Mixed feelings.

The lady at the desk was super kind and helpful. The hotel itself was shabby but they were doing construction to fix it. The a/c didn't work well. There was no back entrance because it was covered in paint cloths and drywall. The carpets were gross. The thing that really bothered me was that I had a room that connected to another one. I hate those rooms because as a woman traveling with my son they scare me.

$140 for a hotel in the middle of nowhere under construction. Our room was still covered in dust from the construction with no explanation. This isn’t on the staff, it’s 100% on Expedia and the property owner for not giving the patron a break. Hey, the refrigerator didn’t work in the room either…again, whoever owns the place is a penny pinching jerk and if this room was $60 I would have never said peep. $140?! I’m the idiot for sure. People should just spend that money on a sleeping bag and stay under a bridge, it’s about the same kind of vibe with more fun.

First time staying there ins some time. As I remembered, the staff were cordial and accommodating. Service staff went out of their way help and assist. Facility was under renovation. Changes to room made them more comfortable. Area around the immediate outside could use some sprucing up (butts, etc.)

Very disappointed that I wasted my weekend here..

The staff were friendly. Unfortunately this was our third stay at this particular location, but will be our last. Our first room had hot or hotter water in the sink and toilet, but in the morning we discovered there was no water in the shower. They moved us to a different room which had an overfull dehumidifier, a fist shaped \"dent\" in the wall and while we at least had cold water to brush teeth with, the shower was scalding hot or flesh melting hot. My hot tub at 104⁰ is cooler than the shower was. Someone came and took notes the dent and apologized for the overly hot water but that was it, no offer to rectify anything beyond that. If we had not already paid and used our credits on a non-refundable reservation, we would have gone to another hotel but we were already out the money so we were stuck.

The young lady that works there was simply amazing. She was friendly and helpful. That was about the extent to the positive points of the stay.

I was there for a total of 6 nights, the tub didn't drain well, had to ask staff to get it snaked to drain. The ac has multiple functions, but the electricity to the room keeps shorting it out and resetting so waking up in the middle of the night sweating and hot.
the water had no imbetweeen of hot and cold, it was either scalding hot, or freezing cold.

Being on a budget I thought this would have been better accomadations. It wasn't the worst, but it was far from a great and enjoyable stay.

The room had a dank feel and smelled musty. The sheets were thread bare. The bed spread stained, ripped and worn. The bathroom floor was dirty. The shower drain backed up and filled the tub 4”. The water in shower was next to impossible to adjust the temperature. The wash rags were like sand paper! The sink slow drained and filled with water. The floor lamp light bulb was out. The only positive thing about the room was the fairly new carpeting. We were very disappointed in this hotel and will not stay in a Super 8 ever again.

Stayed for five nights. Room was not cleaned ONCE. Every single night when I returned to my room it was found how I left it. Bed never made. Towels never replenished. When I contacted Expedia they contacted the front desk after my stay and the manager Kumar lied to them saying my room was cleaned every day. Also found bed bug feces along the bottom box spring on my final day there. Bedding also smelled of vinegar which is a known “at home” bedbug repellent…please avoid.

This property needs a major update. Everything is old, sheets and towels are stained, the pillows are flat and blankets are itchy. the rooms are old, dated and smell of mold and mildew..made worse when the heating or air is on. The rooms are humid, they provide a dehumidifier but it doesnt work. The carpet is disgusting. The tub had a crack in it and the shower is either scalding or freezing, no in between. They dont staff the desk and the lobby smells of curry. The only 2 nice things i can say, everything is within walking distance and they have a huge semi parking lot. No bedbugs or roaches i could see..and i checked everything. Another thing i have to add..my husband and i didnt fell well after leaving the property, i can only attribute that to the mold and mildew in the ac/heater unit and carpet.

Just an Okay Stay

Was an okay stay. The room smelled really funky, bed was really small. No elevator in the building so if you have any trouble with stairs would not recommend. The front desk clerk was very friendly but got a little flustered when I asked for a first floor room since there was no elevator. Having just had a full knee replacement a few months ago stairs are not my friend just yet. Maid knocked on my door very early as well.

I was scared due to others terrible reviews but i found the place not bad for the money, I did not like that housekeeping came in the morning at 8:15am to 8:40am too early to knock, then let themselves in.

Check in and out were great. Still a good deal, but over the last few years that I've been staying here for an annual event, the maintenance of the property is going downhill. Nothing major, but just a lot of little things that add up. Also, the sheets were threadbare in many spots. They should have been replaced long before they got to the condition that they were in.

The lobby stunk of scented candles or some other pungent combustible. The only reason hotels do that is to cover up less acceptable smells. The towels were dirty and had holes in them. The room was way too hot with an obnoxiously noisy a/c - heating unit, and there was an equally decrepid dehumidifier going at full pelt, that implies that the smell that they were trying to cover up was mold. The cherry on the cake was listening to rodents in the walls, praying that they would not make it up to the barely intact ceiling and drop on my face or my wife and daughter's face in the night. I would start the refurbishment with a wrecking ball

Too good to be true.

Had booked a single king size room, upon getting to the hotel I was told that I was being given two full size beds because \"there were things going on in town that day\". When in reality, the hotel has most of it's rooms rented out to people living there. There was blood stains on the second bed and lil black marks on the sheets implying that there was at least at one time a bedbug infestation. There was exposed wiring behind the bed that wasn't horrid. I wasn't given a different rate for my room, and was basically told to deal with it. So between the dank smell, small beds and general uncleanliness, I would avoid the place at all costs. If I could get a refund, I would.

This is a decent hotel. Very clean but a few things they could work on such as: plumbing repairs, upgrade on some of the amenities, replace new sheets, replace bathtubs, and work on explaining on how housekeeping works! We wanted our room clean and our bed made when we can back from visiting the town.

But overall it’s a decent hotel. Not the best but ok.

OK place. It was a hot day and after my wife ran the air conditioner for a while she noticed the entire floor within 5 feet of the air conditioner was drenched with water despite the dehumidifier that was running next to the a/c.

The hotel had good basic amenities, such as a mini fridge, microwave, and good climate control. The pillows and sheets were old and very uncomfortable. The cleaning chemicals made the common areas smell unpleasant. There was also visible mold on the ceilings in the bathroom.

The only thing I didn't like was: I went to smoke outside at the Pavillion where everyone gathers to smoke around 11:30 pm on Wednesday night and left my phone at the Pavillion and did not realize it thill Thursday morning. Someone picked it up and did not return it to Service desk. I got to know the smokers there, there was not but 6 smokers and talked to everyone every time I went out to smoke during my 3 day stay, it seemed they were out there almost every time especially the couple. The Cleaning woman took us to Cricket to purchase a new phone. I just can't believe that someone would not turn it in knowing who's phone it was. Other than that, best bunch of residents I ever had the pleasure of spending time with at a motel. Michael Tucker.

At this time the entire bottom floor is under renovation and all available rooms are on the second floor. They do NOT have an elevator. It was noisy. I kept hearing a door bell. All the construction workers stay there and it's very uncomfortable walking in the parking lot as they all hang out in it after work.

Everything was fine. I read a lot of reviews before I booked this stay, and it seemed there were many negative reviews, so I was not sure what to expect. What I found was a decent place to stay. I have to think that many of those reviews were people who were expecting to get more than a Super 8 at Super 8 pricing. This is not a 5 star hotel, nor is it meant to be. But for a few nights where most of the time spent in the room was for sleeping, it was fine.

floor wasn't swept very well, food particles in main walkway not sure how it was missed, mini fridge had split product all over the side and wasn't clean, coffee pod left inside pot maker, bathroom vent made very loud constant noise whole time bathroom light was on, bathroom mirror wasn't very clean either, pillows were extremely flat but bed was comfortable, probably wouldn't stay again due to issues.
