Breakfast was great!
Deana Mark
Front desk and room was super warm.
Jon
No bath mat, slick floor, no place to place cosmetics in the bathroom, should at least have a small table for that purpose.
Marcia
Room was clean. Staff friendly. Very reasonable price. Would recommend!

No air conditioning throughout hotel or gym. It was not turned on in the room. Bed was very old, noisy and not comfortable.
Jacob
We enjoyed our 3-night stay here. The pool and jacuzzi were a big plus for our trip, although the pool was pretty cold. The room was very clean. The staff we interacted with were professional and polite. Our room was quiet at night and we slept very well in our cozy bed. We greatly appreciated the luggage cart provided next to the side door that made unloading and reloading our vehicle so much more convenient. Breakfast was nice, and we loved the waffle maker. The breakfast room is kind of tight for seating, though. We really liked this hotel's convenient proximity to coffee, shopping, highways, and gorgeous downtown Pella. Our only censure is that the cord on the blowdryer was melted in several places pretty severely. Thankfully, I brought my own blowdryer. We did notify the front desk about it. We would definitely stay again.
DWIGHT
Definately the nicest room we have stayed in the area. Staff were great and location is perfect.
Joshua
The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The in-room, hot tub was surprisingly great and worth the extra cost. Excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Location was very convenient and parking was very easy.
Marsena
Convenient, fairly quiet, friendly staff.
Jodi

For the price, this is a very nice hotel. It’s nothing fancy, but the rooms are clean, even if they are a little dated. The bed was comfortable and the rooms are large. It was nice having a washer and dryer available for guests.
The staff is very helpful.
I’ve stayed here twice and would definitely stay here again.

Reception staff was friendly and helpful, room was very clean, received extra towels when requested. Kids loved the pool area which was kept clean. Breakfast was good on the weekend, on Monday, the selection wasn't as appealing.

This hotel could use some care. It’s outdated and limited amenities. Breakfast was gross. The creamer was expired. They can’t help you make any changes to your online reservation. I ended up checking out early.
Jillian
Beds and pillows were so uncomfortable.
Julie
Would not stay again. Poor quality over-all!
Shirley
The room was ready and clean. The staff was friendly and prompt.

Laura
The room was everything advertised. Hot tub was large enough for 2! The hotel staff was brilliant, and really matched my energy coming in. Room was Very Clean, and we were even asked if we had any requests for Breakfast the next morning! Tremendous Stay.
Eugene
The room was in great condition.
Lynn
The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was just okay, in fact we only ate once because it wasn't great. The room was clean, but had several little things that needed to be repaired. Note that altho the website states a coffeemaker in every room, that is not the case. The staff told us \"people kept breaking them so we removed them\". They did provide one when I asked. We were unable to call the front desk re the coffee maker because the phone had no dial tone. We reported the phone problem but it was never replaced.

pros: clean room, staff was friendly. Nice hot tub.
Cons: no elevator. I am disabled and I can hardly handle too many steps. My wife and I tried to cancel the reservation. We called the hotel customer service and we got the run around. The phone in the room was useless: no telephone cord! The mattress was too hard and we didn't get a good night's sleep.Breakfast was ok.

Room was clean, beds were comfy with comfy pillows. Check in went well, very friendly employees. Breakfast was a little disappointing. For people who cant have sugar (carbs), plain scrambled eggs would have made our stay almost perfect. Their eggs had potatoes in them. Other than that we would stay again! Pella is beautiful and people in the community were so friendly. Lots to see and do.

Quiet refuge
Parking lot is secure (small town) and plentiful.
Hotel is clean and quiet; no bright lights shining in windows.
The whole place smells wonderful, but not overpowering!

Oscar
AC was cool
Alicia
No shower curtain. We waited 30 minutes to check in as couple in front of us had problem with their reservation. There was dark green goo on the mirror and countertop of the sink. Beds squeaked very loudly with all movement. Shower containers hadnt been cleaned. There is a clothing iron burn on the counter top near sink. We would NOT recommend this hotel .
Aisha
I payed $200 and excepted way better then that the bath tub was not clean very closed together
Karen
Clean room. Appreciate being able to adjust AC

You need to update and do some staff training
Our room (108) was must, and damp and the carpet was as well. Glad we opened the window the last night we were there to bring in fresh air.
Front desk people greeted us but were dressed and talked unprofessional

Staff was friendly. Bathroom in room had broken tile and was dirty. Beds weren't very comfortable and breakfast wasn't great. For the price it was ok.
Kevin
2nd time staying here. Manager on duty was polite, room was clean other than a few crickets hiding in the bathroom. Quiet little town. Side door of the building stuck open a little, so it didn't fully lock unless you pulled it shut. Nice to be able to relax in the hot tub at night. Breakfast was not good, crumbly eggs, sausages sitting in liquid, warm (not hot) sausage gravy, they were out of most juices (manager filled them right away when notified), there was no spray for the waffle grddle, so everything stuck to it. Overall, a nice place to stay for the price, just need to improve the breakfast quality, the offerings were fine.
Michael
Bteakfast could be better.
Michael
The guy at the front desk was great. Friendly, personable and helpful. Breakfast eggs and sausage were excellent. Like homemade.
Yulia
The rooms are extremely small. The sink is inside of the room and not in the bathroom make it unconvincing when one guest sleeping and another need to wash hands after bathroom use. Breakfast is limited. But the room is clean and quiet. For one night stay overnight is okay

Clean room
Our room was clean, which was the most important thing to us.
One main negative. The fitted sheet on the bed was pilled up and not smooth, and the elastic was stretched out so that it pulled out and we ended up partly on the mattress pad in the morning . Yuck.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is older, but clean. Breakfast was simple and satisfying.
Shelly
Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Andrew always made sure we had what we needed!
Nick
Breakfast was not acceptable. Powdered eggs, stale biscuits, microwave potatoes and bad gravy.
scott
Good place to stop on our way out west. Good service. Functional amenities. Beds are doubles and not queens so if you have the fam it may be a little cramped but for us it was just for one night.

When I first washed my hands black water came out. Remote for television missing and could not be found by staff
Brian
Albeit older, this is actually a nice hotel, and the staff is excellent, but hotel overall lacks certain things that may dissuade a customer.
The lack of an elevator to get to the second floor really negatively affects the elderly and those with disabilities. Bathroom had light but no fan and sink was separate from room. Fridge had temp and condensation problems, so one has to work with it. Breakfast okay, but unless one’s creative with mix and matching items, you’ll probably want to go somewhere else after the second day of stay for variety.
On the positive side, located in safe area and parking was plentiful and safe. Room very clean and spacious. Wi-Fi had decent enough band-width to watch/listen to streaming services on personal devices. AC good once you get to know the settings. Really big tv. Pool good, hot tub actually great.
Only vending was one machine that was limited in items, but there’s a local supermarket within 50 yards, a regional convenience chain about an one-minute drive away and a “hyper-market” within three minutes. So if you forgot something, or need to restock on things while passing by, you’re gonna be in good shape.
Overall, we really enjoyed this hotel and the people that work there. It’s an older property, but the folx currently running it are trying their best to make it work in today’s lodging landscape.
I wish Wyndham would allocate some funds to build an elevator for the property.

The only thing I would say is that the breakfast was a little disappointing. Other than that, our stay was awesome.
Alicia
It was very clean but I thought the building could be updated.

Seem to be nice but had a musty odor

Simple hotel. Front desk staff were super welcoming!

Didn't feel private. We could hear conversations in the hall clearly, which made us feel we would be heard in the hall.
Room was clean and jacuzzi worked OK.
AC didnt remove the humidity, so ot was sticky in the room

This place is definitely not what it used to be. Looks to be new owners. Hopefully they will keep up with the appearance of the place. Otherwise the stay was pleasant and quiet!! Breakfast was great. The pool area was a great spot to relax and watch the kids swim to end the night!!
Jerry
nice bed
Wendy
The bathtub was dirty, the walls next to the bed were really dirty (I really don’t want to know what was running down the walls), the bed was so uncomfortable, the pillows were flat, the staff seemed annoyed we were there, the room was set on 80 and it was so hot. We did get it cooled down but it took so long we were miserable while waiting. I think this is a truck stop hotel. Do not recommend.
Thomas
No elevator. Not good for the price.
Jana
Property was clean and updated. Had to “fiddle” with the TV, as the Direct TV input had been plugged into the wrong hdmi port. Had some trouble keeping the room at a comfortable temperature.
Cynthia
Everything was clean and there was ample soap abd towels. Air was cool and the shower was excellent.
Annette
great location in a beautiful town!
Melissa
The night time manager was amazing! She was so accommodating to our family and set us up with adjoining rooms, without us asking.
Johnette
Be aware, this hotel does not have an elevator & this was a problem for the group i was with. The hot tub wasnt operating the weekend we were there. The staff was friendly.
Luciano
Great location for our trip, close to other areas we’re going to visit.

I liked everything except the sheets. I like the feel of crisp clean sheets and it was fine down to about my knees then from there down the sheets felt old and worn. Other than that everything was perfect!!

Just staying over night. Haven't really explored the property, but it seeks nice. So far it was quiet and the room is comfortable.
I was disappointed at check in. I was sent a check in email before arrival that I completed in full, including a photo of drivers license, credit card information, license plate number, make and model of car, etc. I was supposed to just pick up keys at the front desk. Unfortunately, I had to do all of that again, and I was tired from a long day checking in after 7 PM.
