Our room wasn't ready at arrival. We waited in lobby for about 15 minutes and then we offered a different room. Upon entering room, we discovered bed bugs. We were then moved to the original room we were supposed to have. The staff were friendly. However, we never received any kind of offer of compensation or even contact from management. That was our first and last stay at a Hampton Inn.

Good day, here is my evaluation of this hotel. The staff was very helpful, friendly. The room was clean, well decorated and everything worked. Compared to a recently stay at another Hilton, Hilton Garden in Columbia, S. C. had quite alot of issues in terms maintaining and fixing, correcting room a handicapped room. Your

There was an issue with my reservation but Malaya at the front desk went far beyond what I expected to get the issue resolved. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem I encountered was the noise in the middle of the night from loud cars in the parking lot and nearby street.

The only thing that I absolutely hate was this hotel if anything is going on in the area they double sometimes triple there rates. I paid 254.76 a night for two nights at this location.. I had asked hotel staff why it was so expensive & she told me it was because of graduation. It was because of the Kentucky Derby. Why lie?

My only complaint is that this is a pet friendly hotel and our room smelled like a dog had been staying in it for a few days. The room and overall hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and check-in/check-out went smoothly. Everything would have been perfect if the dog smell wouldn’t have been so strong and overwhelming

Banging of doors all day and night. It was impossible to sleep. Most of the problems were caused by the cleaning staff. Instead of holding onto the doors as they were shutting, the doors were allowed to slam shut. The doors themselves need to be modified to keep this from happening. Other than this serious problem, the staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean!

The room was standard. My complaint is that there was no shampoo or conditioner. When I complained when at the front desk instead of saying “I am so sorry for the inconvenience, she said I don’t know why they don’t keep these filled.
I think your front desk people need a little instruction in customer service.
Oh and she did say I could’ve called the front desk. Really???? I am in the shower at 6:30 am and I would have to dry off. Get dressed and go down to get shampoo. For the price I paid I think shampoo should be provided in the room.

Not many choices for dining but for a few fast food restaurants. Do not follow your GPS navigation if you are coming off the interstate as it took me on a Crazy goose chase around the mountains. It’s very close to the off ramp of I75; so look for it around there.

Arrived late evening and Lady at front desk was smiles and cordial. Having not been greeted in past at other hotels, it was a very nice experience. Loved the freshness of breakfast meal , help from employees and certainly enjoyed using the pool. I won't hesitate to stay there or at a Hampton Inn again.

We found the room clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Our only issue was the limited space for walking our dog on the property. There was only one area and the grass was long and it was completely hidden by a semi truck parked in the lot. When I pay an additional $50 for my dog, I expect more grass areas and less rocks.
