Stayed here with a group of friends for a few days skiing in April. The hotel was spot on for this! Short transfer from Nice airport, then everything on the hotel doorstep, ski hire, bars and restaurants, and most importantly, the snow! The hotel isn't high end luxury, but perfectly functional for skiing ( would compare it to the purple UK brand). We didn't do any food options so cannot comment on this. The resort is kind of built under one roof so you don't have to walk outside to get to the supermarket, bakery etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel to weekend skiers, great for families and a great place for beginner skiers. I would definitely go back.

It's alright.

It's alright. Pros: lovely reception, nice comfortable rooms, and of course very convenient (right on the slopes). The swimming pool is a little disappointing and run down. The water was not very clear/clean. There are no robes in the room, so you have to go to the pool all dressed, but then you can't take a shower and there are only 2 changing rooms. Needs to be rethought. The buffet was fine but the staff there were clearly stressed... and stressful. Constantly huffing and puffing and shouting 'attention' while filling the buffet. It sort of ruins your breakfast.

Excellent short stay in the mountains

Decided on a last-minute ski trip from where we were staying near Cannes. A 2 hour drive from the coast gets you to this winter wonderland. We parked on the street outside the hotel building (free). The hotel was great, although a little unorthodox to find. It's situated within a huge complex which also houses restaurants, bars, a supermarket and lots more. Easy check-in, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast/brunch buffet was amazing and they even encourage you to fill the provided containers with stuff for a picnic lunch.
Definitely recommended and we will return again.

Room and all services very clean, spotless, highly appreciated. Staff extremely kind, that makes the stay very pleasant. Generous brunch, on this subject I recommend not to worry if people take too much to take away, because it is part of the pleasure and fun, and also a very good reason why people choose this hotel and not another one.

Fabulous stay, thanks!!!

Our stay was fabulous, for a price which was good considering the excellent service received. The staff was extremely helpful, the room comfortable (very good mattress, crucial to get a good rest) and very clean. The brunch included in the room price, until 1PM, was of good quality, and we were allowed to prepared our picnic with that food, which means that we could save money hence that made our stay even more worth it for the room price, truly excellent! We reserved a room with balcony with view towards the pistes, for a slightly higher price that made our stay even more pleasant. We'll definitely back back, thanks again to all hotel staff!

The good bit: Location... this hotel is perfect. Great for a base camp and linked to everything you need. Ski hire next door and some really nice restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. Wasn't allowed to check in until after 16:00 but that wasn't a problem as gave us a chance to explore the area. When we finally got into the room, it was nice and clean and a little 'compact' for a couple on a ski holiday with 2 cases and the free mini bar contained a can of Pepsi and a bottle of water. Oh and we only had 1 towel in the bathroom so I walked the halls and had one off the trolly. Breakfast was great with enough selection of nice food.

Unfortunately... Now the bad parts. Parking, We arrived Saturday around lunchtime and couldn't get anywhere close to the hotel. Literally had to park the other side of Isola 2000 and walk with cases for about 20-25 minutes.

Check in took nearly 30 minutes as the poor girl on reception was working alone but when we eventually got into our room we just wanted to grab a shower (with our 1 towel)... Nope. No hot water! Another 20 minute wait at reception, was told it would be back on in an hour. One hour later, still no hot water after an hour. Went out for dinner un-showered after a day of traveling, got back to the room around 21:00... still no hot water. Another walk back to reception, was told it would be back on in an hour with no explanation about why it was off.

Up until 23:00 that night, No hot water. Went to bed feeling dirty and really diss

We go back every year!

Great value for money. We visit Isola every year for a weekend ski trip as a group. The hotel is just ok, but the all inclusive deal works for us and we get our monies worth with the food and drink. This is a great way to have a low cost ski weekend.

Great for ski-in/ski-out, all-inclusive option OK.

We have used this hotel before, so were aware that there is no movement on an early check in. There is a room to store luggage & change into ski-wear, so we were able to get out on the slopes by 2pm. Reception staff are not exactly welcoming, but are efficient. Room was not cleaned for the entire duration of our stay (4 nights). Food is good, plenty of choice and all inclusive drinks are of a good standard. Booked balcony rooms this time, which had a good outlook over the slopes, although disappointed that even booking 7 months in advance requesting rooms near each other, one of the party were put on a different floor. However, would use again as perfect location for ski-in/ski-out and all inclusive option is good to budget for holiday.

Good room but wouldn't return

The room itself was lovely with a beautiful balcony - couldn't fault that. Bathroom excellent. Main areas were so-so, could have been cared for better and the dining areas were frequently messy. The food was ok, I found the desserts much better than the main offerings. What I was the least impressed with was the unfriendly welcome we received when we arrived. I appreciate it was busy but we felt very unwanted. Also, the all inclusive alcohol didn't really work for us at all, the service was consistently rude to the point we felt very uncomfortable asking for a drink (it was clear they went keen on English speaking guests) and they ran out of rum and didn't offer an alternative even though they had other rum available.

As regular customers of this hotel, we have been disapointed by our most recent stay.
First, the food quality is decreasing every year which is a shame because it once was a very positive point about this place.
Our last stay has been really horrible as we got our snowboard stolen from the hotel mandatory ski room. The staff was nice about it but could not do anything. The manager on the other hand could not care less, she only gave us her insurance telephone number without further help or consideration. In France, law states that hotels are responsible for their customers belongings, so the least she could do was come with an arrangement which she did not. The hotels mandatory ski room is accessible to anyone coming from outside the hotel, the coded door is never used, all in all security of customers belongings is non existant. BEWARE.
I guess, if it weren't for the theft of our snowboard we would not have posted such a negative review. Still, the food quality of the all inclusive \"package\" would have tempered our enthousiasm regarding this place.

The hotel was probably good value as it was all inclusive and the food was well prepared with lots of options but the overall standard of the hotel was not very high. I didn't see any nicer hotels though and I think the resort is missing a hotel of a much higher standard. The resort was nice and perfect for children or learner skiers. Our daughter loved it.

This is an excellent hotel in an ideal location being able to ski in and out. The all inclusive option is definitely worth doing. The food is plentiful and of excellent quality. Our only negative feedback would be that our room wasn't cleaned through out our 3 day stay.

Having read other reviews, we were worried that the food would be poor but it turned out to be great! A good selection of buffet foods where you can pick and choose your favourite dishes, with excellent breads and good wine, and very tempting desserts. I suppose if you want waiter service cordon blue, this is not for you, but for us it was just what we wanted.
The ski-in ski-out is an important feature, as it really is very easy, and the Intersport ski equipment rental shop was only a few metres from reception.
We were in room 513 which had great wifi connection, and was comfortable though not huge, with a bath and plenty of hot water. Sound insulation was not great but it didn't disturb us much.
The pool was small and we didn't use it but it had a great view onto the slopes.
No dedicated parking but we were lucky and found a place close by, however someone managed to prang their car into ours which was a bad surprise but not the hotel's fault.

Bonjour, nous avons passé un séjour formidable. Le personnel est très aimable, disponible et souriant. Nous avons adoré la petite attention pour notre animal de compagnie qui était par ailleurs la bienvenue dans cet hôtel! Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés dans un appartement magnifique aux finitions soignées, une vue splendide et d’un calme absolu. Le parking sous terrain menant directement à l’immeuble est un plus. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et de très bon goût. Le spa est très agréable pour se détendre et vous avez également la possibilité d’accompagner ce moment de détente d’une coupe de champagne. C’était un séjour très agréable dont nous gardons un excellent souvenir. Je vous recommande vivement cet hôtel.

une des deux chambres non prête à l'heure ( 1 H 30 d'attente ). Deuxième chambre odeur très désagréable...Sommier du lit grignoté à un angle inférieur, porte de chambre ne fermant pas ( le deuxième jour on nous a signalé qu'il fallait une clé pour fermer véritablement un verrou sur la porte...la carte magnétique ne suffisant pas). Casier à skis et chaussures très peu sécurisé malgré le code et humidité dans les chaussures quand vous les reprenez.Points positifs pour 20 € petit déjeuner et repas avant 13 H et Situation par rapport aux pistes

hôtel très bruyant pas adapté pour un séjour en couple, pas de convivialité peu de bonjour mais beaucoup de surveillance pour etre sure que nous avons le droit de déjeuner et prendre les box à emporter on à eu l'impression d'être dans une usine à argent
mauvaise surprise à 3H du matin le personnel est rentré dans la chambre apparemment ils n'étaient pas au courant que la chambre était prise bien sure nous n'avons pas pu nous rendormir car nous ne savions pas qui était rentré dans la chambre puisque le personnel est vite reparti sans excuser et nous rassurer.
Le lendemain nous avons signalé l'incident la personne à l'accueil c'est à peine excusée on ne sait pas senti écouté on ne nous à même pas proposé une remise commerciale pour le désagrément

Une fois (après 5-6 tentatives sur 2 jours) avoir joint la réception j’ai demandé un changement de chambre (pour trois au lieu de deux réservé). Modification faites en live ….avec un supplément. Arrivée sur place….ah non nous on n’a rien !! Vous avez une chambre pour deux !!!

Court séjour au top du confort et de la prestation.
Très bonne idée de proposer un brunch jusqu'à 13h00... cela permet la grasse matinée !!
La piscine offre un moment de détente apprécié après les randos en montagne.
La literie est impeccable assurant de bonne nuit de repos.
Seul bémol, l'entrée est un peu masquée (dans une impasse près d'un loueur de vélo)... bien loin de la qualité exceptionnelle de cet établissement.
Mais ce n'est pas grave finalement face au superbe séjour que vous passerez !!

Mauvaise chambre qui ne correspond aucunement à la réservation et aucun changement ni excuse ni remboursement malgré la réclamation faite à la réception le jour de l'arrivée ainsi que les jours suivants

Et toujours aucune nouvelle malgré plusieurs mails envoyés depuis la fin du séjour

Nous n'avons pas été les seuls dans ce cas mais la direction se cache derrière des mensonges du style hôtel complet et renvoie la faute sur la centrale de réservation

Tout ceci est d'une mauvaise fois et d'une malhonnêteté qui dégoute et fait poser des questions quant à la crédibilité de l'équipe en place

Personnel agréable surtout au restaurant et au bar, moins à l'accueil.
Ménage des chambres à revoir, chambres très mal isolées (les rideaux bougeaient avec le vent alors que la fenêtre était fermé), jolie salle de bains, restaurant accueillant et bonne nourriture pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Pas de possibilité de réserver un départ tardif sur place alors même que Expédia ne le propose pas. Chambre disponible que à 17h !!!! et check out à 10h !!!! (avec possibilité de bagagerie). Hôtel éloigné de la station de car venant de Nice et pas de navette. Mais hôtel au pieds des pistes. Local à skis délabré voire dangereux (escalier sans rampe, espace très étroit). L'état général de l'hôtel aurait besoin d'un bon rafraichissement !

Accueil, petit déjeuner parfaits. Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain et celui de la chambre chauffait trop fort puis s'arrêtait avant de reprendre. Je pense qu'il faut éviter le rdc car très froid en hiver.

Baisse sensible de la qualité des prestations

Après plusieurs années de satisfaction, c’est la première fois que nous revenons avec une déception un peu marquée compte tenu d’une baisse réelle au niveau du service et surtout de la qualité des repas qui a sensiblement baissée. Un point négatif aussi pour le Wifi qui est particulièrement instable et peu performant.

Hôtel bien situé , personnel accueillant et petit déjeuner correct !!! Voilà pour les points positifs !! Tout le reste est à revoir !!! Hôtel style club vacances familial 😫 surtout ne pas y aller pour vous reposer ou passer après votre journée de ski un moment cocooning !!! Bruit incessant et cris d’enfants continuels !! Parties communes beaucoup trop petites pour 350 chambres (aucun coin intime) . La formule tout inclus semble attractive sauf que les buffets proposés ont la qualité d’une vulgaire cantine avec en prime une surpopulation et un vacarme infernal !! Le prix par chambre demandé (350 euros la nuit) n’est pas du tout en adéquation avec les services proposés !!!
À ce prix on s’attend à un hôtel beaucoup plus classe et surtout beaucoup plus calme !!
À déconseiller d’absolument pour un couple sans enfant sauf si vous aimez l’agitation du métro !!!! Mauvais casting pour nous !!

Svært at finde, snavset, ekstrem dårlig mad på hotellet, stor trist restaurant... ingen hygge overhovedet, forvirrede tjenere der ryddede vores bord helt for vin osv..da vi var i buffeten og hente mad.lille bitte snavset pool der lækkede vand, lille bitte værelse hvor man kunne åbne skabene pga sengen, ingen knager, mega koldt gulv og temperaturen umulig at indstille.
Søde receptionister der skulle stå til mål for mange klager...kunne vi høre.
All inclusive ren snydeforretning.

Week end en haute montagne!

Structure très bien située en front de neige. Petit déjeuner/brunch très copieux avec possibilité de préparer son sandwich ou doggy bag pour manger à midi sur les pistes. Petit point faible: un peu d’attente à l’accueil dans les heures de pointe mais le personnel est gentil et accueillant.

hôtel très bien situé aux pieds des pistes et bonne situation également pour les personnes qui ne font pas de ski;
Pour moi le point à améliorer serait le bar, la plupart des gens arrivent à18h30 et restent jusqu'à l'heure du repas, conclusion il n'y a plus de place assise pour prendre un verre!!!
certaines personnes confondent également le bar avec salle de jeux je pense qu'il faudrait leur demander d'aller jouer dans les petits salons qui me semblent plus appropriés pour celà surtout à l'heure de l'apéritif!!!

Bémol : piscine et sauna fermés tout au long du séjour, sans y avoir été informé.

Personnel sympa , sauf le responsable qui se débarrasse de ses clients chambre trés froides salle de bain surgelée avec bébé de 1 mois à allaité en combinaison et enfants de 3 ans couvert jusqu à la tête toute la nuit dans 5 couettes alors qu il y avait des chambres disponible via le site à la demande d une chambre plus petite ou d un radiateur d à point en restant sans réponse de la part du responsable et les excuse du personnel obligés de rester passé une nuit horrible horrible cause route dangereuse pour rentrer à la maison en remerciant le groupe
