The property was not horrible, we were just not aware before arriving of construction. You couldn't get near the walls without getting white dust on your clothes, floors had lots of iffy spots when you walk, plus the restaurant advertised on their page is no longer open!!!

This property is not accurately described online. Outdoor pool is inoperable and has been for quite sometime. There is no Mexican restaurant or bar as shown online. It appears the pictures shown online are outdated. Coffee maker broken, mattress has stain, cracks in walls, stains on hotel hallway carpet, funky odor on second floor area. Hotel authorized a 25 dollar incidental charge which was not highlighted on initial reservation.

Decided to not stay for even one night, let alone two, that I prepaid. We checked in and out the first evening without using the room. The entire facility is in tremendous need of being updated and your promotional pictures exhibit only your false advertising. I would like a full refund!

Had to switch to switch rooms after checking in because the toilet didn’t flush in the first room, 2nd room wasn’t terrible, rooms and hall way very outdated, the shower curtain the bathroom as disgusting, woke, housekeeper banged on our door the next morning at 9am to see if we had checked out yet?? Breakfast was biscuits and gravy that was cold.

The rug was sticky. They make a point to make your bed. Breakfast on picture online look like is not the same. They offer only eggs as protein. Cold cereal, waffles, yogurt, some sweets stuff, oatmeal, apple juice and orange juice. Fruit only banana..

Difficult time with this property. While the front desk staff Lorraine and additional staff person Morgan were delightful, the problems inherit at this hotel are beyond their means of solving. Toilet in the bathroom did not flush. Cobwebs in all the corners of the room - old cobwebs like you'd find in a haunted house. Carpeting is filty. Bathroom is rusty. Sink did not drain. You can hear every single car in the parking lot starting up as if they were inside of your room. Doors to the stairwell can be heard very clearly, as well as other room doors, steps in the hallway, conversations - you will not be sleeping if others are staying the night.

If you’re passing through and you need a place to lay your head and you don’t want to spend a whole Lotta money because all you’re doing is taking a shower and sleeping. This is the perfect spot. I was passing through on my motorcycle and that’s exactly what I needed and it was perfect.

I chose to stay at a Quality Inn hoping for better service and functioning facilities. The drain stopper in the bathtub was set up so that it wouldn't close so no bath was possible. The front desk shrugged and said they couldn't do anything about it. I rarely leave poor reviews but this was ridiculous for 'quality' Inn! I won't be staying at one again if I can avoid it.

Old building, not updated. We were in a suite, so there were 2 bathrooms, neither one of the tub/ showers drained well. There was unflushed waste in one of the toilets upon our arrival. Chair for desk was missing, staff delivered one to us when we asked. We could smell cleaning product upon arrival, which dissipated after a bit, so i assume it had been cleaned, but when furniture/ carpet/ jetted tub is old and in need of replacing, it doesn't always look clean, even though it may have been. When we went for breakfast, it was in the adjoining restaurant, but required you to sit and they would make to order, but for us, this wasn't a plus, we just wanted something quick, as we needed to get on the road. The place was not crowded, so at least it was quiet! Stay was adequate, we needed a place to work in evening, and bed to sleep in. We used our own mobile Hotspot, so can't speak to wifi. At $200 the night we were there, rate seemed $50 higher than it should be for what we got. Last time i was in town, i paid $100 at a different hotel in town, not sure the bigger room was worth the extra $$.

First off they DONT EXCEPT CASH AND IF U DO HAVE CASH THEY CHARGE UR CREDIT CARD A $200 DEPOSIT!! Also was my kids was excited about the pool but it was not open due to construction on it but never said anything about it! Then our room was right uo front from the checkin desk so it was very noisy an the beds where suppost to be queen beds an we for 2 full beds! Rooms where dirty an tubs where dirty!

The front desk attendants were polite, the room was not as clean as it could be. Still no pool, no fitness center, we did not have room service. A waiter brings a menu with instructions. You are to choose one from the menu which includes a drink (coffee, juice, or fountain drink). The food is then brought to your table. Just very different.

Check in was super quick. The room was FILTHY. Floors had not been swept. Dust, hair, grime was all over the bathroom, toothpaste splatters all over the mirror. Towels were stained and couldn’t tell if they had actually been washed or just hung back up after the last guest. Food was splattered all inside the microwave and peanuts/candy wrappers lined the floorboards. I can overlook an outdated room, but this was disgusting. Pay the extra and stay at another location.

If not for the on-site Mexican restaurant, I would have rated this as a 1-star hotel. The restaurant was delicious. We ate dinner there once and breakfast twice. We ordered off of the limited breakfast menu, so our 4 meals were free (except for the tip we left).

The room was another matter. It smelled like musty cigarette smoke, though it was a non-smoking room. Some of the towels were so thread bare I could see through them. The stopper in the sink was stuck closed, so my husband had to take it out so that the sink would drain. The towel racks were falling off the wall. All of the high touch areas were very dirty (like the bathroom door). The A/C unit was extremely loud.

This hotel is not worth $130/night. Unless you need to be in Logansport, consider driving there from Lafayette, where you can find a better hotel for much less money.

Absolutely filthy. Grime on the bathroom walls, stains on the towels and sheets, dead bugs on the AC unit, and crumbs on the desk chair. There was no self serve coffee in the morning as it needed to be ordered with the food. All the normal hotel breakfast items were on a menus that needed to be ordered from. I waited ten minutes for an expired yogurt. Terrible experience overall. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
