Property overall is dated and needs maintenance. Discussion with franchise holder indicates this is a work in progress. Room was clean, but housekeeping overlooked providing shampoo or body wash for the shower dispensers. Porcelain tub did not have antii-slip appliques nor was a shower mat provided which presented a severe slipping hazard. Attitude of front desk staff was superlative and went to extremes to be helpful at check-in.

The day manager sucked balls. My room could have been a bit cleaner. I especially loved the spit sunflower seeds on the floor and pubic hair brushed under the bathroom sink. It was a nice touch. The hot tub was broken, but it said it was prior to booking so I can't blame them. The pool was a bit on the small side, but it actually worked out and was fun with the kids. The tv channel guide was misguided. The channels weren't what it says they were. The towels were small in general. Not everything was negative. Onto the positives. The continental breakfast was ok. The rooms were a decent size. The air conditioner worked good, although I think it was on its last legs. The beds were very comfortable along with the pillows. The price of the room was decent for three nights. Check-in and check-out times were great. The toilet handled my logs with precision and no clogging. Great water pressure. Would I stay here again? Sure. Would I check out another place with a pool next time? Probably. Lastly, the maids were nice and happy to help. Form your own opinion from here.

Room was dirty. Table has not been wiped there's still marks of drinks on the table and it's sticky. Aircon was soo dusty. Cable wires in the room has not properly mounted its just on the floor. We didn't eat breakfast as the food was not appealing. The mandarin orange was totally rotten half of it has molds and dark brown. My husband has to ask for coffee as its empty. Ice Tea container was empty. The property was not properly taken care of. Grass on the was already 2 feet tall. We will not gonna come back again.

Definitely an older facility in need of updating and a good deep clean. Breakfast area didn't feel sanitary, pool area looked sketch, vending machine was nearly empty, ambiance a little bleak, and the baseboards and floor in the bathroom area looked to have not been cleaned in the past 5 years. I clorox-wiped everything and felt better about my stay. Friendly staff. Linens were clean. I felt safe. It was a budget UP hotel and fine for a roof over my head for 3 nights.

Breakfast was a joke, hot tub out of order, we were in a room with something banging very load had to move to another room. Arrived a little early and was told if we wanted to check in it early it would be 40 bucks, I have stayed at some very nice hotels and have never been asked to pay extra to check in early. WE won't be staying here ever again.

Samuel at the front desk was very helpful. I was given a room on the second floor and then was told there was no elevator. As I am older and did not feel comfortable, dragging my luggage up the stairs he gave me a room on the ground floor. The hotel is older and had a funny smell in the hallways. I felt safe enough. I could not find the remote for the TV and called Samuel. He came with several remotes and finally found one that worked.

Got there only to be told room was not available and put into a king room that stunk like urine, floor was filthy, no jacuzzi tub, room looked like it was in middle of construction, and we found ticks!!! We packed fast in the morning and left. Its our anniversary and to say we are beyond upset, and to find out they are still charging us for a jacuzzi room!!!!! WTFFFF. I didnt complain because the man at the front desk i cant understand a word from his mouth. This is the 3rd Baymont we have had issues and Baymont has lost our business forever. Breakfast was the bare minimum. The only hot option was biscuits and gravy and the biscuits where rock hard. The hot tub was out of order. The picture for the pool and hot tub online must have been taken about 5-10 years ago and does not represent the current state it is in. The pictures of the rooms also look much nicer than what they are, hotel is very patched together/ older and could use a quick paint job in alot of locations. The room and hotel were on the dirtier side. The floor in our room wasn't swept, there was hair in the whirl pool and shower and there was garbage and items left in the cupboards and drawers form the last person. The bed/ bedding and towels were clean though.

We got what we expected: a cheap room to sleep for a night. Hotel is a bit dingy and smelled off. Weird random fee for safe in your room? It was small so whatever, but laughable BS fee to add on. Check in took long because printer had to be fixed first for us to sign paper document. Not sure why a hotel operating in 2025 needs me to sign a physical piece of paper to check in.

My credit card was also charged incidentals which upon asking said would be refunded upon check out- this did not happen either and I called to follow up. They say they will but don’t follow through- watch out, very scary to have this place know your credit card numbers!!

Hot tub was sitting there empty. Fitness room was downstairs-felt very dungeony. Side door that should have been locked entry was broken anyone could come in. When i looked out my window there was old furnishings sitting around and you could tell they had been there a while. Next time i will just spend the extra money.

There was no hot water in the room, that's enough for 1 star. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is the front desk person was very nice, but unable to help us. She said the hotel must need a new pump and suggested that I turn on the sink to let it run for a while before showering - really.
