The property is very nice and well kept. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was exceptional. The wait staff was not as attentive as they are in America, but we just attributed that to different practices in a different country than our own.
The room was clean, nicely decorated with comfortable beds and a nice sitting area. Would definitely choose this hotel again if ever in Tegucigapa.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the area felt very safe, which I appreciated. However, parking was very limited—most spaces are on the lower floors and fill up quickly. After our first stay we had to come back to the same hotel, so it was good to be back at this great hotel and I actually liked it more the second time. I can't complain about anything, the staff service and food was great, the room was nice and clean.
This time the pool was available, i was able to take a look at the city in the night from the rooftop.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking forward to stay in a safe, calmly, comfortable, clean, upgraded hotel.
Their free breakfast is way better than the breakfast they offer in most of the 5 start hotels in US, so keep it up.

I'm so impressed by the good quality service that i became a member of the Word of Hyatt Hotels so I can enjoy of more benefits on my stays worldwide.
