Excellent value, great location

Excellent location, really close to the slopes, shops, restaurants and bars etc.. Comfy room for our family of 4 with perfect views of the mountains. The pool and jacuzzi was a real treat at the end of the day and the front desk staff were always helpful and smiling. Overall an amazing week - thank you.

Perfectly functional. Very clean. Bonus of two bathrooms and separate loo.
Only Downside no basics provided eg cleaning stuff, tea towel, dishwasher tabs etc, cling film, foil, cooking oil etc.

Ideally located if plenty of snow rooms good size but need some attention. The resort compared with other parts of Europe very expensive especially the bars and service in the restaurants leaves a lot to be desired especially to getting the bills correct

great ski hotel

Great stay in MMV Les Terraces. The skiing was great. 4 person apartment was very comfortable but could be a bit cramped if you have 4 adults in it. Very nicely finished. For those skiing its about a 5 minute walk to the piste, we invested in a ski locker closer to the slopes which made life much easier as there was no carrying heavy skis etc to and from the piste. The staff we friendly and helpful. Fully recommend these apartments.

Convenient and good located hotel

The room (actually that was one bedroom apartment) was great! You can find everything you need. And location is just perfect!! Those were all about the positive sides.
The SPA services are not as good as expected -the water in swimming pool was hardly warm what wasn't expected after the whole day on cold street. The jacuzzi over loaded with people. And one of the hammam was not hot enough as well :((
We were expected to have some good relaxing time in SPA area after the cold day outside but unfortunately we had to end up in hot shower in the room that was the best option.

Club MV at Isola2000

Arrived at Nice Airport 10am hoping to transfer to Isola2000 by bus but must have viewed the wrong t/table as the next one wasn’t for another 6hrs! Lots of to-ing’n’fro-ing but got a hire car (thx to the exceptional lady at Citer). Nav-skills went AWOL & so didn’t arrive at Club MMV until 18:30, just before front desk closed at 19:00 (check what process is if arriving out of hours). The flat was in a reasonably clean & tidy state & was mix of newly refurb’d contemporary (kitchen and bathroom) & the tired looking (mainly the separate toilet). Two (inc. towel rad) of the four heaters didn’t work & despite attempts of the handyman, never did. In fairness, the place wasn’t cold but their absence was evident. The kitchen had just about everything..except a kettle. Despite promises from the front desk we never received one. Totally unacceptable! The bed and sofabed were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had the displeasure of sleeping on & none of us had a decent night sleep there–though this was more an issue of the flat vibe than the dire beds. Flat cleaned once but at the end of our stay(!) Never checked out the facilities so can’t comment on them. Club MMV is a short walk (around 10mins in boots) to Front Neige. Isola2000 is great small resort for families with lovely quiet runs. Unfortunately, I can’t give recommendation for Club MV. But can’t I dismiss it as bad. Go with your eyes open and you shouldn’t be disappointed. Just don’t take the room we had....

Ryanair like hidden charges - false ratings

Chose hotel based on 2012 positive experience : willing to pay higher rate for facilities such as pool - new owners in 2013 : all facilities to be paid for extra - eg €14 per hour per adult person for pool facilities : for family of 2adults and 2children thus costing an extra € 40/day; that's almost a 50% increase on the cost of the stay file a week - a rip off ( website doesn't make it clear that it is a cost per hour and this was added since we booked) . Hotel staff could not offer a family or weekly rate and were not willing to follow up with hotel management. Linen and cleaning also now extra unlike 2012 when included. Hotel is not on slopes but went for it for facilities Especially pool after a hard days skiing. Would not recommend going forward. ( bath not cleaned and broken heater in room as well ) hotel is trading on old positive ratings - all 2013 ratings are low.

A disaster stay

We arrived at the hotel to find the following problems: 1. No bedding until late evening 2. No curtains in bedroom 3. No working TV. 4. No bath plug 5. Dirty room that had no been sufficiently cleaned. 6. Dishwasher not plumbed in and tested 7. One half of sofa bed broken. .... While most of these problems were resolved it took until mid-week to get a satisfactory resolution. What compounded the problems is that the reception is only open from 09:00-11:00 and then opens again at 16:00 ( although there is an emergency number..). Unfortunately, we were not the only residence with issues and every day as soon as reception opened then was a large queue of unhappy residents complaining of similar issues. During the week the Jacuzzi was completely out of order. Even in the bar the espresso machine was out of order. The bar area is also only opened when staff are present and so if you need to use WiFi out of hours you have a sit outside the lounge in the small reception area - no wifi in rooms. The staff were clearly overwhelmed and did their best. I completely blame the owners of this establishment - it's disgraceful and we will never return to this hotel... It's a real shame because the hotel is quite modern and wouldn't need much care to make it a nice place to stay in Isola. Aside from this, Isola 2000 has greatly improved over the years and we had a brilliant skiing week. The snow was fantastic and if you want a great meal we highly recommend the Cow Club...

Good Ski Accommodation

The location of the C2A is excellent with lovely views of the mountains and resort.
We booked a ‘2 - room’ apartment, this was actually 1 room with a sliding door between the living-room and bedroom. When the sofa-bed in the living-room is converted to make 2 single beds there is no room to walk around and the only place to sit is at the small dining table. Travelling with two teenage children I would book the 4 - 6 persons room next time.
The biggest disappointment with the accommodation was the fact that the swimming pool, hot tube and steam room were all closed during our stay. When you travel during February you don’t expect the facilities to be closed for repair!

Very disappointed pool and spa not in operation!

Very clean, recently refurbished apartment with everything you could possibly need, including a dishwasher and 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets (only draw back was we had to make beds on arrival). Couldn't fault the apartment at all and had excellent views of the slopes. Ideal location, although quite an incline to walk back up after a day skiing, but we used locker facilities nearer to the main station so we didn't have to carry skis and boots up the hill. Reception always extremely busy as only manned between certain hours. We booked this accommodation specifically as they have a pool and spa, however this was out of action for the whole time we were and there were a lot of upset families with children. On several occasions the lift was also out of action, including the last day when we had to carry our bags down from the 6th floor.

The staff at this obviously new hotel/apartments were very friendly and helpful throughout our entire visit. From checking us in early to extending our check-out late for free, they were fantastic. They even gave us an extra room because a couple from our party didn't want to share, even though they knew the sleeping arrangements before we left England.
The C2A is basic but cheap and clean. The location isn't the best as it is a short walk up hill but I have stayed in much worse locations in Isola.
Overall I would recommend the C2A over my three previous locations in this resort purely on it's clenliness and friendliness.
This is \"cheap n cheerful\" accomodation and you get a lot more for your money than most of the \"cheap n miserable\" places I have stayed in French Ski resorts.

Lejligheden var dejligt, alt var der, det var varmt og alt fungerede. Efter et par dage fandt vi også ud af shuttle bussen, det kunne man måske gøre mere opmærksom på. Spisestederne var fine og maden god alle steder hvor vi spiste. Lifterne fungerede og der var lækker solskin og sne. Vi havde en fanfastisk ferie, overraskende var at bedsteforældre fik gratis liftkort.

Nous avons pris le meme type d'appart 3 fois cette année (appart sup 2 chambres). Les deux fois précédentes nous avons eu un appart spacieux avec une chambre double et une autre chambre avec 2 lits, fermé avec un cloison et qui donnait sur le salon. Cette fois nous avons eu un appart avec une seule petite chambre avec deux lits de 80cm et un coin nuit dans le hall d'entrée avec des lits superposés qui ne nous convenaient pas du tout (car pas d'énfants). En plus il ne s'agissait pas du tout d'un appart 2 chambres. Attention car il y a aparemment 3 configurations d'appart sup 2 chambres...
Les apparts ont été rénovés et sont bien mais on ne reviendrait pas a ce genre de configuration.

Très déçue de la propreté du logement et du matériel fourni.
Très cher pour la qualité du service.
Piscine/jacuzzi pas dans le même immeuble que le logement.
On peut avoir le logement que de 17h à 19h, par contre, on doit le rendre à 10h, sans fautes.
Local à skis numéroté déjà utilisé par quelqu’un d’autres.
Etc, je recommande pas à part pour la vue.

Triste déception quand nous sommes rentré dans l'appartement et que nous avons vu qu'il n'y avait pas de lit double, que l'appartement était sale, qu'il n'y avait rien pour jeter les ordures ou laver la vaiselle.
Les horaires de l'accueil trop restraint pour avoir l'aide dont on a besoin et l'eau de la piscine plutôt froide en cette saison hivernale.

Bonne situation. L'appartement est très fonctionnel aussi bien l'hiver que l'été. Le personnel est très sympa et serviable. Il faudrait cependant changer la literie du canapé lit car il est impossible d'y dormir, c'est vraiment dommage, et cela gâche le séjour.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous allons dans cette résidence. Coïncidence, les deux fois nous étions dans le bâtiment \"B\" qui semble en meilleur état que le bâtiment principal.

Les plus :
- Bon rapport qualité-prix pour une semaine a Isola 2000;
- 10 minutes à pied des pistes de ski (Navette gratuite qui vous dépose devant l'immeuble):
- Certes ce n'est pas le grand luxe mais il y a le minimum de confort et accessoires;
- Bonne isolation (aucun bruit la nuit);
- A notre arrivée l'appartement était propre dans l'ensemble mais je pense que cela n'empêche pas de mauvaises surprises (au moment du check-out, j'entendais un client se plaindre qu'à son arrivée l'appartement ne l'était pas).
- Le personnel est sympa et assez réactif;
- Possibilité d'un parking en sous-sol avec accès direct à l'ascenseur.
- WIFI dans l'appartement avec un bon débit (bonne surprise).
- Vue sympa sur les pistes.

Les moins :
- Comme il y a pas mal d'appartements attendez-vous a attendre l'ascenseur un certain temps surtout si vous résidez dans les étages supérieurs (notamment au moment du check-in et check-out). Petite astuce : pour le check-out du samedi matin avant 10h00 , il vaut mieux descendre la veille le \"gros\" des bagages à la voiture afin d'éviter l'embouteillage du samedi matin à l'ascenseur!!
- l'escalier est en colimaçon est assez dangereux je trouve;
- l'étendoir était cassé à notre arrivée;

Lejligheden var lidt slidt og burde blive gennemgået af personalet. Vi manglede lys i fem lamper. Lejligheden havde en fornuftig størrelse i forhold til skiferie i Frankrig. Havde bestilt en lejlighed med to soveværelser og stue til familien. Det ene soveværelse var en køjeseng i entreen. En virkelige dejlig udsigt fra lejligheden. Der er et stykke at gå ned til liften og butikkerne. Der er adgang til pisten ikke langt fra huset. Et børnevenligt skiområde. Flere gode spisesteder i byen.

Belle résidence avec un logement pour deux personnes propres, spacieux, bien distribué et pratique. Certains pourront regretter une vaisselle insuffisante ou l'absence d'un four mais pour l'été et une petite semaine aucun problème pour nous.

Accueil et disponibilité du personnel parfait, résidence plutôt bien placée pour l'été à 200m du centre station, service boulangerie pratique et pas cher, possibilité de réserver à la journée et non pas à la semaine qui fait la différence.
Il y a tout un tas d'autres services que nous n'avons pas mis en œuvre mais qui semblent attrayants : parking souterrain (payant), piscine privée (gratuite), petit déjeuner, activités enfants...

Notre logement était censé pouvoir héberger 4 personnes, mais heureusement, nous n'étions que 2. Le lit très étroit et bas, avec matelas à ressorts. Le canapé très inconfortable...
De plus, nous sommes arrivés par le seul bus du dimanche soir, vers 19h. Il n'y avait même pas un petit savon/gel douche dans la SDB pour se laver les mains, un minimum! Nous avons couru jusqu'au supermarché avant la fermeture pour acheter le nécessaire.
L'état de propreté était assez douteux. Quant à l'espace pour ranger ses vêtements, nul! Nous avons dû tout garder dans les valises pendant la durée totale du séjour.
Que dire de la cuisine; la vaisselle ébréchée, pas assez éclairée, pas de planche pour couper le pain...
Et l'isolation acoustique n'existe pas.
Heureusement, le chauffage, la TV et le WIFI fonctionnaient bien.

Hôtel plutôt sympa à première vue, Mais de mauvaises surprises au fur et à mesure du séjour.
Un radiateur qui etait pas fixé ou mal du moins et aucune serviette ni même savons pour se laver. Étant considéré comme un hôtel si je ne me trompe, une serviette ou 2 serais le minimum.
À part ça, proche du centre de la station donc pas que des mauvais côtés.

Séjour globalement satisfaisant mais état de l’appartement fatigué, plainte abîmé, matelas du canapé pas confortable du tout.
Kit lave vaisselle hors de prix, 10€ pour des pastilles hors date et éponge inutilisable.

Trevligt hotel med bra läge, tyvärr tillträde kl 17. och liftarna stänger 16. mycket trångt med barn och unga i receptionen som väntar på att få tillträde

Accueil chaleureux mais la piscine n’est pas chauffée et assez petite. Problème d’écoulement d’eau dans une douche et malgré le signalement personne pour régler le problème. Petit déjeuner sympathique mais plus de beurre à 9h15 et très bruyante avec les enfants qui joue au baby foot dans la salle.
