This is a lovely hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. We enjoyed our stay overall but were disturbed by noises from 4am every morning (possibly because we were placed on the floor below the restaurant/entertainment area) and also construction noises from 8am every day of our 5 night stay. We would have appreciated being informed at check in that there would be disturbances.

A very nice hotel in Angra. Valet parking was a real plus. Breakfast options were plentiful, and the topmost floor had a lot of space to hang out or work. The area offered a wide variety of dining options within walking distance. Despite the name Angra Beach Hotel, it is not located by the beach, but it offers a free daily pass to a very nice beach in the Ilha da Jipoia. I will stay at this hotel again if I am ever back in Angra.

The hotel in question is misrepresenting its accommodations - do not trust the photos. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the \"Superior Suite\" did not match the advertised images. Several furnishings, including floor lamps, bedside lamps, and bed stools, were absent from the room. One of the TVs was not working. The air conditioning units were in a state of disrepair, leaking water onto the walls. Additionally, there was evidence of human bodily fluids on the pillows, as documented in the attached photographs. The glass barrier on the balcony was cracked, posing a health and safety risk to guests. Due to the unacceptable conditions, we were compelled to check out after the first night, despite having a reservation for four nights. Regrettably, the hotel manager has been unresponsive and has declined to issue a refund for the remaining nights, even after intervention by the Hotels.com representative.

This property is in the town with a shuttle to a small patch of beach next to Angra Inn. Tours will pick you up from the hotel but you have to Uber back. Limited dining experiences at Pirates Mall and downtown Angra.

Booked this hotel for 3 nights as was called a beach hotel and the pictures on the website showed the hotel on the beach... this was not the case and it couldn’t have been further from the beach.. I left this hotel after 1 night and the hotel would not refund me the money

Very functional hotel. Check in took along time as they had no record of our booking, i had to call hotel.com who were excellent and 5 minutes later they found the reservation. (50 rooms and my Dutch name was missed???) then had to wait for room to be cleaned, got to room at 5pm. But hotel is probably the nicest in Angra.

This is in no way a beach hotel. The photo on travelocity shows a nice pool and deck in the front of the beach. The hotel is in the middle of the city. At check in they claimed that my prepayment for our rooms was just to hold them so we paid another fee for our rooms. They never refunded my pre-payment. I explained this to the staff and they said the manager would do it when he arrived. The next morning at check out the staff had no idea of this issue and then when it was explained they claimed the manager was not available. I suggested they call him. They sent him text messages saying he would refund the money to my bank account. I gave them the information and left. They never returned the funds. As I said it is in the city not on the beach. They have a dock, a small beach and a decrepit building by the beach. You need to ride in their ancient van to get there. Once there we were entertained by a dog chasing and barking at at a cat for over an hour. Truly awful. All travelers should avoid this hotel.

Bunch of Crooks - Stay Away

So many things were below par with this hotel. The worst of which was they had a piece of the hotel fall off of the building and punch a hole in my hire car and they refuse to pay for it, despite expressing in writing that they are at fault for the damages. The hotel spa did not work, the TV in my room did not work, the Internet in my room did not work, the door lock to my room did not work and things were taken, and one day i was made what in the lobby for 6 hours as the path to my room was apparently impeded. The staff now refuse to return any contact with me about the damage they caused and even expedia called on my behalf and they hung up. Do not risk staying at this den of thieves.

Nice modern newer hotel not on the beach or d'town

if you just need a place to stay in the Angra area, this is a nice modern newer fashionable quality hotel with a great breakfast and plently of safe parking - it is not near the beach nor is it near the old downtown Angra - so pick something closer to the port if you plan to walk to the boats for tours, rooms are newer bathrooms are very modern and comfortable a/c blows cold and lighting is excellent!

Café da manhã bom. Mas lençóis horríveis, cheios de bolinhas que chegavam a incomodar, meu lençol do colchão estava manchado bem no meio. Fronhas com buracos e bolinhas. Péssima impressão, parecia que a cama estava usada. Paredes do quarto bem sujas, tomada ao lado da cama pendurada e sem funcionar, cheiro estranho no quarto. Exaustor do banheiro extremamente barulhento. Sinceramente poderiam ter mais cuidado e capricho com a estrutura física pois mesmo que esteja limpo passa péssima impressão. O cartão-chave do quarto parava de funcionar todo dia, obrigando a voltar na recepção para reativar. Cofre do quarto não funcionava, estava quebrado. Por último, a cortesia do VIP-acess do Hotéis.com ninguém na recepção sabia do que se tratava.

Bom, só que precisa melhorar pelo valor cobrado.

Bem localizada, bom café da manhã, o atendimento não é dos melhores, levei roupas pra passar, eles não emprestam ferro e a moça que faz o serviço de passar e cobrar por peça não foi por 3 dias seguidos, ninguém do hotel solucionou meu problema fiquei com roupas sem usar por conta desse impasse. Atendimento básico sem muita diferença doa outros hoteis.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel.
La chambre (appartement) est spacieuse . Vous avez un grand balcon.
L’hôtel dispose d’une piscine sur le toit ainsi que d’un billard.
Le restaurant du petit déjeuner offre une vue panoramique. Le petit déjeuner est bon.
Le personnel est sympathique.
À proximité il y a un grand centre commercial où vous pourrez vous restaurer. Le centre ville est plu éloigné, nous avons privilégié Uber pour nous y rendre.

Hotel simples, mas confortável. Quarto quase sem decoração, mas com instalações boas e ótimo chuveiro.
Restaurante no hotel é simples, sem grande variedade.
Pontos negativos: não fica perto de praia, a arrumação do quarto às vezes não é feita, o hotel fica em uma região feia, no centro de Angra.
Pontos positivos: tem uma piscina gostosa no solarium e oferece passeio gratuito de barco à uma ilha bem agradável.

O quarto precisa passar por algumas etapas de limpeza mais atenta. Ar condicionado cheirava desagradável, precisando de urgente limpeza. Cortina tambem. Quarto amplo, espaçoso, bem agradável. Cama excelente. Travesseiros precisando ser trocados No café da manhã fomos atendidos por uma jovem, com piercing no nariz, que parecia enfadada quando chegamos. Ficava mexendo no celular. Ao me servir, ainda no café da manhã, voltei até até a jovem pra questionar se havia derivados de leite no ovo (manteiga, margarina, etc) e ela fui rude na resposta. Assustamos com a forma como ela se referiu a nós. Talvez transferir ela pra função que não lide com público. Ao pensar em fazer reserva neste hotel, lembrem do pessimo atendimento no café da manhã. O manobrista do carro, no entanto, super atencioso e eficiente.

Angra Beach é um bom hotel

Bons atendentes, recebemos um bolinho de cortesia pelo aniversário de casamento. A limpeza é boa,mas deixa a desejar, no domingo não teve limpeza do quarto. Quarto confortável, vista para outros apartamentos e montanha, café da manhã se repete todos os dias, opções de proteína ou ovo, ou salsicha, mas é bom. Piscina na cobertuta, chuveiro é bom, ar condicionado funciona bem, assim como o wi-fi. O day use da praia pago R$50 por pessoa. O custo benefício achei que destoa, esperava mais um pouco do hotel. Vagas de estacionamento limitada, um dia o carro ficou fora do hotel.

O hotel é excelente, fica numa ótima localização e seus funcionários são extremamente educados e atenciosos. Além disso, o valor da diária, e em relação ao que nos foi oferecido, valeu cada centavo pago. Tivemos um único e pequeno problema com o uso do cartão (chave) de acesso ao apartamento, mas foi solucionado com a orientação para o uso correto.

Um hotel com atendimento surpreendente

Estadia Maravilhosa, o atendimento no hotel foi exemplar, da recepção ao restaurante. Gostaria de destacar um senhor muito gentil,
que fica na recepção, sempre pronto a servir e explicar os passeios e a Tainara e Elida no restaurante, um primor de atendimento e dedicacao .
A única ressalva que faço ao hotel é a falta de variedade no café da manhã.

O hotel tinha que especificar que o quarto família é improvisado, são dois, um com duas camas de solteiro, fica com sacada, e o de casal parecia um quarto de UTI de hospital, improvisaram com paredes de vidro, sem ventilação nenhum, horrível! Cheio de pernilongos!
No mais o pessoal da limpeza, os meninos do estacionamento e as meninas do café da manhã estão de parabéns são ótimos.
