There is a need for maintenance, the room assigned didn’t have proper security, the latch was missing and the tiles needed cleaning. Also, the hotel was hosting some events and there was only one elevator working while the other was been installed. Food was ok, nothing special.

This hotel does not deserve any star rating. It is extremely old and worn out, and the rooms are outdated, shabby, and poorly maintained. Everything feels neglected and far from modern standards.
However, the staff are excellent, friendly, and helpful, which is the only positive point. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, as it is close to everything.
In addition, they should replace the fire alarm battery in the hallway. The alarm kept beeping throughout the night and caused me serious discomfort and concern.

The staff at reception were okay, but they didn’t share any information about the amenities. I tried calling the front desk a few times and never got a reply. Check-in was quick, which was good, but it still felt like there was a lack of information overall.
The breakfast, however, was really good! definitely the best part of the stay, I loved it.

Check in was terrible the young lady was extremely short and rude. The room was moldy and smell like mold. The front desk staff were absolutely o help at all when asked a simple question as what times the breakfast was they acted like they were doing me a favor. I definitely do not recommend this Hotel. The bath/shower was a disaster. I have never seen a tub so slippery and narrow grip strips were about 15 \" (375mm) apart. The moment I turned on the water after my first movement my feet came out from under me and as I fell forward my pinkie caught the grab bar and was dislocated/broken. Their only response at the front desk was \"sorry to hear that\" and they had a difficult time even finding 3 band aids to secure it to the finger next to it before going to see a doctor.
