Pretty much what you'd expect.
Pros- room was clean, pool was great, check in and out was easy.
Cons- our king bed was very firm and breakfast was underwhelming. When I asked the breakfast staff to replenish some of the items they said they only offer those items every other day but I could literally see the items I was asking for put off to the side, one being the oatmeal which was halfway prepared. That guy was not pleasant.

The only thing Iiked about this hotel is that the guy that fixed the morning breakfast were so helpful and kind. I didn't like the fact that as soon as we got in our room; we noticed that the bathroom stunk. The smell to me was of a room that was cleaned with dirty water. My daughter said it smelled like urine. We reported it that night but didn't get anything done about it until the times of usual cleaning. Next, we asked for towels for 4 people but only got towels for 2 so we had to ask again. We still didn't get enough face towels for 4 people. I will not go back there.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional customer service and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Every team member I encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on providing a great guest experience.

The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. My room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, with attention to detail that did not go unnoticed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best nights of sleep I've had while traveling.

\"When\" housekeeping showed up, they never refilled the coffee pods or the cups, napkins, etc; ev n though I reminded the front Desk that was an issue last stay. It was the same issue this time, even though I had to asked Every Day for the amenities. The Breakfast Staff is very nice and the Only reason I decided to try it again.

Nope ..I won't be back, even though I will be back in the area two more times this year on business. You will find me at Delta or Marriott in the future.

The room was only cleaned once in 4 days. Had to request coffee pods EVERY DAY. Made it clear that I was a very early riser and wanted my coffee as soon as I woke up. Requested this of 4 different Desk People and it was the same Every Single Day. Had to come back down and ask for coffee pods.

The Kitchen Staff was wonderful. The Cleaning Staff and Desk Staff...I won't be back.

My room door would not close without laying my whole body into it as hard as possible. I'm sure I woke up everyone in the morning while closing it. Multiple doors were like this just on the first floor. Staff didn't care when I told them. Hairs in the shower. 1 inch gap straight to the outdoors next to the AC/heater. Oh and mold on and moldy standing water in the keurig was deadly. So would not recommend.

The original room was gross. Had a bunch of garbage under the pull out couch bed. And had not bedding for said bed. The second room was better but still no aupplies for the pull out bed. Breakfast was terrible. Pancake machine was broke. They used frozed waffles in a pan for replacement. No individual milk available. A dallon of milk from aldis was what they supplied. Food was very old, dry and suspected to be reheated from previous days. The staff seemed to be bothered every time we would ask for a need. Like additional bedding and towels to use in the bathroom since there was 5 of us in the room.
We've stayed at many holiday inns this one was a terrible experience.

Could’ve been great…

Would’ve given it a 10 if the elevator door wasn’t broken. I was on the fourth floor and each time I utilize the elevator. It literally took 10 to 15 seconds for the door to close, triggering an alarm, additionally the toilet was broken. Do better guys.

Hotel was ok. Room was comfortable and clean, but it was noisy and the pool was over run with very rowdy people who took over the whole pool and made it impossible for my grandkids to enjoy the pool.

I was very disappointed at this location considering I enjoy staying at other Holiday Inns. The first room given to me was a handicap room although I booked a standard queen size room. Once I arrived and made it to the room the key didn’t work even when they exchanged for another one, so they changed my room to another room that had a huge, what look like to me blood stains on the side of the mattress. I took pictures and showed it to the person at the desk. I asked if that was what it was, he never said anything just gave me a key to another room which seemed to be a newer model. I’m thinking if you pay through a third party app you’re going to get the worst room they have available . I will never recommend that hotel to anyone.
