Everything was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was spotless, and the facilities were very well maintained. The restaurant had great options and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. Definitely a great place to rest and enjoy a quiet stay.

I booked a night on this hotel, but I was really disappointed, I was traveling from another city far away when I arrived there to check in around 10:30 am, I was not able to check in because they were not available rooms, so we had to wait some hours in the lobby, but during the hour we were waiting other costumer were doing check in before me, and the treat was different to them, they were welcoming them with a free cocktail, I was very tired cause I'd been having long traveling, and they checking in to me around 3:20 pm, after all this process I was in the pool, when I try to go to the games zone to play ping pong all the area was close , i really got upset cause in the page doesn’t said the entertainment area close too early, i already knew the pool was closing at 9 pm but literally everything in the hotel was close

Nice enough for a weekend break
. Room 4309 brick wall partition on balcony is unsafe, near to falling over and does need attention to prevent guest injury.
Breakfast was nothing special, basic, no toaster available for toast.
I was accompanied by a service dog for which they charged !!
Overall a basic place to stay, nothing special.

It is a nice hotel. They need to work a little bit more in cleaning the pools. Their covid protocol are really low and the hotel was full of people. They didn’t ask for our vaccination id. We did like that at all!

Pros: Buenas instalaciones (tenis, piscinas. juegos)
El hotel es lindo per se y conserva un aire muy prestigioso como era el Club en el pasado.

Contras: Servicio: Chef de la parrillada un groser que no es capaz de no incluir las carnes que uno no va a consumir (sabiendo que voy a pagar lo mismo y no voy a desperdiciar comida porque si). Deberian sacarlo del hotel.
Limpieza: No tenia toallas ni papel higienico me toco solicitarlo.
Servicio de spa: No tienen la disponibilidsd en recepcion cuando lo normal en cualquier hotel es centralizar este tipo de servicios ahi.
Habitaciones: Aunque han sido renovadas esti ha sido a medias. Las puertas de una habitaciones no concuerdan con otras dando una sensacion de improvisacion. Los techos no han sido renovados.Los banhos estan sucios y acabados a medias llenos de insectos y con las baldosas curtidas y sucias. El agua de los banhos es mala y toca comprar una botella de 10k para poder lavarse los dientes. Hay que invertir mucho mas. Para colmo le intentan vender a uno el explorers club basandose en una buena experiencia y de descanso y pasa todo esto. Tienen que mejorar mucho.

* Check in and check out are slow.
* Our room didn't have hot water, they told us to wait until 7pm to be able to have a shower. Only after we asked to change to another room with hot water, that they agreed to move us to another room with hot water.
* At the moment of check out, they charged again the room rate, that we had paid several days before, at the time of reservation.
* We also had problems at the breakfast, since they check by room number and guest name, and they didn't have our name in the list. Only after requested an updated list, they did found out that everything was OK.
* Employees need better training in general, they are not prepared to deal with situations out of the ordinary.

This hotel offers great options to stay. We were accommodated in a quadruple room and it was very comfy and cool. The pools are cool as well. the breakfast was delicious and it runs until 11 am!, for me this is wonderful. I highly recommend it.

The hotel experience is great, you go to relax, have good food and drinks and spend time in the pool. The pools are beautiful, specially the beach-pool. The rooms on the new side are cuter and more modern; however there are only 30 of them so you don't get to chose if you want one of those

Es un hotel muy bonito, rodeado de mucha naturaleza y grandes árboles que hacen que el clima sea mucho más cómodo. Tiene dos piscinas muy buenas y el personal está siempre muy atento y dispuesto a servir al huésped.

El hotel es bonito, no permiten ingresar alimentos y bebidas, eso está correcto si manejaran precios más asequibles. Todo es muy caro tanto en el restaurante como en el minibar. El desayuno de cortesía ha bajado la calidad, la variedad de comidas calientes es muy limitada, no me gustó la atención en el desayuno.

Nos fue muy bien, personal muy atento, instalaciones muy cómodas, se nota que están remodelando lo cual lo hace mucho más acogedor. Aunque la ciudad es muy caliente, el que tenga tanta vegetación lo hace muy agradable, no es tan caliente como otros.

El personal trata de prestar un buen servicio pero no lo logran. Ejemplos: 1. En el desayuno incluido tipo buffet se demoraron mas de 30 minutos en tener listo los huevos mientras los preparaban. 2. Hicieron una promoción de cocktails 2x1 pero despues de pedirlo a un mesero nunca llegaron. Y en general bastante lentos en prestar el servicio. Pudo haber sido por que fue un fin de semana de alta ocupacion. Deberian mejorar en eso.
