I had a 2-bedroom apartment that was well-equipped for cooking. The cleaning staff did a good job each day. The area around the property is noisy and crowded. If you are in Hai Phong for a longer business trip and you want a service apartment, this could be right for you. I was charged for a missing ladle and spoon surprisingly which must not have been there from the beginning, so keep in mind that at check-out you could be charged for missing items although they do not give you a list of items at check-in.

Best hotel in Hai Phong

Check in is brisk and given 2 access cards for elevator and door. Rooms are clean and there is fridge and washing machine to use. But balcony area is locked.

Nearby, there is a small mall with a big supermarket. There is also a pool and gym at the common area. Didnt try the breakfast as it costs 200k vnd.

This place is great. The kitchen was a big bonus with a large supermarket just a few hundred yards away.

The staff are so nice to deal with and they have great English speaking skills. I stayed for four days and enjoyed my extended stay.

Floor to ceiling windows offer great views of the city. A major supermarket next door is handy as is the bowling alley and arcade. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good place with easy accessibility

I have stayed here a couple of times. It a convenient place with supermarket and a mall. With nice Korean food and hit pot. Only down side is no convince store after 11pm.

Excellent hotel in Hai Phong

We were totally impressed with all aspects of this hotel - the friendly and helpful staff, the standard of the facilities which include a good gym and swimming pool and the amazing apartment. The apartment was perfect for our family group with an exceptionally well equipped kitchen, a lovely living area, comfortable bedrooms and modern bathrooms.

My family could relax after tiresome one day round trip to Cat Ba island when the rainy storm distressed us all day. Every thing was great but ants on the beds. I could buy fruits, breads, and some present for my friend from C market next by the hotel.

Business trip to China

Excellent hotel with excellent staff. They all were helpful and tried to accommodate every request quickly. This is in close proximity to the Canton Fair and they have a bus service which was punctual and an easy way to get to and from the Fair.

I will be staying here again!

Probably nicest property in the area.

Stayed here past weekend with my parents, they were visiting the area from Hanoi. Not much around hotel, but the property is great, nice, clean, modern rooms, probably the best property in town for the price. Service was excellent. Bond (from the front desk) was amazing, super nice, great translator, very helpful, and all around nice guy. He is a great resource! I recommend the hotel.

Great hotel with exellent facilities and more.

The room was excellent because it has a fully fitted kitchenette, a living room and your bedroom. It is like a 1 bedroom apartment with a jointinh toilet from your bedroom to the living room. The hotel also have an iron and an ironing board which is very helpful to me. The hotel sits above a shopping centre and a food court with a few cafes on the ground floor. Across the major roads there are many restaurants too. They have a nice gym and a fairly large swimming pool.

It is a service apartment, and I guess the minimum size is a 2-bedroom apartment. It is complete with a large living room, a big kitchen and 2 toilets. The room is new but could do better in cleanliness.

Nice new apartment hotel in Haiphong

Nice newer apartment hotel in the business district of Haiphong . We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite which more than accommodated our party of 6. Our apartment had a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. The breakfast was very good and all of the staff were very helpful. The hotel was attached to a newer western style mall with a cinema and a bowling alley. Other than that there was not much to see in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel for someone passing through Haiphong or here for an extended stay.

Very clean and new, nicely decorated, good facilities (gym, etc.), strong wireless signal. The downsides: the bed was quite hard, there was no convenient place to use the hair dryer (i.e. no outlet close to a mirror), and the shopping mall in the building was disappointing, but overall those are minor things. A comfortable stay.

Trip to Haiphong

Nice, new and clean serviced apartment on a main stretch of Danang. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. A little annoyed that security guard waived our taxi away (to call another taxi) as we were leaving. Not sure why hotels allow security guards to collude with taxis to the guests' detriment and wasting their time .

Too much noise

Extremely noisy are with car/motorcycles honking all the time. A bit old style hotel but nice and friendly staff. Not a good choice if you’d like a peaceful condition.
