었던 것은 성산일출봉 전망 하나. 재방문의사 없음.
