Absolute Empfehlung! Eine Stunde Aufstieg zum Hotel mit toller Aussicht. Jeder Schritt hat sich gelohnt - die Unterkunft ist mit so viel Liebe und Charakter eingerichtet und es war rund um stimmig. Super gemütliches Zimmer und großer Aufenthaltsraum zum Entspannen. Sehr leckeres Essen - Frühstück und Abendessen sehr zu empfehlen. Der Saunabesuch war eine tolle Möglichkeit, den Aufenthalt ausklingen zu lassen!

“Mixed” experience - definitely a beautiful location and an amazing breakfast to kick off the day. That said, we were more than disappointed with the service (evenings) which made us leave with “mixed” feelings. I would love to recommend this place but we did not feel “welcome”. Additionally, portions are rather small (we ordered two dishes each) and the quality of the food is only mediocre.

Vi nåede aldrig at bo på hotellet, for da vi ankom om aftenen med to små børn og oppakning finder vi ud af, at vi skal gå næsten 3 km. i mørke op til hotellet.

Wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt! Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend und individuell eingerichtet die Sauna war total schön, etwas kurzes zeitfenster und parallel zum Abendessen war nicht sehr günstig

Wir waren mit 4 Personen dort. Das Personal war bemüht und freundlich. Das Zimmer welches wir bekamen entsprach in keiner Weise dem gebuchten Zimmer. Wir waren im Sommer dort und das Zimmer hatte nur ein sehr kleines Fenster, das machte es umöglich Frischluft zu erhalten. Es war sehr heiß und stickig in dem Zimmer. Der Betreiber war nicht zu einem Gespräch bereit. Daher reisten wir einen Tag eher ab, da es uns nicht möglich war noch eine Nacht dort zu schalfen. Schade, die Landschaft war wirklich schön.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einer tollen Lage. Zu Fuß läuft man circa 1 h bis zur Unterkunft vom Parkplatz. Leckeres Essen und auch Yoga ist geboten. Von dort kann man dann weitere Wandertouren planen. Bei Ankunft ist uns aufgefallen, dass unser Zimmer wohl leider nicht ganz sauber gemacht wurde (Handtücher von den Vorgästen hingen noch und der Boden war verschmutzt). Dafür konnten wir schnell eine Lösung finden. Abends kam es ab und zu zu sehr langen Wartezeiten beim Essen, das war teilweise etwas zäh. Insgesamt trotzdem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Gemütliches Berghotel mit zauberhaftem Ausblick
Die Anreise mit Gepäcktransport sollte schon im Voraus genau geklärt werden. Herausfordernder Aufstieg mit tollem Panorama, dauert ca. 45 - 50 Minuten aber sollte ohne weiteres Handgepäck geplant werden. Küche zum Abend bietet regionale Tiroler Köstlichkeiten, das Frühstück war einfach aber liebevoll zubereitet. Super für aktiven Genussurlaub und Wanderfreunde.

Vooraf was het voor ons niet duidelijk dat het hotel niet per wagen bereikbaar was. De 2.5 km wandeling duurde bergop wel 2 u met de kids. in combinatie met de skilessen was dit om 6u30 vertrekken en terug tegen 20u. Geen kleerkast op de kamer, geen tafeltje. Kamer was koud t° stond op 16°, ook na vraag voor aanpassing veranderde niets. Toilet en bandkamer piepklein en op de gang. Nog nooit meegemaakt en zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Ein unvergeßlicher Aufenthalt im Berg\"k\"hof Kaisertal.Wir wurden vom ersten Augenblick mit der herzlichen Gastfreundschaft des Hüttenwirtes empfangen. Die Lage des Hofes ist atemberaubend, unberührte Natur, pure Erholung. Wanderwege beginnen sofort vom Haus aus. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll, sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und vielfältig.Es gab auch das Angebot mit Yoga in den Tag zu starten und abends in der Sauna den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.das Personal war stets bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglichzu gestalten. Ihre Empfehlungen für Wandertouren waren äußerst hilfreich. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, das ich jedem epfehlen kann. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

No warning in hotels.com that the hotel can only be reached by foot and before 2100. Did the reservation at 2154 and they accepted it and now Expedia and the hotel refuse to give the money back. Hotel personnel arrogant and hotels.com personnel very unhelpful.

Der Aufenthaltsbereich ist super schick und modern, unser Zimmer hat auf den buchsungsbilder auch renoviert und modern ausgesehen, allerdings war nur das Bad renoviert. Das Bett war als Doppelbett zusammengeschoben und sehr hart. Die Lage und die Möglichkeiten sind super. Aber der Service wird komplett über das Smartphone abgewickelt, was teilweise ja praktisch ist. Aber in der Gastronomie am Handy zu bestellen finde ich sehr befremdlich. Allgemein war es sehr unpersönlich, wir waren leider enttäuscht.

Haben uns sehr über das schön angepriesene Hotel gefreut, leider kam dann die steil und über Stufen führende Wanderung, die vorher leider nicht ersichtlich war. Das Hotel kann anscheinend nur zu Fuß erreicht werden und ist mit Kleinkind unmöglich. Haben die Anreise abgebrochen. Das Rezeptionspersonal war telefonisch sehr unfreundlich und bot auch keine andere Lösung an um anzureisen. Mir stellt sich die Frage, ob die Lebensmittel etc. alles über den 55 Minuten langen Wanderweg bergauf getragen werden.

Hotellet ligger i smukke omgivelser man skal dog være opmærksom på at man skal parkere neden for bjerget og gå 2,5 km opad i en forholdsvis stejl stigning.. der var meget skiftende personale med ringe sprogkundskaber på engelsk og tysk samt en manager som var meget ubehjælpsom og ikke serviceminded.. vi boede 4 dage på et værelse hvor der lugtede af kloak på badeværelset hvor manageren ikke mente at han kunne nedlade sig til at tage sig af problemet og at vi bare skulle være glade for at der var et badeværelse og ellers kunne vi bare smutte..morgenmaden som kan tilkøbes til 18 euro pr person pr dag burde koste det halve.. den var ikke 18 euro værd.. selve naturparken er meget smuk og der er mange gode vandre ruter.. vi kommer ikke tilbage til dette hotel..

Wir haben den Berg k Hof bei einem Zwischenstopp aus Italien besucht. Nach einer 8 Std. Autofahrt war die kleine Wanderung von 45 Minuten genau das Richtige für uns.
Abends haben wir wunderbar gegessen und das reichhaltige Spieleangebot im Gemeinschaftsraum genossen.
Auch das Frühstück war super - frisch und regional inklusive selbst gemachtem Birchermüsli und frisch gemachten Rührei sowie ganz hervorragendem Kaffee.
Unser Familienzimmer mit eigener Dusche und WC war klein und zweckmäßig, aber neu renoviert, sauber und modern.
Schlechte Bewertungen über Service und Unfreundlichkeit verstehe ich nicht. Der Ton ist vielleicht mal sarkastisch - das muss man halt einordnen können.

Vi havde bestilt 2 overnatninger. Men vejret var skidt med skybrud og torden, og man skulle gå de sidste 2.5 km derop, så vi måtte ringe og sige vi først kom næste dag,- og så fandt vi et andet hotel med p-plads tæt på. Næste dag begav vi os derop. Det var en ret anstrengende tur, og der bør nok stå lidt mere udførligt, hvad det er man går indtil. Vi havde skruet forventningerne op til stedet i forhold til de billeder vi så på Hotels.com. Det var 1 stor fælles terresse, hvor vi forventede vores egen. Vores vindue på værelset var \"punkteret\", og det var næsten ikke til at se ud. Det var en oplevelse med den flotte natur omkring hotellet, men ikke et sted vi kommer igen.

Die Zeit im Bergkhotel war sehr schön! Es herrschte eine gelungene Kombination aus Tradition und Moderne vor. Der Weg zum Bergkhotel ist nur zu Fuß zu erklimmen, daher sollte man sich gepäcktechnisch auf das Nötigste reduzieren. Gemeinsam mit der schönen Natur und dem Touch Modern, ohne den Charme der Berge oder des besinnlichen Lebens zu verlieren, war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Ein super Ort um im Kaisertal Ferien zu machen. Aber nicht, wenn mann Hauptsächlich in Ebbs und Kufstein seine Aktivitäten hat. Parkgebühren in Ebbs, dann fasst eine Stunde Aufstieg zum Hotel.

Also mir hat sehr gut das Personal gefallen. Die Leute sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zuständigkeiten im Personal sind nicht eindeutig. Check in oder Check out macht dort scheinbar jeder . Dadurch kann es bei den Frühstück passieren das der bestellte Kaffee vergessen wird , was aber bei Nachfrage sofort erledigt wurde . Die Einrichtung des Gasthofes wurde wirklich liebevoll gestaltet . Das Konzept mit der Selbstbedienung bei den Getränken ist auch sehr gut . Ebenso das das es eine Küche gibt wo man selbst kochen könnte ist einzigartig. Diese Küche haben wir nicht genutzt, wir haben das Essen im Gasthof genossen , welches sehr gut war .

Abbiamo telefonato per capire se innanzi tutto potevamo comunque arrivare alla struttura in macchina, ma ci è stato detto... Solo a piedi... E peccato che la strada è un sentiero...innevato e in salita in mezzo ai boschi.
Essendo li per lavoro e non per trekking, abbiamo chiesto gentilmente se potevano rimborsarci la camera perché non ci era possibile raggiungerlo... Ebbene la struttura ha detto che non era possibile.
Quindi abbiamo perso tutta la prenotazione e abbiamo dovuto ripiegare in un altro posto e spendere il doppio!!

Das Hotel ist in wunderschöner Landschaft gelegen und komplett neu saniert. Das Wifi ist schnell und das Essen ist schmackhaft. Das einzige was man verbessern könnte ist die Organisation. Es gibt keine Rezeption und nach Informationen wie z.B. Wifi Passwort oder Frühstückszeiten muss man fragen .

Wo fängt man an? Beginnend beim schönen „Aufstieg“ zur Unterkunft über die wirklich sehr freundliche Begrüßung bishin zu unserem liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmer ist hier alles perfekt! Die Betten äußerst gemütlich, mit offensichtlich sehr hochwertigen Matratzen-inklusive der kuscheligen Bettwäsche, der „licht- und lärmfreien“ Umgebung sind hier sehr erholsame Nächte möglich! Das umfangreiche Frühstück lässt einen guten Start in den Tag leicht gelingen!
Man merkt einfach, dass hier mit viel Liebe ein alter Hof renoviert wurde und nun mit großer Freude versucht wird, den Besuchern eine unvergessliche und erholsame Zeit zu bereiten-egal wie lange man bleibt!

Wir wählten den Bergkhof als Reiseabschluss nach einer mehrtägigen Hüttentour. Zusammengefasst vorab: Es war einfach wunderbar :-)

Von den Zimmern waren wir mehr als begeistert! Wir waren im alten Teil des Hauses untergebracht und alles war stilgerecht renoviert. Dabei wurde nach unserem Geschmack der Charme des alten Hauses schön erhalten.

Vi besøgte hotellet en enkelt nat i begyndelsen af juli. Vi fandt først ud af, at man ikke kan parkere ved hotellet, dagen efter vi havde booket overnatningen, så måske bør man skrive et sted, at man skal gå 40-50 minutter opad for at nå hotellet?
Vi klarede dog turen op til hotellet i fin stil og nød den smukke udsigt og beliggenhed. Modtagelsen på hotellet var rigtig fin, og vores bagage blev hentet af den meget flinke vært uden problemer. Værelset var udmærket, og sengene gode. Vi benyttede hotellets sauna og spiste middag på nabohotellet. Morgenmaden var også god. Jeg anbefaler meget gerne stedet, men man bør nok overnatte mere end en enkelt nat, set i forhold til afstanden fra P-pladsen! I øvrigt bør der nok sættes flere skilte op på stierne, så man ikke går i den gale retning på vejen derop.
