This is a boutique family friendly hotel, located near the beach and activities so much so our 5 year old loved it.
Two pools, one for adults that we didn't frequent and no rushing/queueing for beds.

A nice hotel, however this was our first holiday with our 3 month old. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, we were offered another room but without guarantee that it would be any better. The manager could offer nothing as a good will gesture & didn’t seem too bothered about how uncomfortable we were. If you book directly with the hotel check out is at 2pm, we tried to book directly but were not able to, despite this being explained we were refused a late checkout when clearly it is possible. The shower was tiny and not very practical if you have a baby, complimentary toiletries were not topped up once used. Breakfast was basic, and the same everyday. Due to the lack of compassion towards there guests particularly by a manager, don’t feel we would stay again.

Staff was really friendly, great service and clean room. However the hotel was poorly located, in the street next to kebab shops and adjacent to other big hotels. There was no privacy as you could hear the music from the hotel next door. At the pool, it was constant commercial music quite loud so not relaxing at all. A shame! The room at also no privacy as the shower and toilet were not in a separate room so we had to the toilet at the reception.

Amazing stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious and all the communal areas were super clean. The only disappointing bit was the poor choices for dinner. Very small pre portioned size with just two, max three choices. Very expencive prices if you wanted to drink even just water for dinner (€8 for two people). Everything else was perfect!

A lovely hotel, clean, smelled lovely, room was very clean and good condition. Plenty of space, big bed. No normal bathroom - there was a separate toilet room and separate shower room, with the sink in the communal space of the room so not very private and not ideal if you pop to the loo & want to wash your hands in the middle of the night, as it may disturb whoever you are sharing with. There's nothing that the hotel can do about that now, though! Room included a fridge and kettle (with tea & coffee). The breakfast was amazing. Staff were all nice. Great pool and bar area. Good location for the beach and little shops. Would stay here again and would recommend.

This hotel is immaculate and has a very calm atmosphere.Lovely pools and bar areas (nice cocktails too!). We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with hot and cold options, including fresh omelettes. The staff were lovely and our twin room overlooked the rear pool which was nice. Ramps for wheelchairs and buggies to get around.

I loved my stay here. Gorgeously light and bright with amazing swimming pool facilities (the two out the back are for adults only) and a nice little gym. The free pilates classes weren't on when I stayed but I imagine they would be fab to take part in. Would highly recommend and loved the area as well. Only a short walk from the beach and can walk across the seafront to Cala Nova beach also. For food, definitely go to eat at La Parrilla Bar and Grill if you like meat. And order some of their Patatas Bravas too. Divine.

The surrounding area is perfect for beaches, walks but found the food to be really disappointing. If you do stay travel to Santa Eulalia for evening meals where there’s so much choice and quality! The hotel itself was super clean, rooms are small but adequate and the pool areas are great!! The only down side I had with the hotel was the advertisement of a fridge in the room..these do not work and due to having a toddler was booked on the basis that it had a fridge. When raised they stated all the fridges were the same and never get that cold. My question is why bother to advertise it if it doesn’t work. Other than that it was a really pleasant stay and I would return to the same hotel if I were ti busy the area again.

Excellent hotel Big rooms. Modern, new. Two nice swimming pools. Very quiet. If you want night life it is not the place. It is located in a very calm village. Breakfast was very good. It worth the price.

From the moment we arrived this place felt special. There is a wonderful minimalist aesthetic which I loved. Clean lines, clean air, clean everything.
Check in was a bit lengthy (legal forms) but painless. The room was a reasonable size and again wonderfully minimalist. There was a clever use of space that meant there was no bathroom. There was a shower stall and a separate toilet with the sink hanging out in the main room.
The breakfast was a fairly wonderful buffet with some daily changes. Plenty of veggie options but might be harder for vegans. I also enjoyed the sweet counter filled with donuts and other naughty treats.
The poolside was never congested and seating areas across the hotel were always available. The bar serves nice cocktails and the food was pretty good but a wee bit steep at €17 for a sandwich with fries.
Checkout was awesome with €40 buying us an extra 4 hours on departure day. This was essential with a 9.50pm flight. There was a bit of bother with taxis (not unusual) but the desk staff helped sort it out. I suspect Ibiza would really benefit from some Uber style services.

Can't praise this hotel enough! From the lovely lady at reception who checked us in, to breakfast and bar staff, to the staff that cleaned our rooms; they were all fab. Hotel is spotless and every day there were staff cleaning throughout, wiping surfaces and mopping floors to keep it that way all day long. Rooms are a decent size and beds are comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a varied choice for all.
Both pool areas were also spotless with a good availability of beds. Kids could take inflatables in the pool, which has been stopped in some hotels, something that we feel should be allowed in a child friendly hotel.
This was our second stay in this hotel, having stayed at various hotels in Es Cana over the years; our first stay was during Covid. High standards have continued and we will definitely be returning next year. Many thanks to all staff for an amazing holiday!

The hotel was fabulous and the smell was divine from the minute we walked in but we felt the evening meal was a disappointment. The portions were small and not very hot so we wouldn't recommend half board but the staff were excellent and the cleanliness was second to none.

The front office executive was very professional and warmful. The sea view suite was very nice and large enough. The bartender is very exclusive. She advised us about wines and prepares the best mojito ever of the island. Nice hotel let down by lack of AC in room!
Great location near the Hippy Market. The place was clean and good Covid Measures in place. The breakfast Covid measures are other than coffee, juice, etc...you have to stand in a queue to ask a server to get you everything else. The first days this was fine with a nominal waiting time to get served. On our last day we must have come at a busy time; there was only 10-15 people in front of us in the line however we waited about 25 minutes. Credit to the staff serving, they were working hard and as fast as they could. I guess when the line and wait is that long each person when at the front was asking for everything they could think they might want so to avoid coming back in the queue...which of course makes serving each person take much longer...which means the queue took forever! One last gripe, it is summer and very warm...on no less than three occasions and with two separate members of staff we complained the AC in our room doesn't cool the room. They told us to make sure the balcony door was closed (which it was) and the light on the AC was on. We mentioned the light is not showing on the 'cold' setting...they explained that is normal. Each night we slept there (3 nights) was uncomfortable and hot. The lack of solving the issue is the main reason for the poor scoring of the review!

Nice place. Walkable distance to a lot of restaurants but most of them were closed foe the season. Restaurant at the hotel was ok with a good breakfast buffet. Beautiful pools and set up. Very easy for parking. Not directly on the beach but anyways it was not usable due to some kind of algea so we drove to a further one instead. Wednesday hippy market is not to miss.

I loved this hotel as it was modern, bright and fresh both internally and externally. It was in an ideal family location and walking distance from bars, restaurants and shops, all of which were very reasonably priced, another positive aspect of the area that the hotel is situated in. I would recommend a car as then you can explore the hidden coves and other gems of the island but this is not essential. I highly recommend Hotel Anfora and will no doubt visit again.

So pleased we picked this. Relaxing, calm, lovely pool areas and sun beds. Staff were really pleasant & the buffet food went the extra mile; in fact the evening menus were probably the tastiest in Es Canar anyhow. Free parking round the back, just need a voucher from the office and a few minutes to the main beach & restaurants of the centre. We really enjoyed this gem!

Es Canar is a quiet location. Just what we wanted. Hotel offered a great service. It was spotlessly clean and smelt amazing! Staff continuously working hard on house cleaning. The prices of food were a bit steep but we only ate at the pool side and it was tasty enough. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Just returned from a five day stay at the Anfora. What a beautiful hotel in the heart of Es Cana. A little gem. Extremely modern and spotlessly clean. Superior rooms are a little bigger and have THE most comfortable beds. The staff are so friendly. Food is lovely, especially the breakfasts. Evening meals from the buffet could have been a little hotter but everything tasted delicuous. Already looking forward to our next stay at the Anfora

Rude receptionist & Damp bed !!
Beautiful hotel, a little oasis
But disappointed to discover after returning at 2am from a late night the bedsheets had been changed during by housekeeping and the bed was so damp we had to put a quilt on in order to sleep on the bed .
Mentioned to reception and was basically told I was lying !!!
They Even demanded we go check out the bed when they could feel how damp it was they then said it was due to the air con being on !

Best hotel in the area
This hotel is fantastic in terms of standard and quality. The staff were incredibly helpful, efficient and friendly. The hotel itself is spotless, rooms and corridors always smelling lovely and amenities never seemed busy despite it being full. Breakfast selection was plentiful and great quality. Our only slight negative is that it is a hotel used for package holidays (JET2) and we prefer a more independent, less revolving door type hotel. Also, as I mentioned in the title, it really is the best hotel in a holiday resort. At various times in the day you can hear the aqua aerobics and bingo from the hotel across the road! It's close to restaurants and the beach, but we struggled to find nice places to eat and drink so used our hire car to go further afield. As I said, this is a SUPERB hotel and of the best standard in the area.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Perfect for our family getaway. Suite was spacious for our family of 4, pool areas clean with pleantiful towels and beds. Lovely staff.

Very nice and welcoming hotel. Everywhere was very clean and modern, it made a great start to our holiday in Ibiza. Breakfast was also very good, you could even have cava of you fancied a morning tipple! I would definitely recommend this hotel 👌

Lovely new hotel and wonderful staff - very warm and friendly. Great breakfast and we would have liked to have tried the restaurant for dinner if we had stayed longer.
We were pleased with our room but the half height wardrobe was very awkward for trousers and dresses and there was nowhere to put luggage.

Arrived at 1.30 in the afternoon and were warmly greeted by staff and booked in quickly and efficiently,the room was very clean and spacious with a balcony that overlooked a pool (although it was next doors).Breakfast was excellent catered for anyone’s taste ate one evening meal which was also very good,pool area cleaned everyday with towels provided ,overall would recommend to anybody wishing to stay.

EsCana has plenty of shops, eateries and the hippy market for a low key chilled stay and not too far by car to most other places on the island.
Great beaches are also very close by.
