The room was clean and nicely arranged and decorated. I loved the hospitality of the staff and their kindness. The breakfast options were good as well.
Added bonus: the lighting in the room was indirect. The room was very will lit but without the discomfort that recessed lights or lamps cause me.

The room was only cleaned once in 4 days. Had to request coffee pods EVERY DAY. Made it clear that I was a very early riser and wanted my coffee as soon as I woke up. Requested this of 4 different Desk People and it was the same Every Single Day. Had to come back down and ask for coffee pods.

The Kitchen Staff was wonderful. The Cleaning Staff and Desk Staff...I won't be back.

Room is generally clean but not too much, sofa bed sheet didn’t fit, under sofa bed there were chips on floor, sofa had stains.
Breakfast is below average, pancake machine was out of service.

My room door would not close without laying my whole body into it as hard as possible. I'm sure I woke up everyone in the morning while closing it. Multiple doors were like this just on the first floor. Staff didn't care when I told them. Hairs in the shower. 1 inch gap straight to the outdoors next to the AC/heater. Oh and mold on and moldy standing water in the keurig was deadly. So would not recommend.

The original room was gross. Had a bunch of garbage under the pull out couch bed. And had not bedding for said bed. The second room was better but still no aupplies for the pull out bed. Breakfast was terrible. Pancake machine was broke. They used frozed waffles in a pan for replacement. No individual milk available. A dallon of milk from aldis was what they supplied. Food was very old, dry and suspected to be reheated from previous days. The staff seemed to be bothered every time we would ask for a need. Like additional bedding and towels to use in the bathroom since there was 5 of us in the room.
We've stayed at many holiday inns this one was a terrible experience.

Could’ve been great…

Would’ve given it a 10 if the elevator door wasn’t broken. I was on the fourth floor and each time I utilize the elevator. It literally took 10 to 15 seconds for the door to close, triggering an alarm, additionally the toilet was broken. Do better guys.

Hotel was ok. Room was comfortable and clean, but it was noisy and the pool was over run with very rowdy people who took over the whole pool and made it impossible for my grandkids to enjoy the pool.

I was very disappointed at this location considering I enjoy staying at other Holiday Inns. The first room given to me was a handicap room although I booked a standard queen size room. Once I arrived and made it to the room the key didn’t work even when they exchanged for another one, so they changed my room to another room that had a huge, what look like to me blood stains on the side of the mattress. I took pictures and showed it to the person at the desk. I asked if that was what it was, he never said anything just gave me a key to another room which seemed to be a newer model. I’m thinking if you pay through a third party app you’re going to get the worst room they have available . I will never recommend that hotel to anyone.

When I came to check in, rooms were still getting cleaned. Once i got my room I walked inside and everything looked fine until i decided to check my bed cover. The cover was dirty still with spots on the inside. Also some of the bath towels had pink spots on them as well smh

This property was okay, especially for the price. The building itself needs more attention. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was hanging on for dear life, there were random patches in the wall that needed repairing, the elevator sounded like a cable was going to snap every time you got in it, breakfast was just okay

Overall, this was a pleasant stay. The pool was closed during the afternoon on our second day, but was reopened by the evening. The pool floor was dirty, so I had to drop a star for that.

My only other criticism is from check in. When I received my keycards, the front desk person said my room number aloud. This should never be happening. It is fortunate that I had family with me and no one was in the lobby to overhear, but if I had been a single traveler, I would have requested a different room. This is a security and safety issue. I hope that this gets back to the people working the desk on Friday night, especially since one gentleman was being trained.
