Room was nice and clean, amenities were clean and close. Only issue was there was only one washcloth in the bathroom and only one bar of soap to use for washing and bathing. Will stay again, price was good. Next time I’ll check the linen count when we arrive. Obviously if I had notified the front desk earlier we would have gotten the washcloths/items needed.

It was a very nice hotel and everything was great. The only issue is the bathtubs are really slippery and there is no grip on them. I slipped and fell and hurt my elbow really bad and both of my feet inside the bathtub.

We showed up for breakfast during the middle of the allotted time and all the food was gone. We ended up having to go to a restaurant to eat. One of the primary reasons for choosing this hotel was the free breakfast. Management showed little interest in refilling the offerings. Several guests arrived for breakfast after us.

The street look appears as a box. The interior courtyard was very lovely. Pool is well kept and inviting. We slept very well. Staff was kind friendly and helpful. Wife forget toothbrush. Staff gave s a free brush and tooth paste.

This was not a good place to stay. The room we were given wasn’t clean and it needed some serious updating. Not only was the room not clean (hair in the shower, dirty shower curtain, dirty counter and sink etc) the furniture needed replacing including a broken lamp and two very dirty sitting chairs. I didn’t want to touch much in this room and couldn’t wait to check out. I don’t recommend staying here.

The staff was fairly nice. The room was clean. The first floor window was open when we arrived and the lock or frame was busted so we couldnt lock it. We didnt feel safe, the staff couldnt lock it and we were told that big city people get too worried about the area. It took over 2 hours, but they finally got approval to move us at 10pm. The shower was also clogged on arrival. I don't think I'll be a return customer.

The hotel was very old and out dated, staff was not very friendly and when we got the room key it didn't work. Then we were given a different key for a completely different room. Court yard was not clean and pool looked gross. Tried to check out a day early and they said they could not help me and couldn't tell me if they would refund anything. Don't think we will be back to this hotel.

The staff person who helped me was impatient and rude. I asked for the screen I was to sign show the correct dollar amount I was charged and he refused and said that "he would fix it on his end." When I checked out he could not produce a receipt for my room charge and told me to call after 3:00 PM. Later that day I realized I had left some personal belongings and he said that they were probably thrown away by the housekeeping staff and then when pressed to speak to the housekeeping manager he acted as though he could not hear me and that the service was bad. When I called the next day, a different employee said that the lost and found policy was to bag and tag everything and that he would look for my items. He also told me that my reservation looked unusual and that he would have a manager reach out to me. I'm still waiting. In addition to this, our room was dirty (floor and shower) and in disrepair. Thankfully, the bed was very comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was SUPER clean! the tiny heater struggled to warm up the room, though, and blankets were thin, so it was a chilly stay. The room was bigger than I expected and the bed/pillows very comfortable. Staff was nice, breakfast was decent.

Our stay was enjoyable just because we could walk to the casino and back and there were food vendors and restaurants near by making it super convenient while we stayed here for the weekend. The rooms definitely need to be updated and the televisions did not want to work other than that the beds were comfortable and not much noise was heard outside.

We asked for some additional pillows and the staff did not accommodate the simple request- said they didn’t have any. There was also no shower gel in our room so the 2 of us shared the small hand soap. The breakfast was also poor, the eggs tasted bad/ old, there were some cereal, bananas that I didn’t even bother to try. The bed was extremely comfortable however…… I wouldn’t stay there for longer than 1 day. We stayed in 5 dif hotels on this trip, this was the priciest one and the worst.

The sink was clogged. There was a twistie tie in between the sheets so it seemed like nobody actually changed the sheets as if someone had slept in the same sheets. I wanted to change rooms, but was so tired, I didn't feel like moving. When I tried to call about the sink, the phone was so fuzzy, you couldn't hear properly. The bed was very soft and lumpy. Very poor stay.

After waiting 15 minutes past the check-in time to have a room cleaned, we were offered a different room with smaller beds. We declined. Later, I overheard an employee, named Jake, asking another employee why we didn't just take the room. He said we declined. Jake then said "I hate these people." Okay. Ten minutes later my wife hears Jake have another employee check the room and to "make sure you take pictures of the room". Not sure what that's about.

Got to the room and there was Styrofoam cup with a few drops of an unknown, almost neon yellow, liquid under the bed next to some other garbage. Our room smelled like cigarettes and to even reach our room, we had to walk through a family of 8-10 smoking right around the corner. Alright.

I go downstairs to speak to the staff and, of course, Jake is at the desk. I struggle with how to complain to this guy who apparently hated my family for a moment. He responds by smirking and encouraging me to "go ahead; lay it on me" with a sarcastic tone. I lay out my complaints, to which he listens patiently, and then I explain what I heard him say.

He responds by screaming at me that I'm a liar, that he's a worker, and that I have no right I accuse him of this. I begin to reply, and he screams more. This happens again and then another employee appears. He seems concerned. I turn and ask if I can speak with him. He, of course, agrees and I can see Jake seething at me.
