This was the cheapest hotel of our stay but far from the worst. Friendly staff, nice rooms just a little bit scuffed especially in the bathrooms. No breakfast options but there are supermarkets close by. Kaufbeuren is a nice little place, convenient for exploring the area.

One night stay for business. Location was great. I sensed the hotel had recently switched from being an Ibis-owned hotel? Some attention needed to the things in the room - a pillow with a hole in it, and the mattress on the bed was at the end of its life and not so comfortable to sleep on.

The flip-side is the reception team could not be more helpful or friendly. With a small overhaul this could be a great hotel for short trips.

Stay here regularly for business trips. Rooms are a little small but okay for a solo traveller. Great location for getting into the centre of Kaufbeuren and the local amenities.

The first morning there was no hot (or warm) water for shower or washing however they did have it fixed by the evening and was good for the remainder of my stay. Other than that disappointment, my stay was quite enjoyable.

Customer Service Issues/Left Hanging

Due to work issues I had to change my original booking dates to arrive 1 day later, the hotel told me to cancel my booking for the week and re-book.
I canceled... and when I tried to re-book 10 seconds later I was told that there were no rooms available.
No response from the customer service people who told me to cancel in the first place.
I booked again for half of the nights and when I showed up they they put me in the loudest and most uncomfortable room in the hotel and still charged me the same rate as for a nice room.

In short I was very much let down by the service delivered and feel like I was misled.
I will not be using this hotel again in the future.

This hotel is excellent all but one thing, the ground floor rooms have neither a window OR air conditioning,and in hot weather it’s just too hot and sticky, the management would do well to consider some kind of ventilation, that apart it’s very very good hotel, staff are on the ball in every respect.

Lovely bell sound of Bavaria

The most things that I like is their staff, they are friendly and helpful even I arrived very late. Me and my husband still got the service from their bar. Another thing is the bell sound in the lift, it made me feel like be in the real field of Bavaria!

I would recommend this hotel.

We were very happy with the cleanliness and service of this hotel.
Very fun place to stay, loved the cow bells in the elevator.
Bicycle storage is a plus, and the breakfast had a great variety as well.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen.
Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten ist man im Zentrum.

Das Hotel war ziemlich neu, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Motto zog sich optisch durch das ganze Hotel. Die Kuhwiese auf den Fluren, die Blumenwiese im Zimmer sowie die Kuhmotive waren sehr positiv auffallend.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Eine gute Auswahl und für jeden etwas dabei.

Zudem wurden abends auch gute Getränke an der Bar angeboten.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Was das Zimmer betrifft, so gibt es hier Verbesserungs potenzial. Das Badezimmer, war keins und es roch die ganze Zeit nach verstopften Abfluss. Das Waschbecken befand sich außerhalb vom „Badezimmer“ was aus meiner Sicht, überhaupt nicht geht.

Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht und trotz Techniker keine Funktion. Außerdem sehr klein das Zimmer zu dritt. Am ersten Abend geschlossene Gesellschaft und somit keine Bar. Frühstück ist gut aber auch abhängig von der Mitarbeiterin die morgens da ist. Parken nur gut wenn nicht so viele Leute da sind

Gutes Hotel in Altstadtnähe

Zimmer sauber und hell, nettes Ambiente.
Frühstück sehr gut, reichlich und frische Auswahl, wenig verpackt und bis Frühstücksschluss komplettes Angebot vorhanden.
Fußläufig zur Altstadt.

Einziges Manko: Parkplatz kostet 9€/Tag.
Als wir abends ins Hotel zurückkamen, war kein Parkplatz mehr frei. Rezeption war nicht mehr besetzt.
Telefonische Nachfrage über Hotelnummer: Mitarbeiter wollte es klären und innerhalb von 5' zurückrufen. Nach 20' kein Rückruf, erneuter Anruf meinerseits. Wir sollen uns einen Platz in den Nebenstraßen suchen und bekommen unsere Parkgebühr am nächsten Tag zurück.
Darauf hat man nachts eigentlich keine Lust mehr. Vorallem wenn man fremd in der Stadt ist.
Zumal man ja annimmt, dass man einen Parkplatz bekommt, wenn man den auch bezahlt hat.
Geld zurück war kein Problem.
Verstehe nur nicht, wie man mehr Parkplätze \"verkaufen\" kann als vorhanden sind.
Da gab es auch keine Entschuldigung auf Nachfrage.
Wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt, gibt es einen noch kostenlosen Parkplatz am Jordanbad.

Wir hatten ein Superiorzimmer. Diese Kategorie würde ich wieder wählen, da die Zimmer nicht zur Straße (B 16) sind. Alles noch recht neu: Gute Klimaanlage (angenehm bei 34 Grad draußen). Die Betten sind recht bequem, das Frühstück einfach, aber gut. Parkplätze sind kostenfrei in der Nähe, mit 9 Euro beim Hotel sehr fair.

Bare bra, ikke noe problem.

Bra sted å overnatte, var på reise nedover i Europa og bestilte rommet samme dag. Kom sent og dro tidlig, fin opplevelse. Føler vi fikk god verdi for det vi betalte, ville benyttet dem igjen. Resepsjonen var ikke bemannet om natten, men vi kunne benytte automatisk utsjekk.

Great hotel!

A great hotel, especially considering the price! Despite arriving late at night, we received assistance from the reception and even got an upgraded room. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Kuhglocken im Fahrstuhl waren genial.Die Flure waren sehr schön bunt wie in den Alpen. Hotel war allgemein sehr schön außer 17.90 Euro für das Frühstück pro Person war es ein bisschen zu teuer.

Desaconselho este hotel firmemente.

O esgoto estava entupido, o chuveiro vazou por metade do quarto e encharcou o carpete. Ficamos dois dias com um cheiro horrível.
Os quartos não foram limpos nem tiveram as toalhas trocadas por 3 dias seguidos.
2 dos qiartos eram minúsculos.
Reservamos 5 apartamentos triplos, mas apenas dois tinham um pequeno sofá cama, nos outros só uma cama de casal.
Detestamos o hotel.
Não recomendo de forma alguma.
Sou guia de turismo e frewuento hotéis em toda a europa, nunca estive num pior queceste em 34 anos de profissão.

Mooi hotel

Mooi knus hotel.. goeie voorzieningen .mooie badkamer en het bed slaap heerlijk..we waren op doorreis naar Italië en werden heerlijk uitgerust wakker !

Alles klappte problemlos. Die Kuhglocken im Aufzug waren lustig. Man kann direkt vor der Hotletuer gratis parken.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Kostenlose Parkplätze, zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Altstadt. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, es wäre toll gewesen, wenn man den Kinderbereich z.B. durch eine Schiebetüre hätte abtrennen können. Einen bequemen Stuhl haben wir auch vermisst.
