Short break in Jeju

Very basic amenities. Small bath towel provided, with a huge bathroom with no shower cubicle. Entire bathroom will be wet after a shower, without dry space. Bed is basic and mattress is quite old and can feel the spring.

The rooms are clean. They don't clean the room unless you ask. The bathroom is Korean style, so nothing is separated but it is spacious enough that you can shower without everything else getting wet. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. There is a fridge and TV in the room, as well as an extra chair and a rack to hang clothes.

There is a cafe in the lobby. There are two convenience stores nearby - one on the property and one within 5 mins walk. Other than that, restaurants are kinda sparse, especially in the off peak season when the few that are around may be closed.

This hotel is better for families/ groups and a car is definitely needed.

Good hotel for comfort stay, 7-eleven is downstairs just Incase you need something to munch late night and etc. The wall are a little thin soundproof not that strong, you can’t hear voices but if someone is stomping or moving things around you can hear it clearly.

Isolated Hotel

The hotel is very isolated and is not suitable for someone without a car. The room is of a good size but most of it is empty floor space with no comfortable seats. This is very inconvenient and means that you have to sit on the bed. The bathroom is a \"wet room\" with no separation of the shower. This means that water goes all over the floor. The towels are very, very small . . . like hand towels! The breakfast is not suitable for western tastes. The quality of the limited cereal is poor as is the bread. The remainder is primarily suited to a Korean customer with rice, soup, etc.

geared toward Korean tourists with own transport

This hotel caters for Korean tourists. The receptionist only spoke to my Korean co-traveller despite the booking being in my (foreign) name and me approaching him in Korean. Room service is only on request and consists mostly of folding wet towels into one pile (not so great if one traveller has skin problems). Bathroom was not cleaned. Beyond soap and wall mounted (but not labelled shampoo and conditioner) no products and small towels only.
Nice balcony with views across to Udo (if you book ocean view rooms) but no chairs to sit outside or in the room. The pool is a kiddie pool only.
If you do not have your own car, it is about 15 minutes walk to the bus stop, about 2 hours from the airport. No bike hire etc. at the resort. Also very limited restaurant options in the nearer area.Breakfast is buffet option with standard Korean warm food and coffee from sticks.

Room was very traditional Korean. No large towels to use after a shower, the shower was the bathroom with the toilet and small sink in there. The air did not work well, we were unable to get the room down to a comfortable temperature. Bed was very firm. Breakfast was decent.

가족여행에서 1박

여기 주변이 고급진 호텔이 없는 느낌이 있고,
그나마 찾아보다가 여기를 선택했다.
가족여행으로 갔는데 뭐 그냥 쏘쏘함..
나쁘지 않고 딱히 좋은건 모르겠는 그렇습니다.
호텔 직원분 부를 일도 없고 부를 필요도 없었던
호텔이라서 보통으로 리뷰 남깁니다.
호실이 많은거 같은데 주차장이 넓은편이라 좋은것 같습니다. 그리고 편의점이 있는데 11시까지 했던거 같습니다.

정말 넓고 좋았어요~ 바다도 잘 보이구요! 가성비 좋아요! 조식도 푸짐하고 맛있었어요! 다만 난방작동이 고장난 것 같아요ㅠㅠ45도 이상으로 설정해도 따뜻해지지않아서 개인 핫팩 사용했어요~ 그리고 체크아웃 전에 청소여사님께서 문열고 들어오셔서 살짝 민망했어요~ㅎㅎ

숙소나 가구는 좀 낡았지만, 편하게 쉬기엔 좋습니다.
리조트안에 수영장은 꽤 넓고, 공용주방이 있어서 아이와 함께 오신 분들 많으심.
아침조식은 선택형. 사진과는 구성이 다름!(소세지샐러드 주면서, 소세지 구워주는건 뭔지?) 함박볼 그런거 없음.

위치가 생각했던 것 보다 더 안쪽이라 가면서 긴가민가 했는데 막상 가보니 한적하고 좋았어요. 1박이라 평하기도 좀 그렇지만 2-3일 묵는다면 조용하니 쉬러가기 좋을 것 같아요. 성산일출봉까지는 차를 갖고 그나가야해서 도보 이동 가능한 식당 찾다가 주변 돌섬이라는 식당에서 맛있게 저녁식사했습니다. 욕실이 넓지만 연식이 느껴졌어요. 욕실 말고는 만족한 곳이었습니다. 다시 묵을 의향있습니다

친절하고 깨끗하고 정말 너무너무 좋았어요~ 성산일출봉과 우도 뷰가 일품입니다! 다만 오래된 건물이라 리모델링을 해도 어쩔 수 없는 부분이 있는 것 같아요. 욕실청소 상태 깨끗하다고 생각했는데 시선닿는 곳까지만 그렇더라구요. 천장이나 고개들고 보이는 부분은 좀 그래서.. 그런 곳까지 신경써주셨으면 좋겠어요~~

직원분들이나 객실상태를 떠나서 방음이 너무 안됩니다. 살면서 겪은 모든 형태의 건물중에서 제일 방음이 약한듯..
자다가 새벽 4시에 아이들 뛰는소리 + 어른이 소리지르면서 조용히 하라는 소리가 그대로 다 들릴 정도입니다.

아무생각없이 싼 가격에 한번 예약해봤다가 크게 후회했습니다.

방음안되고 위치가 별로

일단 성산근처로 가실분은 이쪽보다는 성산일출봉쪽이 나을것같아요 식당이 주변에 많지않아서 조금불편했고
제일 중요한 방 컨디션.... 방음이 전혀 안됩니다
제가 여태 가본곳 중에 탑으로 소음에 취약했어요ᆢ
그나마 발코니에서 새 소리가 들리는건 너무좋았는데 옆방, 윗방 소리가 너무크게들리고 방끼리 간격도 좁고 요즘같은 시국에도 바로 옆에 다른손님을 배치한다는것이 불편했습니다.

숙소는 전체적으로 위치도 좋고 깔끔하고 좋았어요! 요즘 코로나? 때문인진 모르겠는데 칫솔 안주더라고요ㅠ 그리고 샴푸랑 바디워시만 있어서 머릿결 좀 뻑뻑했고ㅜ 정원뷰라고 했는데 밭? 같은거 있었어요ㅋㅋ그래도 나름 예뻤어요! 저는 두명이서 갔는데 카드키를 하나 주시길래 왔다갔다 거릴일 있어서 프론트에 하나더 요청했는데 추가하는건 보증금 3만원 현금으로 내야한다고 하시더라구요 미리안내를 안주셔서 왔다갔다하는거 시간없어서 그냥 안했어요ㅠ 우도 갔다 와야해서 숙소 위치 이쪽으로 잡았는데 오는 길은 예쁘더라구요 그리고 프론트에서 아이폰 충전안됐어요ㅠ

위치만 좋아요. 성산일출봉 가깝고 주변에 흑돼지 횟집 맛집 많아요. 직원분들은 불친절하시고 리조트 내에 있는 편의점 사장님도 상당히 불친절하십니다.

다음 여행에는 무조건 연박

1년에 3~4회는 제주 여행을 합니다. 최근에 숙박했던 숙소 중 가장 마음에 들었습니다. 바닥 온도 조절이 가능해서 더 포근하게 지낼 수도 있고, 트윈 베드 2개인데도 객실이 넓어서 캐리어 3개 펴놓고도 여유있는 점도 좋았습니다. 전체적인 컨디션이 가격대비 훌륭합니다. 다음 제주 여행은 더포그레이스에서 무조건 연박하려구요. 단, 전기차 이용하시는 여행자 분들은 전기차 충전기있는 것에 선택은 안하시는게.. 렌트카에서 대여한 충전카드로는 이용불가하고 개인카드로 결제해야만 이용가능합니다. 그 점은 단점입니다. 인근에 대여한 충전카드로 이용가능한 충전소는 여러군데 있습니다.

풀장때문에 예약했어요

연박하면 한직원분이 시트 바꿔준다고해서 2틀쓰고 교환요청했더니 안된다고 하더라구요 4박 이상 써야 가능하다고
ㅠㅠ 그거빼곤 대체적으로 나쁘진 않았습니다.
풀장때문에 엘레베이터와 2층 로비에 흙물이 흘러있고
물비린내가 나고, 옆방소음이 있는정도....ㅎㅎ

깔끔하고 너무 좋았어요!
다만 건너편방에서 애들하고 가족들이 온것같은데 새벽1시가 넘도록 소리지르고 난리더라구요..
너무 피곤했어서 말하기도 귀찮아서 그냥잔기억이..
아침에 조식도 카페브런치너무 좋았어요ㅋㅋㅋ
모기가 많다던 후기도 있던데 저 잘땐 다행히 없었어요..

청소를 맡기지 않았는데 청소가 되있어서 놀랬음
하지만 다름날엔 청소가 안되있었다. 아직도 미스테리임

깔끔한곳은 아닙니다.

그리 깔끔하지는 않아요.
들어가자마자 눈에 가장 먼저 띄었던건 많이 구겨져있던 베게 커버와 침대 시트위의 머리카락이었어요.
저는 몰라요. 이전 손님이 쓰시던 베게 커버와 침대시트를 교체하지 않고 그대로 제가 사용하게 된건지 저는 몰라요. 알수가 없어요.
그런데 확실한건 마치 누가 사용 한듯 많이 구겨져 있던 베게 커버와 침대 시트위에 있던 머리카락들이었어요.
길이와 염색상태로 봤을때 제 머리카락일수는 없었어요.
게다가 저는 아직 침대를 제대로 사용 하기도 전이었거든요.


이곳에 숙박한다면 한가지 이유 때문이에요.
저렴한 가격이요.

만약 이곳의 숙박을 고민중이시라면 딱 한가지만 고민하시고 결정하세요.
주변 다른 곳과 비교해 더 저렴하게 예약할 수 있다면 결정하세요.
성격이 깔끔하신 분이시라면 고민하실 필요가 있어요.

가성비좋다는 평으로 기대했는데 딱 그만큼.
일부러 오션뷰 디럭스룸을 예약했건만, 코너쪽 방이라 바다는 절반만 보이는게 전부고 그나마 보이는 바다도 바로앞에 건물이 떡하니 막혀있어.. 이것은 오션뷰인가 건물뷰인가
클레임거니 이것도 오션뷰라 설명합니다
차라리 이런방은 그냥 일반룸으로 빼셔야하지않을까요
체크인할때부터 직원의 형식적+불친절 태도에 기분이 좋지않았던터라 방이 더 실망스럽게 여겨졌네요
화장실은 세모형태라 이상한건 둘째치고 샤워기 방향이 문쪽으로 나있어서 정상적으로 샤워할수없었음. ㅡ 수압마저 쎈데다가 문을향해 강하게내뿜는 샤워물때문에 방까지 물이 들어갈거같아 결국 샤워기 밑에있는 수도꼭지틀고 씻었음.
이 모든 불편함과 실망스러움은 체크인시 처음마주치는 직원들의 냉랭한분위기가 크게 작용했을지도 모르겠다
좀더 친절하기만 했었어도.. 그냥 이해하고 넘어가주었을지도.
그나마 거의 아무도없는 지하놀이방덕에 애들은 놀수있었다는것으로 위안삼으며.

친구와의 급 여행으로 예약해 갔는데 약간 오래된 느낌의 분위기였지만 생각보다 넓어서 좋았어요. 냉장고 앞쪽 문이 떨어져 있어서 프런트가서 말했더니 직원분이 어디 다치시지 않았냐며 저희 걱정부터 해주시더라구요^^
조식은 뷔페식이 아니고 식판에 담아 나오는데 간편히 먹을 수 있어 좋았어요.

가족여행!

호텔 직원분 너무 친절하셨고, 숙소 상태도 좋았어요!! 축축하지 않고 뽀송하니 기분 좋았습니다☺ 단점이 있다면,,, 배게가 좀 높았다는 거..? 이건 개인차니까 어쩔 수 없네요..ㅠㅠ

성산근처라 우도 들어갈때 성산항 여객터미널과도 가까워 좋습니다! 나름 바다뷰라 풍경도 좋구요ㅋㅋ

최악중에 최악

이 리조트는 최악중에 최악이었어요. 제주가 습한걸 감안해도 다른호텔이나 리조트들은 적어도 곰팡이는 없는데 여긴 객실룸에서 공팡이냄새에 담배냄새까지 쩌들어 방을한번 교체했는데 다른방도 똑같더라구요..
그래서 돈더주고 업글한다해도 방이없다해서 2박예약했는데 하루밤만자고 중문쪽호텔로다시예약했어요..
여기는 관리도 너무 안되있고 룸컨디션 정말최악입니다.. 애들있거나 비염있으신분들 절대 가지마세요.. 자다가 곰팡이냄새때문에 로션을 콧구머안에 바르면서 잤어요.. 정말 괴로웠습니다.. 그리구 바퀴벌레가 기어가는걸 징그러잡지는 못하고 휴지통으로 가둬두고 왔습니다 ㅠ

어린아이가 있고, 가성비를 중요시 하시는 분에게는 좋은 숙박시설입니다. 키즈존 편하게 이용잘했고, 주차장에서 호텔 들어가는 입구의 편리성 및 무료세탁방, 부엌 이용, 부담스럽지 않은 조식 등 좋았습니다. 침대 매트리스 비닐소리와 외부와의 방음 등은 다소 불편했지만, 가격대비 감수할 수 있는 수준이었습니다.

시설과 청결은 만족스럽지만 서비스(친절) 불만족.. 물론! 나쁘지는 않았지만 대부분 제주도가 특급호텔을 제외하고는 친절함은 없는 것 같아서 그냥저냥 넘어가게 됩니다만, 정말 불만족 스러운 것은 호텔스닷컴! 후기 남기다가 왜 자꾸 페이지 날아갑니까? 후기 상냥하게 쓰다가 몇 번 날아가니까 좋게 안 써지네-_ㅠ .. 불편을 주는 손님 많다보면 호텔 직원들도 마냥 친절할 수는 없겠죠.. 지치니까, 사람이니까.. 갑자기 직원들이 이해가 가네요.......하지만, 부푼 여행자의 마음으로 체크인 하러갔는데 뾰루퉁한 태도로 맞이해주시면 신난 내마음이 민망해지는 기분입니다. 조금만 덜 뾰루퉁해주세여. 늘 수고 많으십니다. 화이팅하세요. 새해 복 많이 받으세요. 더포그레이스화이팅
