The hotel is dated especially with the sound proofing. Very pure insulation when you hear every word the neighbouring room guest. Since the flooring is tiled, whenever the next room guest or upstairs, the sound of the chair dragging on the floor is annoying and happens often. When we open the window a little for fresh air, the traffic sound is non stop and the garbage truck wakes us up in the early hours.
The bath faucet is leaking so the water sprays out of the bath tub. The tiles are old and the caulking is falling off and it makes the bath look not clean. The fridge took 24 hours to get cold. The location is good and it looks like a historical set up but needs sprucing up.

PARKING ACROSS IN CITY GARAGE WAS GOOD AND VERY CLOSE. WE EVENTUALLY GOT A ROOM AFTER A FEW HOURS DUE TO THE NATIONAL POWER OUTAGE. THAT WAS MUCH BETTER THAN SLEEPING ON A LOBBY SOFA OR IN OUR CAR.

While i was visiting, i had several virtual meetings. The internet connection was at best below average. There were several occasions i got kicked out of my meeting for low connection speed. The hotel looks fantastic and is in a great location.

The room was soooo hot and the AC wasn’t working. We opened the windows but were forced to close them at night due to the noise of a Christmas market right across the hotel. The parking was very convenient right across the street.

not a 4 star but a good 3 three star, pool was small with half of the floor closed off for building but no one working, only 4 sun beds and 4 chairs for all the guests ?
rooms slightly dated, lovely full length mirror but by the side of the bed of couldn't be used as full sized, poor planning !! a fridge, plugged in but not working, shower is desperate need of de scaling adn needs a very good clean, bathroom needs updating

Convenient location, great breakfast, friendly staff. BUT… they do not have a parking at the property as they are renovating (there was no mention of it on the booking page). Plus someone (another guest) in the adjacent room was moving the furniture every night we were there (two nights). In spite of many good things, I would not stay at this hotel again.

1. Generally it was good, not perfect but pleasant enough. However since it is supposed to be a four-star hotel, the reception should learn how to speak English in order to receive international visitors.
2. The room should be renovated. The bathroom doesn’t prevent water from splashing everywhere, the airing is horrible, also the mini fridge is way too loud.

A comfortable fun stay

A well located hotel with a fantastic rooftop bar and pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the decor is very dated, it still has a fantastic quality, old world vibe.
The bed and facilities were very comfortable and clean.
We would not recommend dining at the ground floor restaurant, better food can be found in nearby restaurants.

Although clean the room was very out dated (#511). There is absolutely nothing attractive about the hotel and amenities are non existent. Frankly a 3 star at best.

The breakfast (included) was good with fresh eggs, cheeses, jamon and very good asst of breads and pastries.
The wifi worked fine.
There is absolutely no where to stop and unload your car in front of the hotel.
They have parking, however when full they will direct you to the lot directly across from the hotel, with whom they have special rates.

This hotel is located at a good location - close to the bus terminus. Definitely, it is good for business people. It is equally good for tourists as it is right next to the main shopping street, though don't why many shops are not open even on Monday strange! I know there is a swimming pool though I have not used it. But the bathroom is too crowded with bathtub, toilet and bidet. I do not like the bathroom at all.

Well located just outside the central area of Jaen -- the staff was friendly. Parking was available, though the lot was a bit tight. It did get quite warm in the room -- it was January and the building was centrally heated. Overall, a good value.

Habitación algo anticuada, pero todo en buen estado y funcional. Pequeña neverita, cama cómoda. El parking del hotel no es accesible para coches grandes, pero a 100 metros hay un parking público. Destaca la calidad del desayuno, de acorde a un 4 estrellas (muchas opciones de comida, fruta, zumo naranja natural, ...). Piscina en planta superior abierto en invierno, aunque el agua estaba fría. Cerca del centro a pie (10-15 minutos de la Catedral o los baños árabes).

Bien situado para visitar el centro de Jaén. Como punto desfavorable el ruido desde las siete de la mañana del resto de habitaciones y la limpieza.

La habitación estaba estupenda, amplia, limpia, y se agradece las botellas de agua y aceite de cortesía a la llegada así como el café y el té para hacerte en la propia habitación.
El personal de recepción muy amable, y pudo cumplir las peticiones.
Como punto negativo, el personal de limpieza arrastra demasiado las camas y los muebles, haciendo mucho ruido e imposibilitando el descanso a partir de las 8:30 (teniendo en cuenta que al estar de vacaciones no teniamos que madrugar)

En nuestro caso la experiencia no ha sido satisfactoria. Escogimos el hotel por la piscina y las habitaciones insonorizadas. La piscina es minúscula, con cuatro hamacas y un par de sillas asique suerte si puedes usar alguna y la insonorización de las habitaciones es nula, si tienes la mala suerte que tuvimos nosotras puedes oír agonizar al de la habitación de al lado además del trasiego de huéspedes, limpieza de habitaciones, arrastre de muebles..

Las paredes parecen de papel, el aislamiento sonoro es malo y el ruido de la calle se oye perfectamente. La mampara de los baños no contiene el agua de la ducha y se sale quedando encharcado. Caro para la calidad que ofrece. Destacar la amabilidad del personal.

Es un buen hotel con buena relación precio calidad en temporada media y baja y bien situado en zona de ensanche bastante comercial, sin ser el centro. El personal de recepción extraordinario. La cafetería es muy correcta. La limpieza bien aunque con algunos fallitos. Propondría cambiar el que la nevera vuela a estar dentro del armario, hace mucho ruido por la noche y no se puede desenchufar. Las ventanas aíslan muchísimo y el foscuri sin ser perfecto es bastante efectivo, sólo por los laterales entra algo de claridad. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien, efectivo y bastante silencioso. Es un edificio magníficamente construido con muy buenas calidades pero el tiempo empieza a notarse. No obstante, aconsejable para unos días en Jaen.

Suite 507. Amplia, cómoda, silenciosa y limpia. Echamos de menos una papelera más y unas perchas en las duchas (pecata minuta).
Nos encantaron las dos duchas y el inodoro automático, una gozada.
Dos grandes televisores, una para la cama y otro para la zona de sofás.
Habitación recomendable 100%.

Lovely comfotable hotel, well situated with friendly staff.Breakfast was good. I did find it strange that the coffee for the machine in the bedroom was not replenished for our second night, and there was only one each for the first night. Also when the beds were made our nightwear was just throw on top of one of the beds when usually it is folded on or in each bed. Also the towels were not changed, this could be because of the water shortage. Neither of these fact made any difference to our lovely stay in Jaen
