Do not stay here. It was absolutely disgusting. No one can reach the manager about a refund, even Expedia and Super 8 corporate. Covered in bugs, cobwebs and filth. Rooms are NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. Pool was unusable, building was extremely poorly maintained. Smelled like sewage.

Room was really dirty. Sheets stained. Smelled of cigarettes with burn holes on the bedding. Pool is not functioning right now. Very misleading rooms do not look like the pictures. Also water would not drain after taking a shower. The outside of the property is also very dirty and covered in bird poop. Front desk was friendly and moved us to another room, that was not as bad.

It got us through the night okay.
It served it's purpose.
The staff was wonderful and gave us a different room upon request with no additional charges, however, the reason for the request was due to backed up plumbing in the toilet and sink on the lower level.
Our 2nd room was located on the upper level.
After we examined it, we realized it had a couple small holes in the wall, and a broken air conditioner.
Later on we realized I'm also had exposed wires on the cord lamp behind the desk.
I was worried for my dog's safety if he were to come in contact with them. Thankfully, that didn't happen.
Also, I recommend bringing your own shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, etc.. there wasn't anything more than a 2oz bottle of shampoo in the room.

This hotel is an accident waiting to happen. The 1st room i was assigned was not clean and i had to go back to office to request another room. The 2nd room was clean and went downhill from there. First the bathtub backed up and would not release the water. The second guest had to shower in standing water which is disgusting. They finally called a plumber but the tub remained stopped up. Second, the hot water faucet would not turn off. I had to allow the tub to fill while I walked back to the office again, to turn off the water. The reason I had to walk to the office is because the phone in the room was not connected. If I needed to call 911 , too bad. The fire detector had no batteries it was only a shell of what a fire detector is made for. The staff was 50/50. The female staff was very cordial but the male staff was arrogant . Even told me I can check out the room , which I would have if it wasn't for the huge number of college graduations during this time and there was no room available anywhere. I requested the adequate amount of wash clothes and towels for 2 people in the room. I eventually went to Walmart and purchased towels and wash clothes to bath in. This hotel has inhumane conditions that are not adequate for human beings. Never will consider this hotel chain ever!!!

Room shower was cracked and missing parts . Floor was cracked . Door didn’t seal correctly. Have to use translator apps to communicate with staff about major issues . Pool was closed due to out of season , that’s no one’s fault . Breakfast is available for those who drink expired milk and cereal. Walked into breakfast area both mornings less than an hour into breakfast time and they were out of everything except the expired milk and raisin brand. Tried to talk to staff about the expired milk and they shrug shoulders. Parking was lit and no one messed with the car so that’s good

Woman at desk called 911 when we complained about the uninhabitable rooms.
Called heath department in Whitley county to file a complaint.
Worst hotel EVER!

The bed was dirty, pillow cases were not clean and smelled terrible, bath tub was dirty. Did not have toilet paper, no towels only 2 hand towels one of which had rat feces on it. The microwave did not have a turn table and was filthy. When I asked for the bed to be changed they handed me the linens and had to change it my self. it was a terrible place to stay. The pictures on the website were very deceiving to say the least.

My room was not cleaned properly. The bed sheet and pillow covers were clearly used, and instead of a proper blanket, the hotel provided a bed scarf. The pillows were not only insufficient in number but also smelled unpleasant. The fridge still had two half‑drunk beverages left by previous guests, and the room intercom was not even connected.

When I went to the front desk to report these issues, the staff member was rude and dismissive. She told me to clean the fridge myself and claimed that no other rooms were available, even though rooms 117,119 & 121 were visibly empty. Later, when I returned to request a blanket and additional pillows, she again behaved unprofessionally and said they had no extra pillows. Her attitude was intimidating and disrespectful.

She also made an inappropriate comment, saying that because I booked through a third‑party app and “paid less,” I should not expect good service. When I asked to speak with the manager, she claimed to be the owner, gave the name “VINI,” and stated that she did not care if I filed a complaint.

I was traveling with child, and due to the lack of basic bedding, I had to purchase a blanket from Walmart. I have stayed at many Super 8 locations before and have never experienced anything like this. Her behavior and the poor condition of the room ruined my stay and caused significant stress for me and my family.

I strongly request that the appropriate authorities review this incident, take action regarding the staff & refund me

Sheets were either dirty or stained. First had the smoke alarm pulled from the wall and beeping. The lady at the front desk said to pull the battery to stop the beeping and the maintenence man wiuld fix it in the morning. There was NO battery in it. I went back to the front office. She told me to put a wet wash cloth on it 😳. I had to ask 4 times for a new room. Got one, and the sheets were dirty. Only stay here if fire isnt important to to you and you're really tired.

Parking was easy. Attendant that checks in very pleasant we checked in fairly late. We were tired. We got to the room toilet paper was pretty much empty no sparrow rolls no spare anything in the room one trashcan for the room which includes the bathroom at the front door refrigerator had half drink Coke that look like it’s been in there for months you turned it over and it was hard for your freezer and ice on it but refrigerator didn’t seem cold at all. We didn’t notice in the morning when we got up, but there were Kleenexes all up and down the side of the bed between the wall and the bed toward the bathroom. Looks like somebody had a bad cold or something. It sounded like water running all night. Not in our room, but the one next to us seemed to be the case when we ran into the person in the next morning, he said he couldn’t stop it. Bathroom and a hotel is very old. Probably should not be serving the public I walked down probably a couple hundred feet to get the toilet paper and it was cold outside snowing and icy. The phone was disconnected. I had trouble getting it. Reconnected to call the front desk. The only thingI worked really well was the heater. Around the soap container it looked like it had mold in the shower. We went to breakfast the next morning there was none. There was an empty pancake dispenser. Nothing to drink. The lady on the desk was Mohr watching her TV show and taking care no bread no drinks nothing Wyndham needs to dump this one. A waste of money.

Well let's start by saying I read some reviews and knew what I was getting myself into. Upon Entry the smell of cigarettes and the neighbor coughing up a lung told me I was in the right place. With her tv on full blast all night it was not a good nights sleep. Obviously I wasn't in town long enough to want to move, between the lighter I found in my bed and the burn holes in the sheets along with stains and hair I knew I wasn't going to touch the bed with any skin. But hey I don't expect much for a cheap room. Long story short I do not recommend this place at all!!! spend the extra money and make a decision based on is this room safe? Can I enjoy walking around barefoot?

If you are simply looking for somewhere really cheap to stay this is your place. The sheets were very stained and I'm not entirely convinced that they were not just left on the bed after the last people had the room. There was no smoke alarm as it had been disconnected. The paint in the bathroom ceiling was falling off and there was mold around the bathtub with an excessive amount of caulk around different things. Everything was rusted in the bathroom. We literally had just the end of a roll of toilet paper. The breakfast had no cups. They were out. The waffle mix appeared to be watered down as it just didn't cook right and looked much thinner than I'm used to seeing. The staff was friendly and the room was cheap for one night but you certainly know you're staying in a cheaper Motel.

Yes, it was very terrible. It was a nightmare.They changed me to 3 different rooms the first one had stuff laying in the tub from the ceiling that fell down the second one they told me to check out the beds were not made. The third one they told me to try looked okay at first, but then there was no heat. Only a little bit of warm air i went to the car and got a blanket and bought a electric heating pad. I have this all in pictures, it's just a nightmare. I still can't believe it had happened. The one room I went back into someone had walked in on me. Thought it was the wrong room, said he was sorry and now the door did not even lock. I used expedia, that is probably why I was getting bad rooms because there were many other rooms available, and they told me there was none.
Yes, it was a nightmare. I don't know why they have to do people like that.

Honestly, I’m really disappointed with this Super 8. The little stay was a mess.

First off, the front desk staff were terrible especially the Indian lady working there. She was rude, dismissive, and acted like she didn’t care at all. We didn’t feel welcomed or helped in any way.

They put us in Room 100, and the second we walked in, the smell hit us. It was nasty and never went away. On top of that, it was freezing outside (about 2°C), but the heater in the room was so loud it kept making noise all night. Sleeping was basically impossible.

What made it worse was the bedding situation. The pillows were tiny like baby pillows and there was no real blanket. Just a thin cover that felt like a bedsheet. In that cold weather, that’s not okay. We asked for proper pillows and blankets in the middle of the night, and they just said they didn’t have any. No effort to find a solution, no apology, nothing.

When we complained about the smell, the noisy heater, and the lack of bedding, the staff literally told us to “refund the money,” even though we booked the room a week in advance. That’s not customer service that’s them telling you they don’t care.

Because of all this, we had to leave and change hotels in the middle of the night. That should tell you everything.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Clean rooms and basic bedding are the bare minimum, and they couldn’t even manage that — plus the staff attitude was just awful.

The room was neglected in that the door to the room has about a 2inch gap at the floor to the door. Allowing for gosh knows what critters to enter. The mattress was covered in plastic for who knows what reason. With the plastic on, the fitted sheet would not stay on. I don't even want to discuss the noise the plastic makes when you move. The bathroom area was in much needed repair, cleaning and more.

No glasses in the room; the bathroom remodel was a disaster of atrocious workmanship, poor housekeeping, we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to even show up at the desk when we arrived at 5PM.

For breakfast there was a sign in the \"breakfast room\" that coffee (1 luke warm thermos) was in the lobby(?!?) There was a waffle machine and nothing else; no bread, muffins or pastry nor any juices.
The bed was lumpy and the sheets were scratchy.
Wyndham should get rid of that franchise location immediately
Apparantly any significant upgrade to this 1960s S-8 was confined to the lobby.

The room was the worst experience I’ve had. In hotels. The bed covers had small rips and the bed didn’t look made. The bathroom tub had water floating up with the hair of the next rooms’s occupant. When it was time to take a bath, the water was filling up the bathtub as I was taking a bath. It was so messy. The occupants of the other rooms had a beer party right in front of my door and sleeping was near impossible. Lastly the heater did not work and I had to wear layers of my clothes to sleep. I don’t think I will be a repeat customer.

The “breakfast” was packets of oatmeal. The replaced our towels one morning and not the next. Cable didn’t work on television. There were no parking spaces available near our room and we had to park on the other side of the hotel. We asked for first floor room and got a second floor room that smelled like smoke throughout. The microwave and TV did not work. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. We ask staff for extra towels but never received any. No breakfast items including coffee tea or juice.
This is by far the worst Super 8 I have ever stayed in.

Without question the filthiest motel I’ve ever stayed in. The first room I was given, the bathroom stunk of sewage so bad I had to keep the door shut. The room was dusty. The blanket had several cigarette burns in it. The mattress was so old the top half of it was concave. The second room I had there was a dirty washcloth on the towel rack in the shower. The blanket was so filthy I stripped it off the bed and took it to the front desk and demanded a new one. The towels & washcloths were so dingy I went to Walmart and bought my own. This place is a health hazard!

That it was clean, convenient, and quiet. Im from Toledo, Ohio and come here to Williamsburg to see my mom in the nursing home and this hotel was also affordable.

Do not stay here

Cleanliness is terrible. Floors dirty. Bathroom with mildew and very dirty. Towels were not appropriate, like they were not laundered. Beds had bed bugs and I ended up with a lot of bites. Smells bad.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a joke! The waffle maker and cereal was it - nothing else. The OJ machine unplugged, no fruit, no bread, no yogurt, no butter for the waffles, no bowls for the cereal, no napkins, no creamer, only real sugar, no substitutes. Pretty sad…

Cheap but doable

First room smelled like sewer so had to switch. Next room was dirty and had to be cleaned before use. Hotel ran out of towels and toilet paper. One room in our groups door didnt lock so anyone could walk in. Positives were they let us use the pool and hr later for a bday and the rooms were updated but still need some care.

The price was awesome $68. The Holiday Inn right next-door was over $200. I'm not picky so if you're picky person I would not stay there but I just traveled seven hours and was tired. The bed was comfy air conditioner worked that's all I cared about room for fairly clean, got to watch a little TV and relax, no real surrounding noise they had a pool but I didn't use it since I got there late night. I would stay there again

Bathroom seem dirty and smell awful and also, breakfast area provide nothing at all, just juices and cereal and it suppose to have everything like sausage, bacon, biscuit with gravy or fruits

Floor was dirty and we saw a roach in the room. Also it is a pet friendly facility and there was a smalll dog poop all dried up behind the floor lamp, Supwr 8 should be ashamed of this motel. Totally unacceptable.
