Walking distance from Kufstein Train Station. Cutting through the shopping & dinning district. Breakfast was excellent. Nice view facing Kufstein Castle. Hotel offer a tourist card which offer free entry to Castle as well as public transport. Will come back again

The best breakfast of the 7 hotels that I stayed in. 10 minute walk to train station. Was given a guest card for the bus and other tourist attractions. Beautiful castle from the back window. Wonderful walking paths up the hill from the hotel.

After email confirmation of the reservation we called as required the hotel for key code information. At this time we also confirmed with Mss. Karina of the reception that we request extra cushions and to confirm that we will have the ordered COMFORT ROOM with mountain few!
At arrival the room was not a comfort room and few to inner courtyard which let you see only the other side windows, and no extra cushions provided.
To inform the management we called the hotel number, but after a short discussion the person of the hotel mentioned to “SHUT UP” and hangup the phone.
After trying to contact two times again and waiting 30 minutes for a proposed call, we called the emergency hotel mobile number where the person changed the room which had a terrace into the courtyard but still was not the ordered COMFORT ROOM, and my husband was requested to take 2 cushions from the previous room.
Comment:
we expect in a 4star hotel that the above mentioned issues never would happen !
And additionally the room standards is not the expected standard of a 4 stars hotel as it had some damages on bath tube and door frames, the minibar had only 2bottles of water inserted, no coffee or tee maker on the room, and not even a beverages vendor machine provided in the entrance area as the reception is closed from 10pm until 7am!
Luckily in the morning a very good breakfast buffet, where the chef cooked a very tasty omelette.

Good hotel, but not what we expected
There is really nothing negative we can say about this hotel, but it also was not wowing us. It is a good hotel, staff was helpful, it was clean, but overall, it did not do all that much for us, except for providing a place to sleep, and the beds were comfortable. We booked this hotel, because the view of the roof terrace looked amazing in the photos. It looked like there would be the river between the hotel and the castle above. However, what looked like the river on the photos, was in fact a flat roof of one of their conference buildings, and the roof terrace had a few seating areas, but no guest services when we were there. No views from the room or even from the restaurant. The room itself was spacious, but overlooking a road. It just wasn't quite what we expected. Breakfast buffet was good. On this trip we paid less for other places with amazing views and/or more charm.

Easy and beautiful walk from the train. Staff was berry helpful and courteous. Property has a rooftop with a gorgeous view of the castle and mountains. Breakfast was perfect. Only downside was no a/c and it was a heatwave. I left the window open and it was manageable. I would stay there again, even if no a/c. The rooms /bathroom are modern, comfortable, and clean.

Ich kann das Hotel sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, geräumig mit Blick auf die Festung. Schönes Bad mit moderner, grossen Dusche. Es war sehr angenehm warm im Zimmer. Das Hotel liegt in der Innenstadt, und verfügt über eine Tiefgarage, sowie Parkplätze draussen (16 und 12 EUR per Nacht im Dez 2025). Der Frühstück war auch ausreichend und in einer ruhigen Atmosphäre. Wenn wir nächstes Mal in der Nähe sind, kommen bestimmt wieder!

Stort, generöst och fint familjerum. Allt är nytt och modernt, helt och fräscht. Finare än bilderna! Städningen är helt utan anmärkning och jättefin lyxig frukost. Det enda vi saknade var luftkonditionering, det blev väldigt varmt och instängt på rummet trots regn och kyla utanför. Vi hade gärna haft bättre möjligheter att låsa dörren inifrån, som är svårare för små barn att öppna själva. Tyckte priset var ganska högt för en övernattning, men standarden motsvarade priset och det kändes därför prisvärt.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und somit mit allen Anreisemöglichkeiten sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Essen im Restaurant und auch das Frühstück sind hervorragend.
Bei der Zimmerauswahl würde ich beim nächsten Mal den Hinweis geben, dass es nicht in der Nähe des Fahrstuhls oder des Treppenhauses gelegen ist, es war sehr hellhörig. Die Matratze vom Bett war zudem sehr weich. Aber das ist ja von Mensch zu Mensch unterschiedlich gut empfunden. Gesamtgesehen eine gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit.

Vi havde set frem til en overnatning i en hyggelig by med komfort på 4 stjernet hotel, men blev desværre ret skuffet bl.a. pga følgende:
- Restaurant og bar var lukket og alle hylder næsten tomme. Atmosfæren bar derfor tydelig præg af at hotellet var delvist lukket ned (hvilket man ikke bliver gjort opmærksom på under booking)
- ikke én receptionist mødte os på noget tidspunkt med et smil og et “goddag”. Faktisk var den eneste der smilede til os under hele opholdet rengøringsdamen som ønskede os en fortsat god rejse, da vi checkede ud.
- da vi checkede ind opfordrede receptionisten os til at holde på hotellets parkering, da det ville være “mere sikkert”. Vi havde fundet en gratis parkering på gaden foran hotellet og spurgte derfor om hendes bemærkning betød om nabolaget var usikkert og om vi skulle være bekymrede, hvilket hun ikke svarede på.
- Ingen Aircon på værelset, hvilket var ubehageligt i 30grader - især taget i betragtning af at vi havde værelse på en af de øverste etager

Die einzelnen Zimmer sind wohl recht unterschiedlich wie auch die Bilder zeigen. Wir hatten extra ein größeres Zimmer gebucht in dem theoretisch auch drei Gäste hätten übernachen können. Obwohl wir nur zu zweit waren war die Couch die gesamte Zeit zum dritten Bett umgebaut also nicht nutzbar. Auch die Bitte zum Umbau an ein Zimmermädchen hat nicht geholfen. Zu Weihnachten kein kleiner Gruß an die Gäste auf dem Zimmer. Schade. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und der Kategorie entsprechend. Schade finde ich immer Säfte aus dem Automaten aus Konzentrat und Wasser.

È la seconda volta che, per andare all'octoberfest, scelgo questo hotel perché lo ricordavo molto confortevole. Credo abbia cambiato gestione perché l'accoglienza è stata impersonale e la camera pulita ma spartana, frigobar vuoto (!!??) niente acqua che abbiamo scoperto al check out avremmo potuto chiedere in reception (!!!!??) senza kit di cortesia in bagno ma con un detergente multifunzione che però era irraggiungibile dalla doccia, asciugamani piccoli e consumati.
