The room amd surrounds were disgusting. Dirty. Needs a lot of repair. Tap handles falling off. TV not working, holes in dirty carpet,air con had a fork stuck in gap to stop it rattling, cupboard door falling off, very very rough grout patch up in shower, fridge not working and hot water that scolded you as cannot regulate.
Over all the worse accommodation I have ever stayed in.

Arrived late key in room which was very smelly bed was very hard. Carpet was patched badly very hard to get into shower because toilet was in the way of shower door kettle was blacked and as very hard to fill up in bathroom sink when using iron is spatt white calcium all over everything

Needles in garden security door not on or have to pad lock itob outside all though it shouldn’t be used till a brand new dooor frame been attached though in ya mind it likes few drills an it can be cut off over a padlock so advice never leave valuables but staff are quite instinctively nice be better if laundry could be open for 9 pm at least

Pros- the location
Cons- where do l start, well on arrival there wasn’t anyone to welcome or give us the keys, when we finally did get to meet the person that was looking after the place he was more interested other tenants that had personal problems. The rooms whilst looked clean are in need of extreme over haul from top to bottom and in between, the photos that they show are definitely not what you get. Hence we did not stay there opting to loss our money. Definitely not a 3.5 star motel

It was very run down, lots of dodgy goings on in car park, totally old broken & missmatched furnishings, some fittings didnt work. Worst bathroom ever. Funky smells etc. Location convenient, size good. Would not recommend or use again.

Rooms over priced, no smoke alarm, cigarette burns in quilts, it was 38 degrees and fridge wasn’t working so everything we brought had to be thrown out so cost us more money and no smoke alarm is against the law. Told the receptionist on checkout and she didn’t seem bothered. Wouldn’t recommend it until it had some serious repairs done

A Tired Hotel

The motor inn is tired looking and needs a little TLC. There was an old blood stain on my Dooner Pillow case, the bathroom window had dust and fluff accumulating in the corner that has been there for a very long time. The water sealer between the tiles of the shower wall and the floor is black with bacteria and needs to be replaced, there is no weather seal around the front door and there was a terrible draught coming through making the room cold and two baby cockroaches one that came from out of my bath towel which was frayed around the edges and another running across the bedroom bench where you would place your personal items. Sorry for the disappointing report but more care is needed here

Room very dated. Bathroom had frosted contact on window which was picked off in parts so traffic and people passing by could watch you shower. Definitely requires some immediate attention to detail. Close to shopping centre and train station. Very, very noisy.

Very Very Basic Motel

Continental breakfast only offered owners not on site until 8.am this I ordered tomato juice, 2 slices toast, & honey. It was delivered to the room the night before which is ok but without butter & that I discovered prior to my early departure at 6am & for that the cost was $8.00. Bit steep I thought.

arrived really late. reception were really helpful as they closed at 10pm. She organised gor me to stay in rear property room so I wouldnt be woken by traffic
.Again helpful when working out where to go for breakfast.
Parking available if needed.
Lovely stay would recommend and stay again

We booked a 2 bed apartment on a sunday night. My first impression on room 21 was surprise that this hotel had a 3 1\2 star rating.The carpets,the fittings were so old and should have been replaced years ago. The bathroom was original with old shower,basin and fittings.(unlike the bathroom in the photo) A large black spider was living on the inside of the window.The shower floor seems to have been raised and I hit my head on the metal surround as I exited the shower. There was no warning sign for this and anyone over 5'3'' would have to duck to avoid the same.The lounge and bedroom windows were directly outside a construction site.The workers were onsite around 06.30 and that meant it was time to get out of there.On the positive side-location was good

Easy access to CBD

Efficient, friendly and very helpful staff.
Motel is well located for access to Melbourne CBD, Monash University and Chadstone.

The base around shower screen & door needs a good bleach, tile grouting O.K. On arrival T.V went off after 5 mins we could nougat it to work again that night but same thing in morning but after 20 mins suddenly came on again. the after hours phone number was incorrect as the person who answered said he sold the motel 5 years ago however the office was open to report the T V the fridge had defrosted and was not on correct settling so was not at all cold we cold not use it and we needed the freezer part as we were travelling Linen fresh and clean location great

Worn Out Motel Close to Excellent Restaurant Strip

The bed was clean and the shower was hot. The location near Carnegie Station and many eateries in Koornang Road was very very good; this was why we stayed there. However, the motel was looking very tired and it needs some TLC.

The place is near Train Station, a lot of eating places, Supermarket and walking distant to Chadstone Shopping Centre or you can take a bus which will be 5 minutes ride. However Wi-Fi connection is not good.

My room was clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. Toaster, microwave, jug all provided. The lady at reception was really friendly and welcoming. My room was well off the road and very quiet. I slept very well. The rate was very reasonable and it was close to shops and the railway station. I would certainly recommend it to others.

One word - DEMOLITION required!

The motel was recommended as a convenient place to stay when visiting a near-by hospital. Very Fawlty Towers - the management truly seemed to believe everything was fine! Stained carpets, mould growing in odd places, nothing worked (from the clock radio to the microwave), bathroom tiles had been painted over and there seemed to be a gas leak in the kitchen!
