A clean, stylish and comfortable hotel in the heart of Kufstein. Walkable to shops, restaurants and the historic Festung Kufstein. Easy and seamless check-in and check-out, ample sized rooms (for 2 adults) and a wonderful breakfast included in the restaurant adjacent to the lobby. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Not sure what the architectural style is called, but it involved raw concrete ceilings. Bit of a disaster for anyone with allergies or breathing issues. Air conditioning was shut off despite 30 degree heat. Shower not clean,soap scum on walls and floor.

This property was very uncomfortable. The bathroom is open to the hotel room, and I was traveling with my sister in law. There was no privacy, even in the shower because there was no door, it opened right into the room. The bed was very uncomfortable. The staff left for the night at 10:30, which we did not know and we got into Kufstein right before 10:30 and almost missed being able to check into the hotel for the night, after we had already paid for it. I was really aggravated. There was no one to call during the night if there was any problem, there was no staff. Further, when we were there, there was a huge festival happening outside that rocked the whole hotel and it was impossible to sleep. I went downstairs and sat on the sofa until 2 am and talked on the phone. All of the people that came in through the evening asked me for assistance because they thought I worked there and there was no one else in the lobby. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very pleasant stay at the Arte hotel.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The receptionist was very friendly as were the rest of the staff. Modern clean room, comfortable bed and a large wet room.. Breakfast was plentiful with the best Semmel I had in a long time.The wine bar served lovely snacks and the wine was not to be sneezed at either. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Beste Lage für ein Wochenende. Selten so freundliche Mitarbeiter erlebt. Ganz tolles Frühstück mit vielen Aufstrichen, gutem Brot und Gebäck sowie Joghurt. Frühstück bis 10:30! Unser Kühlschrank in Zimmer 314 war laut und ließ sich nicht ausstecken. Sonst alles wunderbar.

Ein gutes Hotel, allerdings leider keine 4 Sterne, dazu gab es auf dem Zimmer zu viele kleine Mängel (dreckige Wände im Bad, loser Toilettenpapierhalter…) Da das Hotel direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt, leider auch sehr laut.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, eine größere Auswahl an Brot & Brötchen wäre schön gewesen.

Vorweg: Zimmer samt Bett war in Ordnung, wobei in dieser Kategorie das TV größer sein dürfte und ein Wasserkocher vorhanden sein dürfte. Internet stabil und schnell.
Gefallen hat auch der kleine Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Dampfbad, die nachmittags auf Anfrage angeschaltet werden. Der „Fitnessraum“ besteht dagegen aus zwei Hometrainern und einem Stepper.

Super Hotel grosse moderne Zimmer.Es ist zum Entspannen. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt.Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und ansprechend. Auch das Personal ist freundlich und kompetent.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in Kufstein und verfügt über eine Tiefgarage. Als Hotelgast kostet die Garage 15,-€ / Nacht. Es empfiehlt sich, direkt auf U2 zu parken, da die Zufahrt von U1 zu U2 mit einem Kombi sehr viel Rangierarbeit bedeutet. Von beiden Ebenen hat man direkten Zugang zum Hotel. Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, was uns gefallen hat. Das Frühstück fanden wir super und abwechslungsreich. Man erhält auf Nachfrage die Kufsteinerland-Karte und somit (außer Pfingsten) kostenlosen Zugang zur Festung und auch die Liftfahrt (kostet ohne Karte 22,50 €/Person) ist kostenlos. Gleiches gilt für den Bus etc.. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
