If you are planning to gonto Angra da Reis dont wven tey tonstay in this hotel. I got there and apparently there werw not rooms avaiakbke for a reservation done with one month of anticipation. Me and family ere movee dtona posada, lower categoey place . The hotel does jot match what they offer in internet IT A SPAM, BiG LIE idont know how expedia make bussibes with this crooks im fightin my refund for such a bad experience

Infelizmente nossa estadia foi numa semana muito chuvosa, por isso tivemos contratempos como o quarto empoçar água por causa do quarto adjacente. O restaurante do hotel nos deixou pegando chuva enquanto jantavamos lá por não abrir o espaço do café onde era protegido do mal tempo. Fora isso, os atendentes são bem atenciosos, a limpeza não deixou a desejar e o café foi bem servido.

Roupa de cama ruim, quarto cheirando a mofo, diferente do reservado, box do banheiro alaga com um simples banho rápido, tv horrível com somente 2 canais funcionando, ar condicionado não gelou bem e estava um calor enorme, atendimento na recepção foi pessimo, a primeira impressão que tivemos foi de que era proibido se hospedar ali e no check out foi a mesma coisa, o recepcionista de cara amarrada! Não tem serviço de quarto para entregar um simples cobertor, é necessário ir até a recepção para buscar (isso ok) e ser recebido na recepção como se fosse algo de muito errado pedir uma coberta. Que por sinal, parece uma coberta de tricô, com cheiro de guardada.

Experiência pessima, não recomendo a ninguém. O que é uma pena pq a localização é excelente, principalmente para quem vai acessar as marinas.

Honestly, this place is in desperate need of refurbishment. The bathroom had a strong odor, the mattresses were clearly not properly cleaned (I even found someone else’s hair on them), and the TV didn’t work at all — no signal. The Wi-Fi was also very poor. And come on, it’s 2025 — there’s absolutely no reason to have paintings depicting enslaved people in suffering or sexualized portrayals of Indigenous women. That was extremely inappropriate. Precisa de uma manutenção predial.
Chegamos juntos com um grupo grande de americanos, e so tinha uma atendente para fazer check-in de todos, alem de estar sozinha não falava inglês, precisamos ajudar na comunicação na tentativa de andar mais rapido.
Depois de uma viagem longa de estrada, ficamos muito tempo esperando para fazer o check-in devido a dificuldade no atendimento.

O hotel é ok, esta um pouco abandonado por fora, porém por dentro esta ok, estrutura até legal, porém muito longe da cidade de angra dos reis, nas redes sociais mostravam um playground para crianças, chegando lá não existe! Café da manhã e em um restaurante que da suporte para o hotel, com café da manhã bem simples, mas gostoso.
Sobre a praia privativa, ela não é boa para banho, fica longe do hotel, e unica coisa legal mesmo é que o hotel fica dentro de um condominio muito bonito, com a marina onde vc pode ver os barcos e lanchas atracados, de resto, não tem muito o que fazer proximo do hotel, os restaurantes e bares que tem por ali são legais mas com pouca opção.

Viagem de natal com a família.

Minha estadia foi muito agradável. O café da manhã é simples, mas é bom. Nos 2 primeiros dias não tinha muita variedade, mas foi ok. Choveu bastante nos dias que estivemos lá. Então para quem vai com criança é bom levar guarda chuvas, para não ficar na dependencia dos que o hotel dispõe.

Hotel bem localizado, num localmuito bonito, junto a Marina Bracuhy (já fala por si só). Opções de lazer, passeios de barco, aluguel nautico, etc.. Preços razoáveis para acomodações amplas e bem aparelhadas. As áreas externas mereciam uma melhor atenção na manutenção,mas não prejudica a experiência. Recomendo conferir.

O hotel atende o custo benefício, porém, necessário melhorar em alguns pontos.
Recepção: apenas um atendente que na maioria do tempo ocupado com vários hóspedes.
Quartos amplos, espaçoso e limpos, porém os que ficam para o lado do estacionamento no térreo se torna barulhento pelo fato que ficam no acesso ao restaurante
Café é outro ponto importante na estadia. Atende a expectativa com uma equipe prestativa, mas falta ítens simples e importante como, requeijão, queijo branco e geleia. Boa variedade de bolos e pães
O que mais me decepcionou foi servir suco em copos plásticos.
Outro fato é que o café é servido num restaurante parceiro e fica distante da recepção, para PNE é um obstáculo e não consigo imaginar em dias de chuva já que não tem cobertura até o restaurante
E para finalizar o hotel dispõe de quartos conjugados que não foi mencionado no app

Hospedagem período de Natal.

Minha estadia foi boa. O hotel tem uma boa estrutura , mas precisa de uma boa manutenção. A área da piscina está meio abandonada e faltou toalhas nos dias que fiquei hospedada, mas os atendentes se predispuseram a ajudar. São todos muito solicitos.
