Very clean room and helpful staff
Cindy
The Cobblestone exceeded our expectations. Price was very reasonable and the room was very clean. Air conditioning was great as the outside temp was about 95 degrees. We slept so sound with the room being so cool. Front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Janet
Very clean all throughout the property. The room was immaculate! The breakfast was delicious!
Larry
Very friendly and quiet
Phia
Only stayed one night but it's clean and well maintained.
Hans
This hotel deserves all the positive reviews.
Arthur
The handicap bathroom was problematic., Slippery floor, small vanity and hard to operate shower head.
Ursula
It was a nice hotel. The staff was friendly. I was disappointed that the room I booked with walk-in shower was not available when I got to the property. The king suite they gave me instead was roomy, but the couch was hard and slanted so it was difficult to get out of. The tub/shower was nice, but no bath mat to step out of, and when you have mobility issues, stepping out over the tub rim onto a slippery floor with your wet feet is a no-no. Since it was just me, there were enough towels for me to use one as a mat. Breakfast was very good and a decent selection of items even though the area looks small. Overall, a nice stay.
Jeffrey
Room was great but the stairway and hallway was freezing! I work on those types of ac heaters all the time. Who needs to keep units at 62 degrees? That's plain crazy! Thanks for the cold I got!
Nancy
Enjoyed staying here…was kind of a cute boutique hotel…offered a little bit of everything..enjoyed their outdoor patio, the breakfast choices, small bar area
Angela
The Cobblestone in Knoxville, Iowa is always a pleasant place to stay!
Tiffany
We really enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was quick and seamless; staff was friendly and super helpful. The hotel was very clean, and beds were comfy! The only thing that caught me off guard is there is not an elevator. My father in law struggled a little bit going up and down the stairs, but thankfully it was just one flight. That was probably an oversight on my end. We will definitely stay here again!
Steven
Reception very nice. Room clean, roomy, and comfy. No elevator so if staying on 2nd floor prepare to haul stuff up the stairs. It was fine tho. We did not eat the breakfast so no info on that.
Stephanie
Thank you my family and I felt very welcomed during our short stay
Paula
The room and bathroom were both very clean. Also a nice quiet location. Pleasant stay.
Joseph
Bare Bones minimum establishment. Didn't even have an elevator you got to drag all your stuff up the stairs never seen that before.. no complimentary anything in the room no free water just a bed and a television that doesn't give you any smart channels at all. If you want to buy one or they make you buy it at the front desk.. I honestly expected more from the reviews it wasn't bad just blah not to mention the fact that AC didn't work and the toilet kept Flushing

This hotel is 2 stories and has no elevator. We were given a 2nd story room. When told there was no elevator I explained my 77 year old husband can’t do stairs the young gentleman at the desk apologized and in minutes had a room for us on the 1st floor. Very nice man. This is a fairly new hotel and very clean. Good location. I would stay here again.
Dawn
breakfast and coffee were good/decent.
Brian
Clean room.staff was nice and polite. Breakfast was gods
Kayla
My room was very clean and nice to stay in for two nights!
Tad
All was great, but not having an elevator was very impactful.
Terry
Breakfast was banal but expected.
Biggest complaint is no elevator. How can a hospitality facility build a two story hotel without an elevator. What about guests like my wife and I forced to take a second floor room. We had to drag our heavy bags up the stairs and down when we left.

One of the best motels we have stayed in. Breakfast, which is important to us, was small but had all that we like, eggs, potatoes, sausage, fruit, juice, coffee, waffles. Staff is nice. Can grab a bottle of beer by the front desk. Breakfast area is very homey and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very clean.
Aaron James
Clean rooms, convenient location, great staff.

Room was clean, bed comfy. Staff very helpful. Was my first visit to Knoxville. Gave recommendations of restaurants, directions to places, provided maps to area. Provided solution with cell phone charging station in room. Need more sports stations on DirectTV.

Very nice hotel. We stay here alot, but this time they were out of a lot of things. Basically out of wine in the bar..,no milk for breakfast or syrup for waffles. Manager should have stocked before he/she went on vacation!

The room itself and the hotel were fine. The experience on the other hand.. not so fine. We were in town for less than 24 hours for a funeral and had children with us so we wanted somewhere with a pool. We check in and get to our room, and not even within 2 minutes of being in our room, the fire alarm goes off. So evacuate, the police, fire dept. and first responders come. While outside waiting, We overhear the staff say this is the 3rd time within a month this has happened. They clear it and allow us reentry. We get about half way down the hallway of the first floor and there is such a strong overwhelming odor of marijuana lingering that we just grabbed a few things and left the hotel to go to family house. While at said family my sister gets a call from hotel saying they narrowed it down to her room from the “m

Brent
Very nice property with great staff.
Greg
I have repeatedly shared with staff and management regarding the poor quality of the WiFi at this hotel. They have listened courteously and let me know that they have attempted to address my concerns. Unfortunately the WiFi has not improved which causes me and my 10 yr old frustration. I’ve stayed at this property numerous times in the past 5 years - property is nice but the WiFi is barely usable.

One Night Stay
TV would not work… no instructions in room on how to maneuver through the menu… lots of pay services. Frustrating when all one wants is to catch up on the news while traveling.

I was disappointed that if I would have called the property directly I would have saved $20.00. Expedia did NOT give me the best rate as it said it would.

It was fine. Our power came back on so we were only there two hours- didn’t even stay the night.

The property is modern and the room is nice. The front desk clerk was pleasant. Parking is very convenient.

Signage for hotel stinks! We drove past the unmarked road twice!
The 2 front desk women were sooo unfriendly!
Only hotel ( besides Super 8) in town, so options are limited.

Second stay, this time whirlpool king. What a treat!! Hot water, very clean, lots of towels, great big king bed with fresh sheets. Big screen tv. Just an awesome indulgence. Hotel was quiet, coffee and pastries 24/7, Iowa nice all around.
