Beautiful Hotel Mercure Rif Nador

Beautiful reception area with lovely views. Excellent receptionists very helpful. Secure parking area. The room was large and comfortable with great balcony. Very comfortable bed lovely linens and towels. All areas very clean. I would love to return to Hotel Mercure Rif Nador.

Het gebouw heeft een prachtige architectuur, waar het niet verder bij blijft de accomodatie heeft uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzame personeel en dat in de keuken tot aan de beveiligers enz. Not A Good Choice At Any Price

This hotel rank as one of the worst hotel ever reside in. Everything in this hotel is written in French. No other language exists. This hotel is not clean. You can smell urine in the bathroom. This hotel need a lot of maintenance. I had to visit multiple rooms to find a room that has less air leaking from the window. Staff are not well trained. The bellboy insisted to join us in the elevator with our luggage. I had to personally go to the lobby and make a complaint for him to realize that this was not appropriate especially during COVID-19. What is COVID-19?

Hotel staff was not necessarily well trained but were very nice and well meaning. Clearly, the culture is not as friendly to women, and this was evident in the difference in service between when my wife asked for somethings vs when i asked for something. The property has been miraculously renovated, but was still under construction when we visited. The food and beverages were very good. Authentic Moroccan tagines on the menu. It is clearly the best property in the region and staff were proud of this. We also felt very secure. Lots of security. Ideally situated next to the sommercial 'souk'. Also right on the \"croisette or beach boulevard, and rooms over the beach can be loud. There are apartments as well as hotel rooms, with convenient options for family. There is a beautiful hammam , spa and beauty center which we did not have time to try. We would come back without a doubt. Thank you!

Physical presence of the hotel is unique character . But condition of the carpet was horrible. If I didn’t pay I should rather leave the hotel immediately.
Breakfast was not fresh. Bread which was displaced was not fresh. I think hotel authority should do surprise visit especially on Sunday ( my visit was Saturda/ Sunday) .

Good stay

This is a good hotel in Nador- many tourists and foreigners stay here. There is a good bar and a decent international restaurant. Rooms are ok, nice balconies. Nice pool area. A minor annoyance was the front desk staff calling our room at night to insist we come down to pay our bill. We had just eaten dinner at the restaurant and charged it to the room. We were going to pay when we checked out the next morning but apparently they don't trust guests to do that.

Best hotel in Nador

The location is great, right on the water after the corniche and a road. Ask for a high floor for a pretty view of the surrounding mountains if not on pool side. There is a really nice outdoor pool that overlooks the ocean though be warned its pretty windy out there! Very clean bathrooms in all the public areas. The rooms show a little wear and tear, and the linens could be better quality, but overall good and have a nice terrace. Modern bathroom and shower. TV has stations in multiple languages. There is a bar (with actual alcohol- hard to find in Morocco sometimes) that serves small plates as well as an international restaurant which is decent. Haven't tried the Moroccan restaurant (if it's even open), nor the Spa or indoor pool but read there was an extra charge. Free self parking in a hotel lot which also is unique for city hotels in Morocco. After early issues with the internet, it's been fine. Hotel staff are ok, not the nicest or most helpful but competent. Breakfast in the morning is pretty good- made to order eggs/omelettes, some other hot and cold options. Fruit selections could be improved, most of it looks canned. Overall I recommend this hotel.

First time in Nador.

First class hotel and excellent management staff. Room excellent, amenities such as the pool and gym were fantastic. Highly recommend the restaurant and bar. Hotel front desk manager. Zayheitie (sorry for spelling) was a great help and true professional. This hotel is a gem in Nador.

Five star facility with two star service

For the price I was rather disappointed. The facilities, cleanliness and the location certainly met the five star price- no complaints. The breakfast, service, and web center however were two star at best. The hotel staff were not multi-lingual (acceptable/understandable) but even when communication was made clear there was a lack of knowledge about the area, staff did pass messages to the follow on shifts for taxi requirement, room was not prepped with crib as requested, breakfast (although lots of options were available) was overcooked, perhaps several days old and was understaffed. The web center although well equppied at first glance was slow, difficult to print from and two computers were malfunctioning,

Das Personal ist überhaupt nicht professionell, alle geben bei Anfragen Widersprüchliche Informationen. Das Hotel will für jede noch zu kleine Sache gebühren verlangen. Es wird deutliche Unterschiede zwischen Gäste gemacht! Für den Preis ist das Zimmer auch überhaupt nicht qualitativ, finde man darf mehr erwarten! Leistungen die man bekommen sollte bekommt man nur nach langen hin und her diskutieren. Jeder meint hier der Manager zu sein, wenn man einen verlangt. Ganzes Hotel besteht aus „Manager“ aber keiner ist in der Lage was zu klären. Keiner hat Lust auf sein Job man wird als Gast zur 10 Tsd. Anderen Menschen verweisen obwohl es Job der Rezeption alles zu klären.

Hotel kein Stern wert. Mehr Schein als Sein. Trotz Halbpension sollten wir für unsere 6-jährige Tochter das Essen zahlen. Im Restaurant werden Gerichte serviert und in Rechnung gestellt, die nicht bestellt wurden. Reine Katastrophe! Vom Appartement Bereich gibt es keinen direkten Zugang zur Rezeption oder Restaurant. Man muss durch die Tiefgarage, um von außen in das Hauptgebäude zu gelangen. Einfach nur gruselig, da noch vieles geschlossen ist aufgrund von Baustelle. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!

Het personeel was vriendelijk en gastvrij. Ik vond het jammer dat de andere ingang naar de appartementen niet beschikbaar was. Dat zorgde ervoor dat we veel moesten lopen vanuit de lobby naar onze kamer.
Ook trof ik bij aankomst een wc aan die niet goed schoon was. Verder hebben we genoten

Nette kamer met wat beperkingen zoals niet functionerend kamertelefoon. Als je gier melding van maakt wordt wel verteld dat er aan gewerkt wordt en na drie dagen nog steeds geen verbetering. In het zwembad ben je je plek zo kwijt als je voor uurtje wat gaat doen zelfs als je het personeel ter plekke waarschuwt. Erger nog mij gebeurt dit: een personeelslid kwam mij vragen mijn parasol te nemen en aan een andere te geven omdat hij met een kind is en dat ik half in schaduw zit van muur achter me. Een zeer onprettige handeling richting klant die voor zijn rust en plezier dat ligt!
Liften zijn er slechts twee zeer trage voor een vier ster hotel met een gemiddelde wachttijd van 15 minuten en waarvan een definitief stil kwam te liggen. Bij uitchecken werd mijn een rekening voorgesteld wegens gebruik van bar enz. En dat heb ik absoluut niet gebruikt. Kortom een zeer amateuristisch personeel waardoor service tekort schiet
