No soap in room. Old room key on a bed. I/3 roll of toilet paper. Breakfast area closed, not even coffee available, and no coffee in the room for the little coffee pot. . Pool covered, closed in June.

Very disappointing for a Wyndham property.

For the price, this hotel was quite clean and I (as a woman traveling alone) felt safe. There is a winery next door that is charming. I would stay here again as a stop on the way to florida.

No hair dryer, when I called the office on room phone it wasn’t working properly, smoke detector was in a drawer and not working, the room was smelly, crack pipe on the floor, charged extra because we were a lil early, hanging rack was barely secured to wall. Very very disappointed, but we made it work and left as soon as I could in morning 5am. Rif raf all in the same location of hotel.

It will be better if and when they open the lobby and get coffee and breakfast (if they serve breakfast). Overall a good stop at a very nice rate!

Nothing much to like, I was asking a question about why the TV was all Spanish except the commercials and the movie channels were all Spanish don't know why I need to learn a foreign language to live in a country I was used to speaking the countries language. Anyways the towels are nasty and stink takes all day to get them at request. The bath water is fine the toilet was terrible plastic just about broken they don't mop the type floors daily they don't do anything for my room and now I don't want them to I was ripped off from either Expedia when I booked it a payment came out of my account for a night before I was going to go pay for my 281.00 fee I paid for a night I had already previously paid for three days and wanted four nights someone took out a one night payment from my chime banking without my approval so I paid up front for for four nights and like I said one was already paid for before I used Expedia. Now I realize I want be getting that back in 5to 7 days from the date NENVER HAPPENS

Literally disgusting. Our door was open already upon arrival when we walked in it smelt heavily of lysol and bleach. They don’t clean the bedding they just drown it in lysol and make the bed. The stains on the mattress pads and lamps. There was also cockroaches. We were all itchy from laying in the beds.

Don't waste your money

The AC didn't work the guy from check in came and got it on but then we couldn't adjust the temp is was stuck at 61 degrees. Caulking was used to cover most likely cracks in the tub. Towels were supposed to be white were either dirty or stained. Beds were rock hard and pillows were paper thin.

Problems: door lock not working covered by duct tape. **Smoke alarm wires in ceiling, smoke alarm itself in drawer**. Covering on desk chair ripped and padding exposed. Rusting lamps, no coffee maker even though there was a coffee setup. Pluses: sermed to be clean, a/c worked ok, bed was comfortable.

I paid 100 deposit in cash and when I went to check out the lady walked up to my room and came down with a smoke detector and accused me of removing it from the wall and took my 100 and stuck it in her pocket. I told her I had a smoking room and besides I couldnt even reach the smoke detector to take it down but she argued with me that I did it. I asked to speak to someone above her but she refused.

I feel bad for the housekeepers. Management makes them start knocking on doors at 7:45 am. We were there 4 nights and never got sufficient sleep. There was no do not disturb option because everyone was noisy all day and other guests were noisy all night. The housekeepers were incredibly friendly though and they deserve better. The sheets were blood stained and we found a bug in our bed. The lobby has been closed for over a year. There is no continental breakfast as advertised.

We were told there was breakfast so we went with this hotel when we got there by midnight they said there would not be breakfast and they didn’t have the option to take it off? Then we asked for sheets bc my daughter spilled a Drink on them and at first they told us that it was impossible… but did eventually bring them. The ironing board and iron was severally broken. So was the room telephone. We won’t be staying here again.
