The room was clean and was in a ok location. Booked a long room for our key and it did not work had to go down and redo the key. Ended up with a double queen room but didn't question it because it was a long day and needed rest. About 9PM the guy came and told us he gave us the wrong room! Was afraid he might make us have to change room but he didn't. He had to go back down and fix it on his computer.

No toilet paper in our bathroom, we contacted the front desk and nobody even worked there. There was a sign hanging on the door. There is nothing at the breakfast. Breakfast was supposed to be provided and did not exist. No Internet the TV was nice, but it couldn’t work because there was a smart TV. The room itself was fine, but the bathroom had mold in it.

They are trying I will say that. The remodeling needs someone that knows details. BUT the biggest issue was that the sheets and bedspreads were all stained. Washed but stained. All need to be replaced. The bathroom was updated but the details of the construction was very poor. Also they spray an air freshener in the room and it is very over powering. We did not do breakfast but was told they had waffles but no hot food.

Waited half an hour outside the hotel at 1:30am after driving 10 hours to wait for someone to unlock the lobby door and check us in. Then had to wait for the staff to find us a pet-free room even though we had pre-booked a pet-free room. It was noisy and we maybe got 2 hours of sleep. The breakfast was pretty scarce as well, even though we went at 6am as soon as it started.

It was advertised that they had a pool and hot tub. Both were out of service. And there was absolutely nothing for the free Continental breakfast. Nothing. And it should be noted that even though its dog friendly there's a $30 fee for dogs.

Terrible stay. I could get ahold staff after I checked in. The heat did not work, there was no hot water and no information was given to me regarding WiFi. Terrible stay. I didn’t sleep since I was so cold even though I was wrapped up in blankets and my clothes. Don’t stay here.

Room was ok, floor dirty, no Kleenex, very limited breakfast!
When checking in, Roger put us in room assigned to another person. Charged us their rate which was lower than mine. When they found what they did, Roger called us at 8:30 pm, woke us up to tell us the manager told him he has to figure out how to fix it and he did t know how to do it! I tried to help him and offered to bring over the extra cash. We did and then got charged on credit card too! Talked to manager today and no apology at all from her! She said it was his problem to fix. Roger tried to take care of issue but calling to room to me for 1/2 hour and walking us up and still no apology from manager!

Wasn’t the cleanest had to pay to upgrade to have a fridge in the room. It said pillow top mattress with the highest priced room. It may have been a pillow top 20 years ago but it’s flat now. . The room was small . Hairs in bed and tub. Don’t expect anything but a donut and coffee for breakfast. Front desk guy was nice but a couple of people hanging around the hotel were a little sketchy.
It was safe and busy. You get what you pay for but if you just need a bed overnight you are ok

Check in took over 35 minutes, and we were the only one in the lobby. Our room was very, very cold upon entering. The loud, blowing cool air “heater” never got the room to a comfortable temperature all night long running on highest setting. The tile floor was like ice! The white towel looked blood stained. The box spring on the bed was broken. Tv didn’t work properly and the area around the property was filled with litter everywhere! The waffle maker was broken and at 7am, when we were leaving, the coffee from their container was room temperature, not even warm. I sadly am not making this up. Just terrible.

The pros: pleasant staff, check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and the bathroom as well. Comfortable, left early did not shower. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. The room warmed quickly when heat was turned on.

Cons: breakfast is non-existent. I had meds to take and would have liked at least instant oatmeal. No juice, nothing but coffee, waffles and cold cereal. Savings grace McDonald’s is in front of the hotel. The TV would not work, instructions for the tv were on top of the microwave. Couldn’t figure it out. No wi-fi. Not sure if it is not provided or if Verizon was an issue. I would call prior to staying to see if wi fi is available if it is an important issue. IDK if i would stay again. Pool and hot tub are closed for the winter.

Hard to get TV to work. Couldn’t get it on at all the night we got there. Shut it down and back up in morning it worked.We checked in on line and had to do it again when we got there. We stay here about once a year this was the first time there were any real issues.

Check in person was friendly. The room smelled so strongly of perfumed room freshener, that I could not breathe well. I almost opted to sleep in the car, but it was cold and snowy out. Wash cloth and bathmat were stained. The bed frame squeaked like a cot at Boy Scout camp. Breakfast choices were sparce, so we ate elsewhere. It was Raisin Bran, Froot Loops, jugs of milk, packaged sticky buns, and dry looking (unwrapped) apples. The waffle maker and juice machine were out of order.

The overall experience was just ok. Someone had previously smoked in our smoke free room, linens were old and stained ( it was explained that there was a laundry problem and old linens had to be used. The breakfast was ok at best. Not worthy of the cost per night.

Towels and bedding were clean, you could smell they were really clean. But they should work on getting the stains out because the impression of not being clean is there. We would stay here again.

The staff at check in was wonderful. We get to our room and things were ok until we got ready to take our showers and notice there was blood stained washcloths and towels. The breakfast was terrible!! The only healthy thing from that was a banana!! We had to eat our waffles without butter. No juice was available. In our room we had use of a coffee maker but not enough coffee creamer/sugar. At checkout the service was a cold attitude. I will not be booking anymore reservations with Days Inn. It wasn’t worth my money for we experienced.

Worst stay in a long time

Our room was questionable because we had dirty stained towels and we didn't know if it had been cleaned. We requested a different room and were told \"Absolutely not! I can't give you a different room because of a stained towel, my manager would kill me!\". Not acceptable. We stayed because the sheets looked clean but we're happy to leave quickly. The a/c worked on but didn't come back in unless I got up and lowered the temperature on the a/c. At checkout, I needed a receipt and to report the phone didn't work and the office was locked and closed. Worst stay I have ever had through Hotels.com which is very rare since I am usually delighted with Hotels.com.

The pool looked clean and the room was clean and nice smelling. The breakfast is definetely not filling. I like a hot breakfast and there are no hot items except for the waffle machine. There were a couple of fruits and cereal with milk.

We had a baby and asked for a later checkout because I had some transportation issues, but the staff member just asked me if I would like to pay for another night, which I do understand.

Check-in was friendly and the staff gave great directions to a newly renovated room. The beds were not replaced when renovations were done and should be their next project. Check-out was not friendly at all. The door was locked and there was no one available to speak to at all. That was very off-putting. I would stay again.

We literally had holes in our towels. Saw a couple of bugs, but the majority of the hotel was under construction. The bed was good. Internet was ok. Breakfast waffle mix had a “tang” to it so we didn’t eat them. They did have yogurt and fruit.

Not many food choices, rooms are getting updated, but some of the work in my room was of poor quality. Asked for another bed sheet to put over bedspread so my dog would not ruin bedspread. Never got it. No hot water in the shower. Construction going on, for over a year now. Some rooms are updated, many are not or in the process. I picked it because it would allow a dog. Thankful for that.

The ac didn't have a diffuser cover so the cold air only went
onto the side of the bed by the door. We did not stay at this property because of this. Left and checked into the Hampton Inn in Williamsburg, Ky.
I would not put my dog in this place!!!

This is a motel - 3 floors, no elevator. They could not accommodate us on the 1st floor, so my mom and sister with limited mobility had to struggle up the stairs that were encrusted with bird poop. We skipped breakfast as that would require even more stairs. The floor in the room was dirty and the pillowcases seemed clean, but were stained.

They are in the midst of a remodel so some areas as you walk around are less than top service areas. I was on a trip with other men riding motorcycles so this was perfect. If you are looking for a RITZ this is not it. But a clean updated room this is the place.

This place was under construction and should not be booking. I was very upset and we almost left. It was dirty and smelled of paint and other construction chemicals which gave me a headache during my sleep. We stuck it out for a place to sleep after a long drive with children and left very early. I would not recommend this place ever nor will I ever stay at any Days Inn ever again.

Upon arrival was then told was under renovation. There was workers there that made us very uncomfortable as we were traveling and had items in our truck and was not comfortable leaving our truck for the stay as fear was going to be broken into. Property was the most disgusting hotel I've ever been to.

The owner and employees were very helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable. You can tell that the owner has put in a lot of effort to remodel the hotel. Some of the rooms were still in progress but, it was still clean outside. They also have an outdoor pool and jacuzzi, which is great. We will be staying there again in the future.
