We booked 3 rooms and stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Everything was great: hotel was clean, staffs were great, beautiful decoration, cool koi pond, and the breakfast itself, with so many options, made us didn\"t want to leave this place😄. This hotel is located in one of the best areas in Malang. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again when I'm in town.

Love the architecture, this hotel has a complete facilities, such as great size swimming pool, spa, what I love the most is Jacuzzi and sauna. This hotel offers savory breakfast buffet that has variety of authentic Javanese cuisines. Also, this hotel has met international standard as every staff able to communicate in English.

The area is very excellent everywhere from reception, to staff, and to the rooms. The only thing you can have a look out is some areas can be cleaned from dust in the rooms by lamps and shelves. Everything else I am very happy about the stay in this hotel.

Slight smell of smoke in non smoking room. No remote TV when I came in. After receiving remote found that TV was not good, many dead spots on screen. The most I like is the bed linen and pillows quality, one of the best I've been at this price level

OVERALL EXPERIENCE EXCEEDS MY EXPECTATION FOR A SECOND TIER CITY LIKE MALANG.VERY FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND RESPONSIVE STAFF.
MY COMPLAIN WERE THE MALFUNCTIONING PHONE IN THE HOTEL ROOM AND WIFI CONNECTIVITY AT TIMES.
I WILL DEFINATELY CHOOSE IJEN SUITES EVERYTIME I VISIT MALANG.

This large hotel in Malang stands out as a nice place for respite in an otherwise crowded and traffic jam packed city. The rooms and hotel are very nice with a pool, spa and sauna, and the restaurant has great breakfasts but staff is slow to restock

I wish that the hotel were a non-smoking one. The pub on 11th floor was so congested with cigarette smoke that I could not enjoy being in there and immediately must go out.

Nice hotel close to facilities that we need.

We arrived in the afternoon.
It took only 10 minutes for processing & we were shown to our room.
Our room close by swimming pool so it was expected to be a little bit noisy, however noise is stop by 10 or 11 o'clock at night so it is still ok by us.
Unfortunately one of the lift was broken when we were there, luckily we always out all day so it does not affect us that much. And also we were allowed to use staffs lift which was helpful immensely.
In our next destinations I found out that I lost my wallet with some amount of money & a few cards in it.
My nephew rang the management to query if they come across it & straight away they told us that they've found the wallet & the contents and waiting for instructions what to do with them. I have now got my wallet back with contents intact thanks to the management & the honesty of the hotel staffs.

Enjoy my staying there

Good hotel and clean, staffs were warm and good hospitality as well as very responsive. Room and bathroom clean, the ambience is great. The foods are nice. The pool area is cool. Near to downtown. I really enjoy my staying in Ijen with my family. A tiny critics is you can hear the people talking next door in the room. However itis recommended staying here.

Fancy on the surface, poor quality underneath

Overpriced hotel. Looks really fancy at first. But the rooms were not cleaned properly and the quality of the rooms could be improved. It seemed poorly managed as they seemed to want to save money on everything (used slippers in the room, had to ask 3 times for toilet paper and then received a half roll, reused bottles for shampoo and conditioner, etc.).

Small rooms and not at all soundproof.

The stay was very good, however there was a delay of 4 hours during check in, the hotel was overbooked. I called earlier informing the hotel that I will be checking in earlier at around 11:00 and they assured me that the rooms will be available, however even though we arrived at 14:00 we found the rooms not ready and we had to wait until 18:00 until we received the rooms. The service otherwise was very good; the food in the restaurant is not the best, no fish and the options are few.

Personalet og morgemmaden trækker ned

Det absolut fineste hotel på min rejse på Java. Værelset tip top rent og alt var fint.
Haven, indgangsparti og pool området er meget smuk.
Ved ankomst morer de 3 personaler sig i receptionen sig, hvilket er ok men de bør holde op når der kommer gæster.
Den gratis morgenmad var den dårligste på min tur. Et studie i forskellige fluer. Bordene blev ikke aftørret og så sågar 3 personaler passere en død fugl på gulvet uden at reagere på dette. Der var 3-4 personaler under morgenmaden som bare stod og talte med hinanden( var ikke obs på gæsters behov)

Lage nicht optimal, da in neuem Wohngebiet.

Das Hotel ist auf westeuropäische Gäste nicht eingestellt. Es ist ein Tagungshotel für Muslime und asiatische Besuchergruppen, was man am Speisenangebot beim Frühstück sehr merkt. Gegen 3.00 Uhr wird man durch den Muezzim und den hoteleigenen Hahn geweckt.

Service etc emtsprechen nicht dem europäischen Standart, dass war in allen anderen Hotels auf Java anders.

Goed zwembad, goede locatie. Redelijk ontbijt buffet, genoeg keus. Mijn kamer met 2 single bedden was netjes. Alleen bij het tegen elkaar schuiven van de 2 bedden was onder het bed niet goed schoongemaakt. Dit is wel gelijk opgelost.

Personeel erg vriendelijk.

マランの中心に位置するアクセス便利無いホテル。

当日、イベントがありキッチンの真上の部屋。エキゾーストの騒音最悪。
でも満室なので諦めて翌日最上階にアップグレード部屋は快適になりました。
レストランの皆さん朝食時笑顔でおはようございますですよ、朝から無表情はいけません。

なんだかんだで1週間突然お湯が出無かったり、ほんの2秒程度の停電5、6回ありましたがインドネシアでは良くあること。
プールのスタッフ日本在住経験あり良く気がつく良い人です。

Prachtig luxe hotel

Al met al een prachtig hotel, goed eten, geweldig zwembad en vriendelijk personeel. Enige minpunt is de herrie. Het hotel licht vlak bij een doorgaande weg en de balkondeuren sluiten slecht waardoor er veel geluid doorheen komt. Ook de meerdere moskees die regelmatig \"af gaan\" zorg voor veel geluid. Zorg dus dat je oordoppen bij hebt, en je hebt een fantastisch verblijf

Saat sy menginap kondisi hotel msh sangat baru (sktr 2bln), sebagian bangunan msh dlm tahap pengerjaan dan bbrp fasilitas belum semuanya tersedia terutama cafe/bar/pub. Kondisi kamar pasti bersih krn baru, namun sayangnya kamar tdk kedap suara shg suara dr luar terdengar terutama saat siang byk bunyi2 pekerja bangunan perumahan yg ada disekitar hotel

Luxe hotel, mooi en rustig gelegen.

Op rustige locatie gelegen nieuw en modern hotel. Personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en attent. Service desk uiterst behulpzaam bij zoeken van locatie of tripjes. Hebben (samen met zoon en dochter) er zeer genoten.
