Where do I begin??? This is NOT a hotel. It should be rated as an upper-end HOSTEL. Pay for the Television power cord to use the TV??? Really??? The staff is very friendly and the town of Hauteluce is nice, though more than 10 minutes from Les Saisies. Cheap & tired beds, no oven, NO comfortable chairs, very poor internet and expensive. The covered parking is nice, but also costs. We did NOT pay hostel prices, but received hostel lodging. If you're looking for a Hotel, this is not for you.

My friends laugh at me, how did you find this place....? Its a gorgeous very small authentic french village. Only a couple of shops on one main raod. You will need a car to get around. Les Contamines ski resort is a sort drive to a gondola away & La Saisies is 5 mins up the road by car. You will need you french phrase book as English is not spoken or not offered........

impression de déranger dans un lieu vieillissant
Sejour nous laissant une impression de déranger dès le départ avec l’accueil par le personnel et jusqu’à la fin ou à 10h15 nous avons été rappelés qu’il fallait quitter les lieux pour 10h en mettant les draps dans un chariot, vidant la poubelle et faisant le ménage !
Quand on voit l’état des appartements et de l’établissement qui sont très vieillissants, cela paraît vraiment très exigeant. Sans parler du tarif demandé.

Bonne résidence pour quelques jours à la montagne. Vue magnifique sur le mont blanc depuis la résidence. Piscine trop petite par rapport au nombre de logements, très vite saturée.

Vi kunne også ønsket oss utemøbler på terrassen. Vi spiste alle våre frokoster der ute, og satt der om kvelden og koste oss med vin, gode oster og skinker + snacks. Vi måtte derfor ta med to kjøkkenstoler og stuebordet ut på terrassen. Alt i alt, en veldig fin uke i Hauteluce og Les Saisier området, med gåtur i fjellet, og sykling opp noen fjellpass. Tusen takk for oss!

un peu surprise tout d'abord de frais bancaires pour paiement international suite au prélèvement par Lagrange qui appartient à une société suisse, aucune mention préalable de hotels.com sur la nature de l'émetteur.
Au niveau de la résidence, draps, serviettes de toilette, TV sont des prestations en sus, donc pas d'automatisme par les gestionnaires du site pour déposer les draps et le câble TV dans le logement bien que cela soit inclus dans la prestation achetée via le site hotels.com; pour les serviettes, mon appel tel n'avait pas été pris en compte. Tout a été réglé après échanges avec les personnes présentes au demeurant très agréables et aidantes mais quand même ayant déjà séjourné dans une résidence Lagrange, je ne m'attendais pas à ce type de déconvenue.

Visiblement les logements ont été partiellement rénovés : sols neufs, sdb et cuisine refaites mais dans SDB le paredouche est inadapté à l'emplacement, impossible de nettoyer la zone des robinets,

Appartement sale avec en prime des punaises de lit dans la literie ce qui a provoqué des plaques de boutons sur tout le haut du corps de mon conjoint . le personnel nous a changé de chambre mais n a pas semblé très inquiet. On nous a donné l appartement juste à côté ....

La résidence est bien située au cœur du village et l’accueil est sympathique et les hôtesses serviables.
L'accès à l'appartement était un peu compliqué surtout pour décharger les bagages car il n'y a pas de charriot . Les parties communes ne sont pas nettoyées régulièrement sauf à la piscine où les sanitaires sont propres. La température de la piscine est annoncée à 28°mais on en est loin si bien que de retour du ski nous ne sommes pas tentés d'aller nous baigner.L'accès au Sauna est limité en créneaux et il faut réserver la veille .
L'appartement que nous occupions était correct et assez bien équipé en vaisselle. Il manque par contre un grille pain . Nous pouvons en emprunter un à l'accueil mais pour 24h seulement!
Le canapé ne notre appartement était cassé et ne se fermait pas complétement. Nous l'avons signalé à l'arrivée mais rien n'a été fait pendant la semaine.
Au niveau literie , le matelas est juste correct , nous n'avions pas d'alèse, les oreillers sont tout fins et fatigués et il y a qu'une couverture par lit.
Les appartements sont très mal insonorisés et nous entendons le moindre bruit de déplacements de meubles ou chaises de l'appartement du dessus. Des patins seraient les bienvenus pour pallier en partie à ce problème

merci de ne pas publier mon avis c est juste une remarque beaucoup trop de crotte de chien dans les parties ext autour de votre ètablisement a remédier rapidement pour le bien de votre établisement et le confort des gamins qui joue en ext merci sinon pour le reste ras ont reviendras avec plaisir bonne saison a toute votre équipes très gentil famille ricbourg

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas le wifi dans l'établissement. Il faut passer par prestataire de service extérieur et ça ne fonctionne pas.... Par contre personnel irréprochable et à votre écoute.

La résidence est bien située et les appartements confortables, par contre la village de Hauteluce propose très peu de commerces, une seule épicerie dépôt de pain avec peu de choix. Suffisant pour un week-end, mais pas pour un long séjour. Le personnel n'est pas très aimable...

Nous avons logé dans un studio. Il était très correct. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine mais elle semblait tout à fait acceptable pour ce type de logement. Le coin salon est également dans la moyenne, le mobilier et la TV sont un peu sous dimensionné, mais ça fait l'affaire ! La chambre n'est pas mal, après une journée de ski on dormirait n'importe où.
Le point négatif, c'est la propreté. Le frigo n'était pas clean, des cheveux/poils sur la couverture, poussières au sol .. c'est dommage pour ce tarif (110€ la nuit).
De plus sans nuire au confort, il manquait une applique murale, rien de grave pour nous. Juste une réponse surprenante "oui, on sait !"
Autre point à noter, les relations avec les employés. À l'accueil, super sympa, toujours prêt à aider ou à renseigner. Par contre, je ne sais pas si c'était à cause de la tempête de neige, mais à la sortie il y a eu un changement de comportement. Plus de politesse, de l'empressement ..
À notre départ nous avons rendu l'appartement à 9h, et avons laissé les skis dans le casier le temps de déneiger la voiture. 30 minutes plus tard (soit toujours 30 min avant la remise définitive des clefs), nous reprenons les skis rendons les clefs et avons eu droit à un "quoi vous n'avez pas encore libéré le casier ?", sur un ton de reproche.

Alojamento de montanha em apartamentos para 4 pessoas (2 em privado). Situado a cerca de 10 min a pé dos meios mecânicos do Chozal. Acesso a uma paragem da navette gratuita a 200 metros. Apartamento bem aquecido mas com equipamento um pouco limitado (por exemplo falta secador do cabelo). Não disponibiliza wifi grátis aos clientes.

Hôtel agréable proche des pistes. La piscine est un vrai plus, toutefois le sauna est payant, 5€ les 20minutes.
À notre arrivée nous nous sommes rendu compte que le ménage avait été baclé et que la vaisselle était soit mal essuyée soit peu lavée...
L'hôtel est situé au cœur du village et la proximité avec le bar restaurant juste à côté de l'hôtel est très agréable.

Un peu déçus par rapport à ce que nous avons l'habitude de réserver. La propreté des communs était limite mais grand établissement avec personnel réduit ce qui peut expliquer....Confort de l'appartement correct, propreté également. Dommage de devoir prendre et rapporter draps (donc obligation de faire soi-même le lit) et serviettes à la réception.Calme en hors saison.Personnel sympathique et attentionné. Un bon point pour la piscine que l'on a pu utiliser à notre gré.

Appartement très bien avec tout le confort un bémol tout de même sur la qualité de la literie... Attention la piscine est fermée le samedi ce qui est un problème lorsque l'on part pour le week-end ! L'accès wifi est payant contrairement à ce qui est annoncé et il faut rendre l'appartement propre même si vous ne venez que pour le week-end... Prévoir d'apporter tout le nécessaire de nettoyage car rien n'est fourni.

Hauteluce er en søvnig og stillferdig landsby der det egentlig ikke skjer så veldig mye. 6 km til Les Saisies der forholdene er litt større. Vi rant på ski både i Les Saisies og Les Contamines, og det var ingen tvil om at Les Contamines var det flotteste. Les Saisies var litt overfylt, og stort sett bare blå og grønne løyper.

Nous sommes parti une semaine hors vacances scolaires ce qui.nous à permis de bénéficier de services gratuits: draps,serviettes et parkin. La résidence est loin des remontées mécaniques (10 min en voiture des saisies ou 20 min à pied du télésiège du chozal) mais cest aussi ce qui permet de garder l'authenticité de ce petit village savoyard. Juste en bas de la résidence, location de skis et restaurant avec boulangerie et supérette.

Vi blev mycket väl mottagna av personalen trots vi bara pratade engelska och lite franska. Poolen var ett extra plus där vi relaxavde efter skidåkning i backen hela dagen.
