The external outfitting of the property was excellent. The apartment we had was outdated, lacked basic features, pod coffee machine, glassware, additional tea towels, no paper towel. There was only 2 chairs for the table. There was no sound system, the television was undersized. The bathroom was the standard of a Best Western, basic, step in shower over bath, no hand towel holder , not accessible for elderly or disabled. We used the indoor pool and it was great. We borrowed tennis rackets, were given 3 flat balls and the receptionist was unapologetic and made no attempt to rectify this. In fact it felt like a huge inconvenience.
I’ve stayed at this property previously and the apartment fit out was great, modern facilities. Given the nightly rate the standard of room needs to be updated.
