Clean rooms, but the staff did not speak English - unusual for a 5-star international hotel. Had to use a google translator. Breakfast was so-so. Large, imposing building suitable for events, but not for family vacations.

Stayed for 5 nights. The whole stay was absolutely amazing. Very attentive staff and super clean and incredibly spacious rooms. No complaints whatsoever. Enjoyed the spa and the swimming pool as well. I would come again without hesitation.

Opulent hotel lobby and lobby area, very helpful staff. Long walk to my room.
My only comment was how dark the bathroom lighting is especially around the sink area. But the manager brought a portable light, which was very nice of him. Excellent hotel. With a shopping mall across the street, with many restaurants.

위치 좋고 쾌적한 방과 친절도 최상의 강추 호텔입니다.

가족여행으로 3박 머물렀습니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 쇼핑몰이 있어서 식사하고 간단한 간식거리 구매하는데 아주 편리했습니다. 호텔 일반 직원들은 5성급 호텔에 비해 영어 소통이 원활하지는 않았지만 Duty Manager분들은 영어를 잘 하셔서 크게 불편함은 없었습니다. 일단, 방은 상당히 크고 쾌적했으며 직원들 친절도는 최상이였습니다. 특히 조식과 저녁 뷔페 식당의 직원들은 정말 친절하고 음식도 아주 좋았습니다. 저녁뷔페는 뷔페 식당임에도 불구하고 단품 메뉴로 랍스터와 연어를 주어서 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 크리스마스 시즌이여서 특별히 제공하는 메뉴였는지는 잘 모르겠지만요. 처음에는 잘못 주시는 줄 알고 거절했는데 뷔페에 포함이라고 하시더라구요. 다음에 시안에 다시 가게 되면 또 다시 방문하고 싶은 개인적으로는 만족도 최상의 호텔이였습니다.

The check in was slow because the front desk could not find my booking. They failed to provide useful information about local dinning in the neighborhood and recommendation on tourist attraction. Their insufficient service does not match a luxury hotel like theirs.

if a good value fine, otherwise far from attractio

Hotel is not centrally located to much of the main attraction. Staff is friendly, rooms are big and overall nice appearance inside and out.

A few main issues, had this strange smell in the hotel, stronger in the rooms,

the toiletries scents were so strong it stayed on your body and clothes for an entire day.

Like I said above, location to mall/restaurant great but to local attractions not so much

this is one of the newer hotels in Xi’an. Located in a desired area with convenient access to highway or the inner city. Hotel itself is in great condition with tasteful design. The staffs are extremely nice and polite. Especially Mr. Jerry Zheng who has been really helpful during our stay. The Grendale Plaza across the hotel has lots of dinning options as well as supermarkets. Highly recommended and will stay again.

Flat Out Fabulous

This property represents one of the most attentive and sterling experiences I have had in probably a decade. Every level of service from bell desk to food services to management was stellar. And not just reactive service but a truly anticipatory mindset that is hard to come by. On this trip, I was taking my parents around the world for their 50th wedding anniversary and the staff made them feel like a king and a queen with a very special welcome gift and the super royal treatment. This is a special property!

Xi’an hotel

Quite a distance from the walled city of Xi’an . Had to take a taxi at night to experience the Muslim quarter. There’s a mall across the street but didn’t have time to explore. Wish the air quality was not so bad. The terra-cotta warriors exhibit was definitely the reason to come here.

Overall experience was excellent at this hotel. The only issue was they make all guests wear swimming caps for the pool and the reason was "our hair will dirty the pool".

Wonderful hotel

We chose this hotel because it was the #1 ranked hotel on expedia.com. We didn't realize it was quite so far away from downtown, and i'm glad we didn't know because we may not have chosen it.

This hotel is excellent in every way. Check-in was easy and efficient, and the rooms were huge and well equipped (a light switch to turn off ALL lights was in the correct place, unlike so many chinese hotels).

We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel for the 3 nights that we stayed there. The food was excellent. The service was excellent too.

There is a mall across the road which has everything you may want to buy, or Starbucks if you need a "fix".

Great hotel, NOT CLOSE TO BELL TOWER

The hotel location indicated on expedia is that of the former Hyatt hotel. This hotel is a 30 minute cab ride from there.

This does not matter if you are planning organized tours, but is annoying if your goal is to explore the inner-city walls by foot.

Everything is excellent but...

Room is perfect, clean and comfort. Staffs are kind and they can speak English well.
But why did you charge the deposit to me? Your receptionist deanded my credit card for deposit and said that was just for deposit. But why did you charge that deposit? Please cancel them.

Weekend Stay 18 - 21 May

My sister and I were greeted by friendly hotel staff on arrival. Whilst the hotel is located in the new district of Xian, the hotel staff helped us find a cab to meet a Food Tour meet up near the city wall and city Fire Station which was proving a little difficult to find on a map at first. We also found the staff at the hotel restaurant where we dined and enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast very friendly.

A nice hotel with room of improvement

1. When we were there, the air conditioning in both rooms we used cannot be properly adjusted. It was warm outside (28 degrees C) and we wanted to adjust it to 22 degrees without success. After discussion with their customer service, they moved us to a room with a balcony. No improvement on the air conditioning was achieved. 2. Cleaning of the room and replenishment of clean towers were not up to standard, probably due to insufficient training. 3. Services are otherwise good.

A little out of the way, but well worth the trip

The hotel is located outside of the city center, but is very easily accessible via taxi and is incredibly peaceful. I can't recommend this hotel enough--it's like staying in the middle of a garden. If we ever make it back to Xi'an, we'll undoubtedly book the Hyatt Regency.

Not city center, but still excellent.

Much further away from the city than we had planned but a new beautiful facility directly across from a mall with over a dozen good reastaurants. Not a lot of eastern options, but found a good pizza, decent movie and a store for items. Top shelf 5 stars.

位置環境非常非常好，就在曲江池畔，也很寧靜，除了很偶爾有車經過之外，基本就只有鳥鳴跟狗吠聲。酒店自己的面積也很廣，有門口直連曲江池 (保安很好，在外需刷房卡才能進到酒店範圍)。漫步到大唐不夜城也是可以的！

雖遠離城牆區，但生活機能很好。酒店對面 (不過需要橫過馬路...)就有商場、商場裡有不少食店、一家相當大的超級市場、Starbucks、瑞幸咖啡、霸王茶姬，跟一堆不同的食肆跟商店。

這次住的是帶露台的湖景房，房間很大。酒店開業有點年頭，但硬件保養得很好，床很舒適，房間的動線也是非常合理。特別值得一提的是進門可以直走到房間之外，也可以經旁邊的小服裝間 (有換鞋子的椅子) 直接進入浴室範圍；如果從泳池游泳後回到房間，可以直接進入浴室範圍，不用繞路經房間主體才到浴室，可以避免踏到周圍都濕答答；浴室也有另一個出口是直通房間主體。浴室看起來像是開放式，但其實兩邊出口都有門可以關起來，無論是合家歡，還是情侶，或者朋友出行，都可以滿足到。

房間主體有沙發跟小茶几，還有工作枱，酒店還貼心的提供兩張椅子，工作枱可以變身小餐桌。

然後就是，露台太棒了！有兩張椅子跟小茶几，由於露台是內嵌式的，私隱度很高，下雨也不會淋到。曲江池的景色太太太太太漂亮了！

職員都很有禮親切，提問跟要求都盡力代為完成。入住時，幫忙推行李上房的職員，在途中還會介紹酒店的設施跟提供酒店附件的資訊。

酒店裡的湖畔中餐廳，是一家有米芝蓮的陝菜餐廳。餐廳氛圍很好，食物非常精緻，口味也是棒棒的！有不少菜式是現做的 (餅食也是現搓的啊！)，可惜這次比較趕時間，有不少菜式沒法點... 下次一定要慢慢享受。

另外，叫外賣有機械人幫你送到房門前喔！
