The room was clean. The staff was nice. Beach view was excellent! Did not use the pool because it needed a print job…the pool ground looked dirty and it wasn’t appealing to me. The lobby needs a print job and new furniture. It was dark and gloomy! I would not book that Hotel again…it gave me and my husband the blues!!!

The lobby was very unattractive and extremely outdated. My room was okay, but my daughter’s room was absolutely in poor condition. The furniture in the sitting area felt damp and uncomfortable, there appeared to be stains on the walls, and there were bugs on the floor. She actually ended up going to a nearby Hilton instead.

I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you are accustomed to the standards of Hilton or Hampton Inn properties. The only positive thing I can say is that the location was great.

SO THIS WAS MY HUSBAND AND I FIRST TIME STAYING AT HOTEL BLUE. I WILL SAY THAT I LOOOOOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOTEL/MINI APARTMENT!!!!! YES MINI APARTMENT. AT FIRST WHEN I TOLD MY HUSBAND THAT BREAKFAST ISN’T INCLUDED WITH THE STAY. IT WAS A DOWNFALL. BUT BABY WHEN WE CHECKED IN AND SETTLED INTO OUR ROOM. WE WHERE AMAZED. WE HAD A FULL SIZE STOVE, MICROWAVE, REFRIGERATOR, SINK. PLUS KITCHEN UTENSILS. YES. POT, PAN, FORKS, SPOONS. YOU NAME IT. IT WAS THERE. COFFEE MACHINE AS WELL.

THE LAYOUT IS PERFECT. YOU ENTER AND IT IS A BATHROOM ON YOUR RIGHT, WALK-IN CLOSET LEFT OF YOU. A NICE SIZE ROOM FOR ADULTS. NICE LIVING SPACE FOR YOUR KID’S……AND THEN YOU SEE THE VIEW OF THE OCEAN. I LOVE THE FACT THAT YOU CAN SIT IN THE LIVING ROOM WATCH T.V AND VIEW THE OCEAN. ALL IN 1.

THE STAFF ARE FAST SERVICE. WITHOUT ATTITUDE. WE NEEDED MORE TOILET PAPER AND WASH CLOTHES. SO I CALLED AND THE LADY WAS THERE WITHIN 6 MINUTES. THEY WERE FRESH OUT OF THE DRYER. WHEN ROOM SERVICE ANSWERED MY CALL THE GENTLEMAN ASKED “HOW CAN HELP ROOM 123 TODAY”

THE SWIM UP BAR WAS NOT AVAILABLE DURING OUR STAY. BUT THAT IS OKAY. OVERALL WE LOVE HOTEL BLUE. BOOK YOUR STAY TODAY. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. OOOOOH BY THE WAY OUR ROOM WAS CLEAN BEFORE AND AFTER WE LIFT.

If I could give this “Elevated Motel” negative 10 stars, I absolutely would. The pictures are beyond misleading—what’s advertised online and what you walk into are two completely different realities. This place is flat-out disgusting. The second you step into the lobby, you’re hit with a strong, nasty pool-water smell that makes no sense and doesn’t go away. It’s not “clean chlorine”—it’s stale, lingering, and unsettling. The entire place feels damp, dingy, and poorly maintained. The staff? Completely unprofessional. One looked like she rolled straight out of bed in yoga shorts and a hoodie, and to make it worse, you can literally see their office/break room/lounge all crammed into the same visible space. No structure, no separation, no standards.
And the manager? She came out looking like she walked straight off Little House on the Prairie—except way less put together—with a nasty attitude to match. It took her forever to even come address my concerns, and when she finally did, she was dismissive and rude. She offered another room like that would fix anything—absolutely not. If the first impression is that bad, there’s no way I’m trusting anything else in that building. The outside was just as bad. The parking lot looked filthy and neglected, with strange black marks on the walls that honestly made the whole place feel unsafe and unclean. I refused to stay and asked for a refund, and they still wouldn’t give me my money back. That tells you everything you need to know!

Not a great view- the parking lot! Even though we checked in during the week and there wasn't hardly any guests, we were pu5 on the 5th floor instead of the 1st. Also, the parking garage is the way into your room. You drive into the right floor and you park in front of the room door. Kinda weird.

We stayed at the property for Spring Break. Very affordable but Checking in felt “inconvenient” to the employee. She didn’t even crack a smile, she was talking so low and had an accent I could barely comprehend what her questions. When I asked to repeat she made me feel as if it were such a problem. Pool was nice, overseeing the ocean you could see the building is older. The halls had a bad stench. We did make the best of it and had a fun family trip. 50/50 on if I’d stay again but price wise, very affordable.

The level of cleanliness and maintenance at this hotel was unacceptable and completely overshadowed any positive aspects of the stay.

The room was not properly cleaned — the floors, mirrors, bathtub, and sink were visibly dirty. The kitchen area was greasy and clearly had not been thoroughly cleaned. Overall, the space felt neglected and unsanitary.

Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this property failed to meet even that standard. I would not recommend staying here.

Nothing like the pictures online. The hotel is very old . Furniture were so old and extremely dirty.I had to ask them to remove the furniture immediately.
Beds are in a lower quality level and wall bed is very uncomfortable.
Staff are friendly but there is no care or restaurant neither is there any bar.
There is small counter space selling coffee.

I stayed in 326, the stay was horrible from start to end. After checking in around 10:30pm the key wouldn’t open the room door. 1st Maintenance man had an attitude, 2nd guy was great. Heat in bedroom wasn’t working so no one was able to sleep in bedroom because it was too cold. Balcony door off track in sitting area. Hair dryer did not work. Tv channels did not match guide channels. Jacuzzi was dirty 1st day with no water the 2nd day. Inside pool had the top open up the whole time while cold and windy making kids cold and sick. I doubt I’ll be returning!

The room/bathroom and balcony were clean and very comfortable!! The housekeeping staff were kind, hospitable and on point I never had to wait for what I needed or ask twice! With basic necessities covered such as a microwave and small refrigerator. I was also very impressed with the guest laundry room they had it was very convenient, so make sure you bring laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets. They had multiple pools and a lazy river and a hot tub which I did not use because it was too cold. This particular area is very nice and well maintained from what I saw. It would’ve been nice if they had beach chairs for guests. Things that I did not like were that the lobby was closed and I being an out of towner, had a hard time finding the location of where I needed to go to register and the lobby was closed my entire stay. So if you needed something you had to walk somewhere else. The customer service was basically “sorry but you’re on your own”. So be prepared for that. Also after you book the room you will get notification of a $250 hold on your card which is refundable or a fee of 39.99$(not refunded)for a deposit for any damage done to your room. If you don’t have either you will have spent all that money and still not get a room so include that in your spending money budget. But overall, I would recommend this place for others to go. It’s literally gorgeous and peaceful and and relaxing and a very nice time once you know what to expect!

Room was clean. Looks like some furniture was added later looks odd. Found a really strange bug in the bathroom (kinda worm/kimda mosquito). Lots of construction was our pool was in use. Had to go 3 hotels over for indoor pool. Never used it because it was too cold to go over to the other hotel. Mattresses really hard not very comfortable.

They let me book a room that wasn’t open. If the entire hotel is closed don’t have it as an option to book. I drove all the way (4 and a half hours) to nowhere to go. I didn’t get my money back and ended up spending double at a different hotel because it was late.

An unexpected parking fee of $12 dollars per day is a bad start. This should be stated in your advertising. Also I had no hot water from 7-2pm. The Shower was so difficult to get in and out of. The shower doors seem to be on backwards. And right at the toilet leaves no safe way to enter with the water running.

First every time I had contact with the front desk the associate didn’t seem to care. The rest of the staff were great and seemed to care about our stay. Our first morning there was about a 30 second power outage, but it took till early evening till the tv came back. Not a big deal bc we didn’t spend the day in the room. We did enjoy our stay.
