My trip unfortunately had to be cancelled after my flight was cancelled, and this hotel refused to refund me. I find this to be terrible customer service, as this was completely out of my hands and there was no possible way for me to get to my destination due to the circumstances. I am extremely disappointed by this and am hoping to somehow come to a fair resolution.

The room was spacious and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast selection was great. The floors were dirty in our room though, and there were dead bugs on the bathroom floor. Something rolled under one of the beds and when I went to get it under the bed was absolutely filthy. More time needs to be taken with making sure the rooms are clean. Also, we had a room with a connecting door to the room next to ours and we could not get that door to lock I had to use the door stopper as well as a chair to block the door so no one entered our room. We will not stay here again.

Definitely not worth the money. The rooms are in great need of remodeling. Even though they recently put vinyl laminate flooring down the shower, stool and windows show aging. There was wallpaper lifting off the wall underneath window from apparent leak and what looks like mold. Photo attached. Mattress had a definite bow to it and sheets were very old and extremely thin. Not worth the money. Stay elsewhere.

Hotel is on the older style but was clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was a let down as the pancake machine was broken and no orange juice was available. AND NO BACON! lol. The hotel just needs a little upgrading. But all in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to other travelers.

All the staff that we met at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and everything worked correctly. The breakfast had several choices and the food was hot. There was also a hostess who was attentive and always cleaning which made it a pleasant place to have breakfast.

Was in town for a family emergency with my daughter. I have stayed here years ago so I was familiar with this property. There was hair in the sink and floor was dirty. When I got into bed my feet was filthy as if the floor hadn’t been mopped. There was stains on the sheet. The breakfast was not good but overall the hotel was quiet. My daughter was disappointed the pool was out of service had we known we would have stayed at another property with pool access.

Peru Best Western stay.

Ive stayed here a few times in the last 2 years. This was the best stay
Hotel is being renovated. Goingb to be so much nicer now. It was good before but i hear they're are a lot of Best Western hotels upgrading. Nice place to crash for the night or in bad weather. Usually full so book ahead.

My key worked, but the electronic pad on the door needed the batteries changed. I told the front desk my theory, they gave me a new key. I tried that, still the same issue. Told her I thought it was the electronic pad, she gave me another set of keys. I tried that again… still didn’t work. She opened it with a master key. So I wasn’t able to leave my room. The shower was nice, but the room was very noisy, the bed creaked everytime I rolled over. No carpet to muffle the sounds of outside the room and upstairs.

Overpriced and Very dirty+dated

For the price of this facility, I expected much more. The hotel overall is dated and feels worn out. The front desk clerk was very friendly, but the room was NASTY. First walking into the room (in July), the AC was off and the window was open (the screen was ripped, allowing for bugs to get in). Trash was left on the floor, grime in the corners of the bathroom, the nightstand had sticky residue on the drawer as well as on the floor beside it. The toilet bowl was yellow on the inside and the shower had buildup on every fixture.
I would NOT recommend staying here and I will not be back.
