Satisfactory Stay without much high expectation.

The staff services were excellent accept for one of the car park exit attendant who insisted that my Indonesian friend are not entitled to free parking even thou he was a guest of the hotel staying for 4 nights. He paid to avoid further issue.
There was a big sign \"FREE PARKING\" at the reception. I guest this is culturally wrong to be happening to their own country folks.
My friend was staying in the 2nd room booked by me as a customer of the hotel throughout our 2nd stay.

The room upkeep had to be refreshed as molds and cracks can be seen in the toilets.
The shower cubicle floor should be treated with anti skid as they are very slippery when wet.
Towels are too worn out.
Bedroom is comfortable and clean.
Overall our stay is considered satisfactory with not having to expect more.
Hope that the hotel can improve on the toilet issues so that I we can consider staying with them again.

Good hotel

The staffs were amazingly polite.
I booked room only without the breakfast but they gave me free breakfast anyway.
The room was average, cracked wall here and there.
A little mold in the bathroom I think it's a common thing in tropical countries.
We stayed there for 9 days, they never changed the bed sheets or replaced the coffee cups with the clean ones unless we put the spoons inside the cups.
But overall, it was an excellent stay.

Overall our stay at this hotel was just ok. Nothing special about the hotel except for the location that is next to the mall. It was very difficult to get a parking spot and sometimes we had to park at the mall's parking lot. The interior design of the hotel makes the hotel looks old, in my opinion. The amenities were not as complete as other hotels I stayed in with the same rate. However, they gave us some complimentary drinks. The breakfast was ok with one or two dishes that hit the spot.

Convenient and comfortable hotel

Cosy, comfortable hotel connected to a large shopping centre - Central Mall in Surabaya. Plenty of food options and some decent shopping to be done. There's a supermarket as well. This is very convenient for families, or solo travellers who may not wish to venture too far from the hotel for meals or groceries. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well! I will definitely stay there again if I visit and highly recommend others to do the same.

We came around 7pm at the hotel. Asked the receptionist to get us the non-smoking room and the room location not very far from the elevator. The receptionist said OK with a big smile. But, what we got??? A smoking room and the location far from the elevator :( Not only that, the room seem unprepared. Hand towel and the toiletries was not available. We had to call room service several times to get them providing those things.

During breakfast, the food taste was nothing special and far from 4-star hotel standard.

Overall, I feel disappointed with this hotel.

Friendly and safe place to stay.

Checking in was easy and fast enough. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. They offer live music at the lounge adjacent to the front lobby. The band was very friendly and engaging; taking requests. Service at the lounge was friendly but, a bit slow. Stay away from any alcohol there except the bottled beer. It seemed like they were substituting some kind of cheap stuff for the brand names in the menu. We only had two mixed drinks each but, the taste was a bit off. We also felt unusually horrible in the morning from only having two drinks.
It was raining while we were there, so we did not use the pool. The pool looked nice. It has a little bar and a small gym next to it. No one was using it because of the weather. It didn't look like the bar there was open; probably only a summer time offering.
The cleanliness in the room was not very good. We found black mold in the shower around the window, all over the pull down privacy screen and in the tile grout. The room was dusty around many surfaces and the floor. It looked like the TV had not been cleaned in weeks. There was a good enough AC unit but, no way to crack open a window. and there was no ventilation or fresh air supply to the room. Even with the AC on it was obvious we were a little oxygen deprived by morning.
It was noisy. we could hear casual conversion level noises from all adjacent rooms and the hallway.

Convenient location and comfortable stay

Convenient location, next to a large shopping mall and only about 5 mins drive to the main attractions and train station. A clean hotel with pleasant staff. We had buffet breakfast the next morning - large variety of food and tasty local food. Breads were not as tasty though but still edible. Room was large, clean and comfy. We got a free upgrade to the mountain view room - was such a joy waking up to a beautiful view. Overall, a comfortable stay.

Spacious room, window need to be clean. Bathroom need to be clean properly, tiles mouldy, cheap toilet paper.
Tea Cup & Saucers need to be upgrade, very dirty (stain from coffee/tea).
Breakfast was excellent.

Schönes und sauberes Hotel. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltiges mit indonesischer Küche. Ein grosses Restaurant im 4.Stock, bis 24:00 Uhr geöffnet. Die Zimmer sind gut, aber sehr hellhörig. Neben dem Hotel gibt es eine große Mall (Shoppingcenter MOG) mit direktem Zugang vom Hotel zur Mall.

隣りのMOGで食事やショッピングができるので便利。また、Grabやタクシーも呼びやすい。
部屋は広く、眺めも良い。シャワーはいまいちだったが、ベッドは柔らかすぎず良かった。
朝食もまあまあ。朝6時から朝食がとれるが、卵料理は7時以降しかできないらしい。
洗濯物が丸2日返ってこなかったので、少し焦った。
立地がよいので、また利用してもよいと思う。

Prima als uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Bromo

Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis voor Malang. Dit was niet het hotel met de beste score of de mooste foto's. We hebben voor dit hotel gekozen vanwege de ligging boven op de shopping mall. Een prima keuze zo bleek achteraf. Veel van de andere hotels die we op internet zagen, hadden mooiere foto's maar zagen er in het echt minder uit. Ook prima op loopafstand van het centrum en de restaurantjes.

De kamers is prima hoewel de handdoeken niet meer helemaal wit zijn. Het hotel is een beetje vergane glorie maar verder prima. Het ontbijt is wel ontzettend aziatisch. Achteraf hadden we beter ontbijt kunnen kopen bij de bakker in de mall.

We hebben vanuit Malang de Bromo vulkaan bezocht. Geboekt bij Helios Tours. We werden om 12 uur AM opgehaald en kwamen rond 2 uur AM aan bij het viewing point. Daar moesten we tot 5.30 in de kou wachten om de zon op te zien komen. Terwijl het mooier is om naar de Bromo vulkaan te kijken. Je moet hiervoor een stukje doorlopen en een hekje door. Echt de moeite waard. Het is wel zonde om zo vroeg al gedropt te worden. Is echt niet nodig. Je kunt het beste vragen of je rond 4:30 uur wordt afgezet.

Hotel yg menyenangkan.

Lokasi hotel terletak di tengah kota malang. AC hotel sangat dingin. Utk rasa dari makanannya biasa aja, cuma mereka menyediakan sinom, beras kencur dan kunyit asam. Dikenakan deposit hotel sebesar 200 rb. Kalau ke malang, saya akan menginap di hotel ini lagi.

Hotel sangat bersih baik kamar tidur maupun kamar mandi.
Sebelah hotel adalah mall sehingga sangat mudah kalau kita perlu sesuatu.
Sarapan pagi enak dan cukup bervariasi.
Catatan saya cuma satu yaitu mengenai AC yang kurang dingin, karena AC central maka saya tidak bisa berbuat apapun.
