The casitas and lobby staff are terrific. The hotel is such a nice special space that they made feel secluded even though it’s on the main road. Almost everyone who works there is lovely. The room was always cleaned wonderfully and the amenities by the pool are great. I would never stay anywhere else in Aruba again.

Boardwalk is a beautiful place with an incredible staff that is super-responsive to the guests. The casitas are roomy, have a kitchenette which is really handy for leftovers, etc., and a nice menu for lunch and dinner. The only downside is that it's not right on the ocean--there's a little shuttle that takes you to the beach, or you can walk there in about five minutes. Always enough palapas by the pool and by the beach!

4 days at the Boardwalk was great. Beach a short walk away and between the crowds at the Ritz and Marriot. Rooms, food, drinks, grounds all great, but the staff! I appreciated the help and friendliness of Jessica at the front desk, Coleen, Massy, Gerson, and Julen at Coco Cafe, and Sergio and Hakim on the shuttle. Other guests were also willing to smile and chat, making my stay so nice. Thank you!

Every detail was thought through- very nice touches throughout the resort. We absolutely loved it! Would highly recommend this resort for couples looking to stay close to the vibrant restaurants and bars in the high rise area but intimate and tucked away so you feel like you’re in an tropical island oasis.

This place is an absolute gem. from checking in and regrettably checking out, the stay was amazing. staff are so attentive, the pool is perfect and the estate is an oasis. we got upgraded to a 1 bedroom during our Aug stay. the casita is very comfortable and the kitchenette is just perfect for quick meals. the walk to the beach and into palm beach is quick. for reference, walking to palm beach shopping area/restaurants is about 2km along the water. there is a escooter stand nearby and taxis are plentiful.

This hotel is an oasis of palm trees. pools., beauty, and privacy in an area which is otherwise covered with towering hotels, casinos and parking lots in an arid desert terrain. Service and dining are of the very highest level and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. If you want to experience the dining and nightlife it is only 4 - 5 minute safe stroll to that world..

\"Boardwalk\" refers to the wooden pathway which connect the well appointed and immaculate chateaus .

Highest possible recomendation. Bravo!

This property is gorgeous, the service is excellent, the staff attentive, friendly and so very helpful. The Coco cafe has delicious food; although we felt the prices were steep. The Coco cafe delivers food to the beach. Walkable to the beach and safe. Chichi beach shuttle very convenient. Felt that beach chairs and palapa right next to the surf shop shaded the area a bit. We had a massage and facial at the spa— I would rate that experience 4/5

First it was Adult Only.
Very relaxed atmosphere. Room design was very chill. Walking around facility tropical in a very arid environment. The ads do not do this place justice.
Check in was great. Pool area is a bit small but very relaxed and beach was just across the street and amazing!
You do need to rent a car. But area is easy to navigate. Lots of big hotels near and lots of dining options but hotel dining was very good.
Breakfast can be challenging but really this place is made for relaxation so keep the vibe and be chill and enjoy environment.

This hotel is so special. It’s a hidden away little gem surrounded by lush vegetation, flowers, and other plants. You feel like you’re in the middle of a little tropical forrest. It’s especially beautiful in contrast to the big austere hotels in the area. We had such a lovely time that was unfortunately cut short due to a family emergency.

The main pool is beautiful. We loved the choice to not play music and instead leave us with some peace and stillness. Also, the birds and other wildlife provided a nice little soundtrack.

I think my only complaints would be that the surrounding area is slightly annoying to walk around. A lot of dirt roads, some traffic areas, but cabs are plentiful and quick. Every establishment will call you one as well with no complaint. We would be tired after each day and would have liked to have a little more in terms of room service food options but truly, that’s barely a complaint because the food was really great.

Beyond this, it was a true relaxing experience that we will treasure. It was especially significant considering the state of the world right now. I didn’t think I’d be able to relax and turn my brain off but Boardwalk Boutique created the kind of atmosphere and safe space for me to do that. We hope to return.

little slice of Aruban heaven

this is the perfect place to stay in Aruba for a couple. It is a smaller hotel with its own stretch of beach so no fighting for chairs and palapas. The sig up process is very easy and there were plenty available. It is in a part of the beach that is not too busy but close to the bustle if that is what you want. The property is lovely, quiet and serene and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely return.

Absolutely beautiful gardens surround each of the Casitas, perfectly manicured and lush, providing an amazing backdrop to a tropical vacation. Service unparalleled, beach just a few steps (or free shuttle ride) away, food and drink at the hotel and within the vicinity were outstanding. We even stocked our fridge with some breakfast pastries, lunch options for on the go, and sweets and treats from Super Food just a few minute taxi ride away. Outstanding week and we will be back. We were so happy with the Boardwalk

We were so happy with the Boardwalk. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the service, friendliness and hospitality of all the staff (bar none) was excellent. Our room was stunningly decorated, spacious, immaculately clean and contained everything we needed. The reception staff booked an airport pick up, hire car, several taxis and a morning scuba dive for us and each of these went like clockwork. The staff were also helpful with dinner recommendations and how to best deal with an unexpected medical concern. We also loved having ChiChi take us to the beach (even though it's only a short walk away), the inclusive beach palapa's (sun shade and loungers) plus Henry the chicken and Fluffy the cat wandering between the tables at the onsite bar/cafe/restaurant.

Amazing property, friendly staff, great food and adorable rooms. We loved the location and peacefulness of the hotel and room. We had a Coco Casita with a patio and it was cleaned daily. It was like a little slice of heaven! What a beautiful, tropical oasis on a desert island. Walking the meandering pathways made of stone and wooden boardwalk planks was like stepping into a tropical storybook setting. With palms swaying in the breeze, pink flowering plants, and pastel colored casitas, we felt instant tranquility. The 2 pools with private nooks to lounge surrounded by a lush garden and the fabulous poolside service for delicious island food and drinks was a treat to the eyes and palate. At night, the setting becomes even more magical as the landscape lighting turns this tropical oasis into a beautiful work of art! We loved every minute of our time at the Boardwalk Boutique Hotel!

This was a great place to stay. Everyone has their own casita with great privacy. The grounds are lush and green and a great place to wander through. The beach is very close and only takes 5 minutes to walk to. The property is just outside the main hotel strip so the area is quite, but still close enough to all the restaurants and shops of the main strip.

My vacation here was amazing! I traveled solo and chose this place because I didn’t like the idea of leaving a big city in the US with high rises to go vacation in another high rise hotel. I was looking for a chill, laid-back, quiet experience and I got exactly that!

The staff were friendly, front desk was also resourceful and responsive! I got locked out twice after nights out and there was always someone on-call ready to let me in. A quick taxi ride will take you to the area where all the nightlife action is.

The casitas were beautiful, the cafe had many drinking and eating options, the hotel had a more nature & vacation feel to it.

10/10 experience I really enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to come back!

What an amazing place! I am not a huge fan of large resorts and this small, boutique hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The design of the casitas, the property and gardens were so lovely. We especially enjoyed our private outdoor shower and happy hour at the pool. Don’t let the very short walk (or ride in the adorable chi chi shuttle) across the street to the beach deter you. The staff was amazing and so welcoming. If we return to Aruba, we won’t stay anywhere else.

Hotel is gorgeous, our casita was breathtaking. Loved our private shower, very romantic. The TV did a cool thing where it turned on a 360 degree axis too (fun). Amenities, spa, service were great. Not directly on the beach and the beach area for this hotel is next to the Ritz, shares the Ritz's crazy overpriced menu. However, the pool for this hotel is fantastic, really gorgeous and relaxing. This is a beautiful gated property! The casitas are so cute and they provide everything you could possibly need. The pool is very nice with lots of lounge chairs. The onsite cafe provides room service and services the pool area. The staff are so sweet and helpful. The hotel is literally across the street from the beach (like a 2 min walk). It's around the corner from a bustling nightlife scene with plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping, other hotels, etc. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Aruba in the future.

Boardwalk really lives up to the standards of service for boutique hotels. We had a problem where we had to change the dates of our reservation and they were able to accommodate us without any issues. The beach is by far the best part about this hotel. It is a short walk (or drive by Chichi) to the beach and you can reserve your palapa a day in advance. The beach is great, very shallow warm water with no seaweed. The Ritz Carlton provides drink and food service to the palapas, and although expensive the quality was surprisingly good. The hotel itself is rich in tropical plants and has really nice rooms. The housekeeping staff was quite impressive and our room was always very clean. Overall they had great customer service and it was a very enjoyable stay. I have no complaints!

What a wonderful little surprise…An oasis from the crowds. Across the street is the Ritz and the Marriott and I would select this gem over both of those properties. It is small but Boardwalk has wonderful amenities and beach access with palapa.

Cozy, intimate, charming setting that feels like you’re in the tropics. The property is unique, with individual casitas (villas), each with own patio. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, meeting all of your needs. The two pools, although small, are lovely. The walk to the beach is quick, and you can reserve palapas every day. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance or a short cab ride, most of which are beachfront or water view. The two high rise luxury hotels (Marriott and Ritz Carlton) are right there if you want evening social activities or casinos. Really great experience overall.

Awesome stay

Great boutique hotel. The small casitas-rooms are spread around a beautiful garden. The rooms are very clean and modern. AC worked perfectly and very silently. The hotel is only 3 min from the beach. It has very nice hammocks and comfortable beach beds. I also tried their spa, Jamila if I spell correctly her name, was phenomenal. Overall a great stay in a very tranquil environment.

My husband and I stayed here for five nights for our anniversary and had the most incredible time! The grounds and casitas are absolutely stunning, everything about the property is SO beautiful, and the staff is kind and more than willing to help with anything you need. We loved it so much that we can’t wait to come back and do a trip with a group of friends! I cannot recommend this hotel enough, I can’t say how much we loved it!

Absolutely gorgeous grounds and wonderful, friendly staff! We really appreciated they’re tasty vegan options as well. My only minor complaint I wish they’d would have a bar service lasting past 530pm. Other than that everything was perfect!

We loved our stay at Boardwalk!! A quiet, off the main strip yet close enough to go when we wanted. Boardwalk itself was a quiet, lush, charming resort. The design and decor were beautiful. It's a smaller boutique hotel I would HIGHLY recommend if you don't want the constant background noise of music and riff raff that goes on at larger resorts.
Their happy hour was perfect 3-5:30pm every day! The pool area was more busy that time, which allows us to meet and visit with other guests, if we chose to.
Our room and deck area was superbly decorated
The staff all around were super friendly, with an extra shout out to Avy who worked at Eduardo's and served us breakfast every day!
