This hotel was fantastic. Excellent, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Extremely friendly. I e stayed I. Paris before and did not have this good of service so I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Paris. Location was great and rooms were beautiful and well stocked. Loved that there was water provided at turn down. The restaurant was also excellent! Could not recommend this property more!

We had the junior suite, pretty spacious for 3 people. Hotel is a few steps away from the Louvre. What it lacks is some details: water in the shower runs cold and hot; instant coffee in the room is disappointing for a 5-star hotel; staff overall are not happy with their job and not greeting guests or smiles. For the $1000 / night we paid, we won’t choose it again.

The staff were extremely helpful. They spoke English and many other languages well. It really felt like 5 star service. We were able to drop off our car and they were able to park it and bring up our bags. The parking available does have a fee, but it was worth it for us to not have to worry about it. The rooms were beautiful. They had all the old charm with all the necessary modern amenities. Great location right next to the louvre.

I have been staying in Hotel Regina for almost 10 years. It feels like our home in Paris! Fantastic staff, always nice, polite and extremely helpful. From the moment we arrive at the airport when they arrange a car to pick us up to moment we leave the hotel we feel welcomed, safe and well taken care of. Overall, we had a nice stay at this hotel but here were the pros and cons:

Pros: Great location. You can walk to tons of museums, shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. Large rooms and bathroom. Friendly staff and frequent cleaning/turndown service.

Cons: The internet was very slow, I pretty much had to use my data and turn off Wi-Fi. It was also public, so not sure about safety there. There are almost no English channels other than the news and there was no streaming capabilities with the tv, we were told that upgrade is in progress. The bathroom light would turn off for us at night and would not turn back on until maybe 30 minutes later after playing around with the ancient switch. Thank goodness for the hallway light. The hotel is 125 yrs old so it has old bones. I normally would not get into all of these details but for a 5 star hotel and $700 a night, most of these things need to be fixed or improved. I think it should be advertised as a 4 or 4.5 star hotel. Throw in a free breakfast or something too...

Luxurious linen sheets. Beautiful pillows. An incredible chandelier hanging in the middle of the room. Total elegance and beauty, with French doors, opening up to the balcony.
Beautiful lounge where I had tea every afternoon. Wonderful, full breakfast in an elegant setting. Hotel Regina was an incredible French experience that is especially nice or special occasions. A lifelong, memorable, French experience.

Absolutely wonderful hotel and the staff was so friendly! We would come back from the museums and tours at the end of each day and pop into the bar for a drink & bartenders would make a perfect Lemon Drop martini for my wife.

The location is also great very close to everything. We can’t wait to come back and stay!!

This is our 4th stay at Hotel Regina. We have been coming here for the past 20 years. The location is excellent. For the price, you get a far superior room than you would at any of the other \"fancier\" hotels where we have also stayed (Meurice, Crillon, Ritz, Georges V). The staff is attentive. The concierge helped me arrange Michelin starred restaurant reservations and transportation in advance of our stay. The rooms have been updated. We love the view of the eiffel tower suites. Overall, 5 stars. We will keep coming back. Plus great location, just by the Louvre in the 1st arrondissement, so close to many attractions.

We had a fabulous stay! Benoit, on check in offered an upgrade to a room with an Eiffel tower view for our last day. He was so nice to our family. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are larger than expected. Comfortable beds and AC worked well. Easy travel from the CDG airport train with one switch on the metro. Very convenient location to everything. Great breakfast. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I was very happy with my choice to stay here and would definitely stay again.

This was my second stay at the Hotel Regina and it did not disappoint. Was here with my husband and it was such a treat. Customer service was exceptional and they accommodated an early check in. The room was very comfortable and the amenities were excellent. The mattress and bed was super comfy and allowed us to rest well. Housekeeping was on pointe with everything. Would absolutely recommend as it was central to all the places we wanted to visit. Very easy to walk to the Louvre, Tuileries Garden, Musée de l'Orangerie, Champs-Élysées, Arc De Triomphe, the River Seine etc. The weather was perfect for walking and exploring.

Although the hotel is in a great and convenient location, the rooms are a bit tired. The carpeting is old and the room we stayed at has an issue with the shower where the bathroom floor would get basically flooded after each shower. We also didn’t receive an Expedia VIP upgrade, even though I checked and they did have availability for the category above the room we reserved.

We were staying in Paris for a long weekend and Hotel Regina delivered an excellent experience. The hotel is situated in a great central area and the rooms with Eiffel Tower views are spectacular. The staff and service was top notch. Highly recommend even with the increased price tag.
