I was very impressed knowing that at the last minute, we brought our dog when our sitter canceled. The staff was extremely accommodating, and the room was very clean and spacious. We will always come here when we come to the area.

Requested smoke-free room-my room smelled horribly of smoke immediately when you opened the door. It says non-smoking facility and all you can smell is cigarettes. The staff was never at the front desk. I had to call twice to check in. The buffet was just a typical continental breakfast. Room has holes in the wall, holes in bedding, TV didn’t work, chipped paint/missing paint on the door. Don’t waste your money!

The room was gross. The entire hotel smelled of weed. There was druggies in the hallways. I was pleased that my tools and my work van was there in the morning so I guess that was good. I looked at the breakfast on the way out and they was out of eggs and whatever meat should have been in the container. I wanted to do laundry but was afraid to leave my clothes because ofhe sketchy people

Clean room, parking is pretty good. The shampoo and conditioner were almost completely out, but other than that and the tv not working very well due to really slow internet, it was good! None of those things are really any sort of a deal breaker to me so I’d recommend this location to family and friends.

The rooms were nasty, no air conditioner and make sure you bring your passwords to log into their roku. Couldn't cancel the second night. It was cleaner to use the restroom outside. No coffee or edible food in entire place. Im guessing most customers don't sleep at this establishment

Won’t be staying here again. The floor hadn’t been swept or mopped, it was sticky, the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. We found used clothes in a drawer on the microwave cabinet that had been s*xually used and left. The smell of mildew coming from the AC gave us headaches in no time. We ended up going to Walmart and purchasing a diffuser and oil just to sleep in the room. Our neighbor was on drugs or something with scary outbursts and we had an odd adjoining door. Saving grace was that it locked from our side. He kept us awake til 2am. If he wasn’t keeping us awake the noise from the highway with occasion semi air brakes and motorcycles did because the hotel literally sits in the highway. The pool was questionable so the kids didn’t end up getting to swim. Breakfast was okay.. coffee pot was empty and no one was at the desk to request more, cereal was stale. I guess you get what you pay for. Only reason we stuck it out was because it was non refundable. You can think I’m just being a Karen.. but.. if you can drive further for another hotel option, I recommend doing that.

Checked in late. People still around the pool area being very loud late into the night. Woke up multiple times due to noise of other guests. Room smelled odd. The bath faucet was dripping when entered the room. The air conditioner didn’t seem to work well. Had the room set to 65 and we were still hot. Didn’t sleep under the covers. The bottom on the pool looked dirty. Would not recommend to other people

Didn’t like the fact that the tub and toilet were right on top of each other and breakfast area was tight as well.

Tv channels didn’t have a guide so it took forever to be able to find something to watch.

It kinda seemed as though anyone could just come up to the rooms because you didn’t need a key to access the back doors.

The stay was a little peculiar owing to issues within the purview of the management but not necessarily under their control. There was an argument underway between guests at the motel when we arrived. One guest was upset with other members in her party and this seemed to extend to two or three rooms on our floor. Our room was still quiet, and it was not an all night argument; it was just a weird way to start your stay at a place.
Also, we had a pet friendly room, and while it was clean, there was still a feline odor that my spouse picked up on.
What can you say? \"Welcome to Missouri\"?

Building was not the same building listed on first picture on Expedia. Two story building. Only stairs. Luggage cart didnt work.Under construction. Doors propped open in the hall during the heat advisory made it very uncomfortable. Room has definitely seen better days. Sharp edges on floor between carpet and tile floor. Sofa was breaking. Lamp didnt work. Shower head covered in mildew. No hot water. Was told it was repaired but then went off again. Advised they will finish laundry and then wait for some time and hot water will come back on. Breakfast did not look appetizing. \"Orange juice\" and milk sitting out on counter not refrigerated. Utensils were melted to get waffles.

The staff was very friendly and also kind and patient with my inquisitive 5 y.o.

The heater in the pool wasn't working the two days of my stay, but was fixed by the afternoon of the third day.

It’s an old building and not updated well. The floor in the bathroom was sticky and there were a lot of flies. I was swatting some with an already dirty shirt and there were at least 5 dead flies on the bathroom floor beside the few I was able to swat. The latch on the door to open it only a little bit was only held on by 2 screws that were extremely loose so it was useless. Now the one time we left for a while then came back realizing I left my 1 room key in the room, the lady at the desk was very kind to give me another key. But overall I would not stay there again. Nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Bed was comfortable and everything smelled freshly clean, which was appreciated. The courtyard was very pretty and nice scenery surrounding.
Property needs repairs and updates, was very disappointed in the condition of everything for $95. Paid $20 less for a competing hotel that was much better kept up and I felt far more comfortable at. Will not return.

The property was run down and not maintained. Room was in need of repairs and cleaned. Layers of dust in door frames, shower stall, tv stand ect. Cleaning staff not paying attention to detail. The walls are very thin. I asked front desk 3 days in a row to replace the blow dryer because the one in the room didn’t work and everyday I was told they would have it taken care of and it wasn’t done. Small request and no customer satisfaction in the quality inn.

Disappointing! We were given a room on the outside of the building. Once inside, we discovered that the extra lock on the door was broken. We did not feel safe! We had been hiking all day and all I wanted was a hot bath. Nope! The water barely reached what I consider warm. The “cherry on top” came as since it was NYE, the party above us went on ALL NIGHT! Loud banging, doors slamming, total chaos. And no one did a thing to quiet them down. We “slept” with our tv on just to try and drown out the noise. Don’t even get me started on the condition of the bathroom. It’s particle board door and the buildup of dirt in the corners of the floor. Overall, we couldn’t wait to get out of this room.

Not at all what was pictured. It’s a motel type place. Room smelled of smoke and weed. And we had 2 non smoking rooms! The weed smell was so strong so clearly next to someone smoking all night. Other room smelled so smoky as well. Beds squeaked at the slightest movement. Extra fee for a dog although it’s a pet friendly room. Check in easy. Breakfast good.

Hotel claims to be pet friendly, but when we checked in they mentioned that they don’t usually allow cats, which is what we have. They checked us in despite having a cat, but did not charge or even mention the pet fee upfront. On the second night of our trip, staff ambushed my husband at 10 pm at night in the hallway asking if we had a pet. They said we were not allowed to have a pet, as we were in a non-pet friendly room. This made no sense as we had mentioned having a cat at check-in. Staff stood outside room as my husband came in to our room to tell me about the situation. This is when we found out about the pet fee, and we paid without fuss. It is worth mentioning this staff member was not the one who checked us in and who we informed of us having a cat. If the hotel is not going to allow cats, they should change their listing to simply say “dog-friendly” instead of pet friendly. Also, communication among staff members will continue to lead to issues such as this in the future if not improved upon.

I like booking a motel room with a smaller building. This is two floors, but not sure whether or not there is an elevator. I felt my room was well prepared and very secure. I sleep at another random location while using all the amenities because I believe the microclimates and local overnight operations of the urban area are dangerous to my personal health.

The night front desk person was pleasant. The room was disgusting. The towels were rough and dirty. The TV even had a blob of what looked like spit across it. The mirrors had spots from the last guest soap. The chairs were so stained you could not tell what the original color of the fabric was. The beds did look clean thank God. Out back was a pile of old mattresses. The breakfast area was dirty, and the tables were not wiped down. We breakfast itself was terrible with old sausage links and half cooked scrambled eggs. One of the worst places we had ever stayed. Very disappointed in Quality Inn.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! I was double charged for my room and have been calling for weeks to them to resolve their error without any success. When I was asked for my credit card for the incidentals, the front desk worker charged me for the room! I called back the next day once I noticed my credit card charge, and it took over two hours to speak to someone on the phone. The manager never calls me back and their customer service line was unable to refund me the money. So unless you want to pay twice for your room, I highly recommend booking elsewhere!

So many things wrong with this place! Myself, husband and small children stayed 1 night just wanting to be able to swim and relax. Definitely not the outcome!!
The AC didn’t work properly in room, beds and towels were stained and filthy looking, mold on walls, front desk area stunk so bad almost made me gag! When we all woke up our entire bathroom was covered in water, the ceiling was cracked and water was steadily dripping! We immediately started packing (we had enough) I went to call front desk, the phone in the room has been apparently ripped out of the wall. So after contacting them by my cellphone I informed the front desk over the bathroom situation- At this time it was pouring out!! I couldn’t understand a thing she was saying and honestly don’t think she understood me- So We immediately got out and to the front desk I went! I walked into the lobby and it was like a smack of feces!! I immediately started holding my breath and tried holding it together!! The woman comes out I give her my door key and inform her of the leak AGAIN- she says “ya I told room service” I was like I don’t think u understand someone’s going to be falling through that floor! It’s really bad- Entire floor is covered and it’s going out into the other room. I know she didn’t understand a word I was saying! And I honestly couldn’t take the smell much longer. I practically ran to the car and had a gagging fit in the parking lot! WORST HOTEL IVE EVER BEEN TO

Well i waited for like 20 mins for someone to go back to the front desk. Finally a guy did and got us checked in. When we were going to our room, it was weird as our room door was open! Dont know why! It was very concerning as anyone could have been in there! All we asked that the room was clean and ready bc we got there bc that was our wedding night. There was tissue around the fire alarm and tissue shoved the in peephole. Around 8 or 9 am someone kept knocking and banging on our door! I didnt feel comfortable just opening it as i kept asking who it was and got no response. I couldnt look out the peephole bc it was shoved with tissues. So finally i just opened the door and it was a housekeeper asking if we got any trash! So that sunday we just decided to check out as we didnt feel safe and comfortable.
