We had three rooms, family and friends. Our stay was excellent, this was my wife and my fourth stay here.
The staff were all excellent and very helpful, kind, considerate and friendly.
The buffet was very good and the staff there was also great.
The location is excellent, only a couple blocks from the beach.
The rooms were awesome and very clean.
The hotel is very beautiful. This is a great choice if you want an excellent and beautiful place to stay and relaxing to.

I booked the room for my friends. They complained that the garage staffs were extremely rude and judgmental. The staffs kept asking if they are here to do makeup for the guests(?!?!?) and finally let them park when my friends showed them the itinerary while still acting surprised. Little to no communication during their stay. Front desk did not even ask for feedback during checkout. The only plus point is the room was actually nice and spacious. 1/5 stars. Educate your staffs better to stop judging your own people.

Rooms were good. Breakfast had a large selection but some of the food was hit and miss. Fruits fresh and tasty. Made to order noodle soups delicious but some of the premade food that I tried was less good. There was what ended up being a false emergency alarm that woke me and my family at 6am. The alarm abruptly stopped after about 10-15 seconds but there was no explanation or a message from the hotel that it was a false alarm. As a result my parents in a different rooms were frantically scrambling to grab things to leave the hotel. Fortunately I confirmed the false alarm and stopped them before they left the hotel. Most other guests were left standing for over 10 minutes wondering if they should evacuate. This definitely could have been managed better.

The room is stuffy and seems like air conditioning is not functioning well. The weather outside is cooler than the hotel temperature. Nice hotel but not perhaps overly concern about electricity bills and neglected the guests. And they limit you to 2 bottles of water only and have to pay for water. Don’t think I would like to stay there again.

We had a great experience when we first stayed here 6-7 years ago therefore we had book the stay again. We felt the experience was not that same and the hotel is a little run down and did not maintain its original appearance. The carpet needs to be replaced and the room not prestine like it is used to.

Overall the customer service is superb but the appearance of the hotel is now mediocre compared to other hotels. Not sure if I want to come back again the next time I come in town.

Not happy how the reception handled my checkout.
they charged me for room key a) it was never told that it would be chargeable b) what would i do with the key..

i was told that 1 mug was missing. told them that i would not know or it wasn't damaged. so it should be in the room. anyway the front office went ahead and charged. told them do they expect us to check each item before check in. what if it wasnt there. she didnt have any answer.

well it is not about money, but the way it was handled was very unprofessional.

what i am very sure, we wont not be staying at this hotel.

The receptionist was a very nice lady, she gave us a free room upgrade that give us access to the Business Lounge. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious.

The only downside to the hotel is the swimming pool. It is not well-maintained at all, there is algae in the pool and the paint is mostly scraped off.

They put all the free rooms for the tours first and let the single guest had to wait for long time. I booked 2 rooms and I had 1 at 14:45pm and another at 15:45 - it was mean that the check in time for us is late! We didn’t have a respection from the hotel. It is so unfrofessional environment!

I choose a 5-star hotel with a range of dining options advertised. There was no room service only a mini-bar. The first night the restaurant was closed. The breakfast buffet was too crowded on Sunday and when we tried to get food in the lobby cafe we were told they were not serving food due to a corporate event. A hotel of this size and supposed quality should be able
to manage both corporate and family groups at the same time.

I really enjoyed the beautiful view and great breakfast! Highly recommend checking out the pool! Only problem was that we had two-three power outages and the staff didn’t Check on our safety. (E.g. phone call after they got the power back) Communication would be appreciated.

Very very nice property.. My guess is that its a fairly new building.. We had the double room, and it was very impressive, and large.. All of my expectations were exceeded as it is a five star.. if i just had to change one thing? Hot coffee at the breakfast buffet... Oh it was available mind you.. First impression upon checkin was great. The front desk was helpful. After settling in, my wife and i started noticing that even after the cleaning crew had cleaned up, we could see dust on top of the fridge and smudges on the tables that we had made before cleanup. The bathroom had this strange odor i latter attributed this to black mold lined on the bottom sides of the shower. I dont think the bathroom floors had been scrubbed in a while.
Also the floor in front of the elevators had smudges on them . Looked like there had been spills that had not been cleaned and gathered dust .
I also saw a smudge like that in the coffee shop in the front lobby.
I came away thinking that 2 things could be happening here.
1. There is not enough cleaning staff to handle the job
2. The cleaning staff is lazy or could not care less.
I have been to Vung Tau 4 tines in the last 8 months.
I stayed at the Imperial the first 3 times for 2 weeks each.
Just to try something different, i decided to book the Pullman.
My first impression of the Pullman can be summed up in 3 words
A dirty hotel
Hopefully something can be done about this problem

Nice Hotel in the middle of it all.

Great hotel. Very luxurious, great atmosphere and great staff. The rooms were fantastic and everybody was very accommodating. My only advice to travelers staying here would be to get in early for the buffet dinners and breakfasts, the food goes quick and they don't cook things for you unless you press them to do so (they have lots of precooked foods which get cold under the heat lamps).

Some points to improve on:
1) Living Room phone no preset button to contact for Laundry, Room Service... etc.
2) Placement of Complimentary Tea, Coffee should be at the Pantry area instead of the drawer below the TV.
Executive Lounge:
1) Limited Variety of Food.
2) Should have menu of food not being serve at the buffet (eg. Omelette, Eggs, Noodle... etc )
3) Should have a display fridge for easy access to self-take the drinks (other hotels have it).
4) No TV to show news channel.

Good and clean hotel

Good location, next to Lottemart and 5 minutes walk to the beach. Rooms are spacious and clean, with little to no sound pollution from the streets. Breakfast is topnotch and in room entertainment has a wide variety of local and foreign channels.

On the downside the pool is smaller than other 5 star hotels, and the gym room has little to no facilities for workout enthusiasts.

Hotel is very nice. Room was spacious and comfortable. However, the shower drain did not work very well. In a very short period of time the entire bathroom was completely under water. Tile flooring and an inch of water become quite the balancing act when trying to get to the sink.

This is a beautiful modern hotel with a great location. We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is well maintained and the room was spacious, stylish and comfortable. I was overall very pleased with this hotel. There are only a couple of things that I counted against them; 1, there is music playing in the lobby 24/7 and this can be heard in the room, 2, we rented a scooter for the weekend and the busboy tried to get us to pay twice. Fortunately my girlfriend does speak Vietnamese and the confusion was worked out. I would recommend this place to any of my friends/family.
