1.커텐을 움직일때마다 먼지가 좀 있더라고요.
프로젝터로 영상보는동안 휘날리는 먼지들이 ...좀...

2 밤 12시가 넘어서 노래부르는 어떤 객실이 있었는데, 프런트에 전화 할까 말까 하다가 그냥 잠들었습니다.

3 밤 12시가 넘어서 어디선가 들리는 파이프관 울리는 소리.. 어디 보일러실(혹은 기계실이 있는지는 잘 모르니) 같은 곳에서 들리는 소린지 암튼 1시까지 그 소리듣다가 잠들었습니다.

4 냉장고는 5도에 맞춰줘 있는건가요? 전혀 시원하지 않았습니다.

5 탁자위에 있는 스텐드는 어떻게 불을 켜나요? 버튼 찾고 터치 해보다 그냥 포기 했네요. 다음번에 다시 방문하게 된다면 미리 여쭤봐야 할듯요.

6.직원분들은 모두 친절하셨고, 지난 11월도 이번 12월도 아주 즐겁고 편안하게 지내다 왔습니다. 감사합니다.

객실이 좀 작은 것을 제외하면 나머지는 다 좋습니다. 청결하고 조식도 괜찮았으며 공항까지 셔틀버스가 있고 다른 성산쪽 관광지도 가까워 편하게 다닐 수 있습니다.

Our initial room was quite small but we were able to upgrade to a larger room that was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and kind throughout that process and in every transaction during our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The carrot salt bread at the cafe was awesome. And the bartenders were awesome. We had a couple great breakfasts at the restaurant, as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would recommend staying at Playce Camp to anyone!

5성급 숙소를 가도 국내호텔에서는 먼지를 볼 수 밖에 없는데요전 참고로 강박증과 먼지알레르기가 있어서 먼지를 구석구석 습관이 들어서 그런지 저절로 눈에 보여요
이곳 플레이스 캠프 제주 4성급에 준하는 호텔은
국내 5성급에서도 늘 충분히 볼 수 있는 먼지 정도와 약간의
오염?이염이 보여요 자세히 안보면 몰라요 멀리서보면 아무도 몰라요 저는 자세히 그저 습관때문에 보일 뿐입니다. 이런 디테일적인 먼지나 오염까지 잡아낸다면 정말 4성급이 아니라 5성급 +@ 점수를 줘도 부족함이 없는 가성비 숙소라고 생각합니다 . 직원들이 영혼없는 환대와 서비스가 아닌 진심이라고 느껴지는 착가기 들정도로 정말 친절합니다 칭찬하고 싶어요플레이스 직원여러분 장기 투숙하고 무사히 공항운행셔틀버스 잘 타고 가요

The property is located on the east side of the island, a bit far from the airport. That’s the only downside, other than that it was amazing! It’s right across from a quiet black sand beach. The onsite restaurant and GS25 is very convenient.

This hotel is exceptional. Room was wonderful, spacious and spotlessly clean. This hotel lends itself to all types of travellers, with a large variety of activities available depending on what you are looking for during your stay. Although the parking lot was full, the hotel was quiet, and tourist sites are accessible via public transportation or taxi; however, the free hotel shuttle was available for travel to and from the airport, and to local attractions.

Amazing stay, highly recommended

I booked 2 standard double rooms so we each had a individual room to ourselves. I think the room size is just nice for 1 pax. No TV but not a issue for us. The hotel design is very modern and young, I love the vibe especially when the square is brightly lit up in the night. There’s a coin laundry, CS25 and a cafe within the hotel compound. Walking distance to Ilchulbong and Olle track 1, with a number of eateries/cafes nearby. Would definitely stay again if I coming to Jeju.

Lovely staff, cute place, but not so rest-friendly

It was lovely staying at Playce Camp Jeju. We got to stay at the special “art room” which was quite fun, but perhaps too loud in my personal opinion - I like to come back to my hotel rooms to rest. The staff were incredibly friendly but the people who stayed there at the same time as us were unbelievably rude and ignorant. A few of them started smoking in the courtyard where it’s clearly a no smoking area. And there were people laughing and shouting in the hallway at 4am. I had to stick my head out and tell them off. Overall, the sound insulation was done poorly. I would return on my own as a getaway because it was so cheap and the staff were friendly.

Great facilities, Bad Soundproofing

Stayed in a loft suite. Room had an amazing view over Seongsan Ilchulbong, the amenities were nice and bed was comfortable. I was very happy with the place until around 11 pm when the Penthouse Suite (on the upper floor) started getting REALLY LOUD. As in, you could hear crowds shouting and microphones and music and multiple people constantly dragging chairs on the (cement) floors. Calling the reception at 2 am got rid of the loud music, but soudproofing was...not great.

Other than the noise it was a great stay, the complex was well thought out with plenty of activities (not free) and restaurants for solo travellers and those travelling on foot. But I would be hesitant to recommend the place for people looking for a serene night of sleep.

My husband and i stayed in Standard plus Double with Ilchulbong view. Perfect accommodation for those who want to go to Udo Island and Seongsan Ilchulbong Sunrise Peak - 8 mins by bus/car & 25 mins walking distance from hotel. An Instagram-worthy hotel that complete with basic amenities - souvenir shop, coffee shop and bar. I love how the hotel managed to genuinely create an authentic connection between art and interior spaces by promoting local Korean artist's artwork.

It is not that spacious. It was for two person actually, but I think good for just one person. But it is clean, new and well designed. I love their system as well. I could drink beer at 12am at next building' pub, there is no TV though.

저는 2박을 했는데요 첫날 침구에 오물이 묻어 있어서 다음날 교체를 요청했구요... 다음날 깨끗한 침구로 교체가 되었는데요. 체크 아웃 하는날 아침에 온몸에 특히 팔과 어깨 부분에 진드기에 물린 자국이 생겨서 염증과 가려움에 현재도 고생을 하고 있습니다. 어떻게 침구에 진드기 같은 벌레가 있을수가 있을까요? 호텔에서 숙박하고 난뒤 이렇게 벌레 물린적은 처음이에요 침구 관리를 어떻게 하는지 모르겠네요. 다시는 숙박을 하고 싶지 않네요

城山日出峰附近的優質飯店

飯店位於城山日出峰附近，我這次住的房間窗外就可以看見山景和跨年煙火，步行十分鐘可至廣峙其海灘等元旦日出，再走個十幾分鐘則可至城山公園入口、隨後再登上城山日出峰。如果想以城山日出峰為主題好好旅行，個人認為旅店的地點相當方便。

11월에 갔는데 정상운영 같아 보이지는 않았어요.
이용객들도 거의 없고, 직원들도 커피숖외에는 잘 보이지 않았습니다. 숙소는 이박을 하였는데, 화장실 물내려는 하수관과 오수관 소리가 끊임없이 들려서 밤에 잘때, 신경이 거슬렸습니다. 침구류 상태는 좋았습니다.

너무 좁고 청결하지 않음 수납공간 제로. 옷 거는 공간?벽면이 세면대 옆.. 침대 이불 안에서 누구건지 모르는 상의 옷이나 속옷의 사이즈택이 나옴. 언제부터 있었을까. 이틀 묵었지만 청소 놉 떼면 다섯시에도 들어오심. 말 축사? 체험장이 너무 가까움.

주위 식사할 곳도 많고
길건너 10분정도만 살살 걸으면 해변 나와요
성산일출봉 보는데 넘 멋있었어요
룸도 성산뷰
티비가 없어 살짝 당황했지만 그 덕에
성산일출봉 낮,밤,새벽까지 모조리 즐감
일출도 넘 벅차더라구요

스탠다드 더블룸 기준입니다.

가격을 생각해도 추천하기 어려운 숙소입니다. 컨셉은 이해하겠으나 너무 작은 방이라 컨셉이 마이너스 요소로 작용하고 있습니다. 남자 혼자 여행하면서 비용을 절약할 생각이 아니라면 추천하지 않습니다

작은 공간에 많은 방을 만들기 위해 방이 두가지 레이아웃을 가지고 있는데 샤워실이 문쪽에 있는 방은 그나마 괜찮을 것 같으나 침대 옆에 있는 곳은 들어가자 마자 '이게 뭐임?'라는 생각이 들 정도이니 참고하세요.

Place Camp is an relaxing hotel with a casual and chilling out environment. Every single thing in the room is in perfect condition and depicts modernity. Guests should really take their time to wander around and try out all the areas and activities offered by the hotel. It is really valuable that the property has a GS25, a restaurant, a bar, and a bakery.
The only thing I didn't like is that there are not ironing machines in the property, so you must consider that...but definitely I would stay again in Place Camp.

후기가 극과극이라 걱정했는데 혼자 지내기에 딱 적당한 숙소였어요! 도렐, 염세주의, 페이보릿 다 잘 이용했고 편의점도 같은 건물이라 편했습니다. 어매니티는 간소하지만 다 챙겨 다녀서 불편함은 없었어요! 배수관 소리가 좀 들리긴 하지만 크게 신경쓰이는 정도는 아니었어서 강력추천하고있어요 ㅎㅎ

특별히 좋지도 나쁘지도 않은 ..

시설은 깨끗하고 직원들은 친절했으나 기본적으로 방이 좁고 투명한 유리로 된 화장실과 샤워실은 호불호가 갈릴 것 같고 바닥은 시멘트여서 맨발로 다니기는 물론 얇은 실내화는 줌 .. 무엇보다도 줄편한 건 화장실 쪽에서 물 흐르는 소리가 들리는 방음이 잘 안됨

좁은건 알고 가서 괜찮았고 시설내 도렐과 펍 편집샵이 있어서 좋아요 광치기 해변 바로앞이라 성산일출봉 실컷봐서 좋았습니다 다음에도 오고 싶어요

엄마와 이용했는데 기존 호텔과는 다른 감각적인 분위기여서 좋아하셨습니다. 룸 컨디션 매우 청결하고 이불도 포근해요
방에서 빔프로젝터로 영화보는데 너무 좋았습니다 :)
그리고 이곳 캠프에 트윈 베드룸이 없더라구요..? ㅠ 좀 걱정했는데 침대가 커서 그나마 다행이었습니다.

하나 아쉬운게 있다면 디럭스 킹룸인데도 냉장고, 컵, 전기포트 같은게 구비되어 있지 않았어요. (온장고만 있는데 온도조절이 안되서 미지근합니다.) 충전기 대여 서비스도 없습니다.

캠프 전체에 볼거리와 카페, 편의시설, 프로그램등을 이용하기에 좋아서 재미난 공간입니다 :) 냉장고와, 충전기만 보완된다면 매번 묶고 싶을 숙소가 될 것 같아요~!

방음 전혀 안됩니다
호텔에서도 층간,벽간소음을 겪네요 ..
복도 나가면 어느방에서 무슨얘기하는지 다 알수있어요
디퓨저도 하나 없어서 처음 들어가는데 꿉꿉한 냄새가 너무 났어요

숙소의 위치, 뷰, 가격, 컨셉은 아주 마음에 들었으나 이 건물 자체가 흡음 방음이 전혀 안됨.
철골을 타고 베게 속으로 귓가에 굉음이 파고 듬. 이건 겪어보지 않으면 모를 극 스트레스.
스위트 동의 경우 4층이 펜트 하우스 2-3층이 듀플렉스 스위트 들인데 가족단위 여행객들은 거의 이 동을 쓴다고 볼때, 스위트 룸들은 아랫층에 객실이 없고 현관이므로 타인에게 피해 줄 일은 없음. 그러나 펜트 하우스는 누군가 밤, 이른새벽에 뛰기 시작하면 아랫층은 그냥 헬임.
이건 건물 자체의 결함인듯하여 어쩔수 없이 이용객들에게 소음자제 시간 안내 등 개선할 점들이 보임.

위생이 조금...자려고 누웠는데 벌레를 봤어요 곱등이인가..,.? 자다가 엄청 놀랐네요. 그리고 화장실 커튼으로 되어있는데 너무 불편해요
