Overall, we had a good stay, but the check-in process could definitely be improved.

We arrived at 3pm and there was quite a wait to check in, as a lot of guests had arrived at the same time and there was only one person on reception. Unfortunately, even after checking in, our room wasn't ready for another hour.

We paid for parking, which was very convenient to have on-site. However, we had to wait for the owner/manager to move her car so we could access the car park, and then again when we were leaving. Her car was blocking access, as she had already needed to move it for the guest ahead of us as well.

That said, the receptionist was absolutely lovely and really made the stay. She was friendly, professional and kept apologising for the delays, even though none of it was her fault. She handled everything brilliantly despite being clearly under pressure, and I would happily stay again because of the excellent service she provided.

Apart from the issues at check-in, everything else was great. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We didn't make use of the kitchenette, but it would be very useful for anyone staying longer than one night.

Overall, a pleasant stay with a fantastic receptionist, but the arrival process and parking arrangements could be better managed.

The room is very clean and comfortable, staff is very nice, breakfast is available on site which is good because location is far removed from any restaurant or bakery. It’s located in a very residential area, quiet and safe but not close to much activities in the city. Another drawback is, although check in is at 3;30 there is no possibly to drop off luggage early as lobby is locked from 11:30 to 3:30.

Stayed for one night as part of a longer trip. Location was fine but whole building was very dated. There were stains on the floor and sheets were stained too. The room layout was a little strange with the bunk bed behind the wardrobe.

I was disappointed that parking was €15 and that there is an excessive cleaning charge applied if you don't keep the place clean enough.

Staff were helpful and friendly and spoke English really well.

We had a fantastic stay at the Residhotel les coralynes. A basic apartment which was very clean, met all our needs and was within easy reach of all the shops, beach and restaurants. As well as perfectly situated for the train. The staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent job

A fantastic location for the train station, market and centre could not be better.
Room was clean and spacious and bathroom was modern and clean too
Lady on reception very helpful and nice she spoke excellent English and was lovely
Only issue was the kitchen facilities were very basic and I was concerned about the safety aspect of the washing up area touching the Hob and a warning if that gets wet the electricity will be cut for 24 hours
Woukd recommend a stay here and good value for Cannes but the kitchen let it down and the health and safety was questionable in the kitchen 😊

Great budget stay in Cannes

The location is very central and there is even free parking on the road (I visited at end of March - off-season - in busier times it might be impossible to leave a car there). My room on the 4th floor had a balcony from which I could see the sea. Original Kartell chairs and a clean and nice environment, modern but welcoming. I was extremely pleased with the experience. Amazing quality / price ratio.

The hotel has no one during 11:30 to 3:30. We arrived at 1pm and couldn’t get in. I wrote to the hotel but didn’t get an answer until 18:00. This check in experience is terrible especially my son was sick. It was impossible for him to walk around with a suitcase. If there is no one there to check in during normal business hour, there should be a procedure for people to get in.

A few ants in the bathroom and the shower curtain stuck to you while showering..
For me staying local to visit friends it was ok, not 5 star but adequate and did the job.
Being uphill location I got my 10,000 steps in a day!

About a 6 min walk from the train station and maybe 10 min to the beach...good location and close to everything restaurants...supermarkets old town..beaches. its in a residential area so quiet neighborhood. Apartment was studio smaller but it had everything...terrace so its nice to sit out on. Dont expect anything fancy but its worth the price and we stayed 10 days...you get the room cleaned once if you stay long otherwise there are charges if you want extra cleaning.some people might have problem with check in which is in the morning till 12 and then from 5pm so there is an afternoon window of 5 hours which no one is there to check you in but thats the way it is so you either time your arrival have coffee etc... So i would give it a close to a 4 out of 5. Guests staying there seemed nice so its good place if you want to explore the French Riviera..just go down the hill 5 min jump on a train that will take you to all the coastal cities..very conveniant and easy

The location is fantastic very close to the marina and old town. The room is ok, bed isvery comfortable. The bathroom needs updating. The patio needs cleaning. The dishes and kitchen were very clean.
The front desk personnel were exceptional. Oh and underground parking for a small fee( I think it was 9 euros a night) was awesome. It was a great stay for the price and location... and the aircon was good too.

The staff is absolutely amazing, location is great, and it is a great value for money. There were some issues with the cleanliness but I did not complain as I didn't spend too much time at the accommodation anyway. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Walking distance from the waterfront, great staff

I read reviews of this place on Google, and I have to say that they are definitely more negative than this place deserves, at least based on my experience. Like many other towns, the buildings in the center of Cannes are old, so you can't expect brand new fixtures and newly renovated buildings. For what it is and what it costs, I believe this hotel is a good deal, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate when I had a few things I needed their help with. The room was clean enough, but it wasn't completely perfect. That being said, everything in there worked including the air conditioning, and the facilities were more than enough for anyone except the most picky traveller. Just be aware that if you have a lot of luggage the walk to the hotel is all uphill from the train station so keep that in mind when booking.
It's a short distance, maybe 4 blocks (5 minute walk) to Gare de Cannes, and there are two supermarkets and numerous tobacconists, bars, and restaurants in this area.

Comfortable but no service

For the money that we paid we were not expecting luxury. This hotel suited our needs, it was clean and tidy but we received no service at all in our weeks' stay. A change of towels at some point would have been appreciated.

This hotel is perfectly positioned for Cannes station but we warned the trip back up the hill could be a bit steep depending on your level of fitness.

Pretty good place

Overall this is a pretty good place for the money. It is off the main road in a residential section, yet only a few minutes walk to a major intersection.

We had a room with a little kitchenette and although all we used was the little fridge everything you would need to cook with was there.

Our room also had bunk beds that fold up against the wall as you came in the door, not a bad deal if you had kids and the kitchenette and bathroom were in between there and the bedroom giving you a little bit of privacy. We also paid for parking, it is very limited.

The major and rather odd thing about this hotel are the hours, you either check in before noon or after 5 I think it said so the hotel is closed from 12 to 5 and after 8pm you are out of luck. We did get stuck in traffic and looked the hotel up and were able to call to tell them we would miss the 8:00 deadline. They were able to give me the door code over the phone and told us our key would be in the safe and also gave me the code for that as well The people who came in after us were not so lucky...so just beware of the time.

Idea place for cannes town. Centre of everything but set back, 2 mins walk from train station, 10-15 mins to the beach, in the cheaper area or normal, not uber rich. Hotel great value for me, clean, comfortable, Wifi didn’t use,
If i had one complaint, it took a bit of working out, to get my key. as reception was closed. 8pm it seem. instructions on the door could be clearer, but after phoning the emergency number, sorted.

very good location, the room was clean and the receptionist very helpful, though she was there a few hours in the morning and a few hours in the afternoon. if you want to check in outside those hours, you need to make a phone call and you'll get access to your room. the garage is very small and it's hard to find a parking spot in the neighborhood.

Stayed here for one night. Room was good with all that we needed. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed, enough space for two people and even a kitchenette! Receptionist was tres friendly. It was in a good location, close to the train station which was how we got to and left Cannes. Also close and easy to walk to the old town and port and city centre. As mentioned in previous reviews by others, it is important to note that the reception is closed between 12-5pm!!! Luckily they could store our luggage the next day after check out. But make sure you arrive when the office is open!

Great base for independent, self catering holiday

Very quiet location yet only minutes from the main shopping areas and beach. It is located in a mainly residential area in an older, characterful part of town. Staff were wonderfully friendly, and although only there between 8-12 and 5-8 this was never an inconvenience. Hotel balcony a real bonus, room a very decent size and aircon worked a treat. Monoprix and Carrefour supermarkets less than 5 minutes, local market 10 minutes so plenty of choice for eating in. Free wifi throughout hotel accessed by a code from reception which lasts 3 days but you can have as many as you need and renew after each one expires.

When we first arrived we were greeted by a friendly staff member. We arrived at 5 minutes past the start of check-in. We get our room key and when we get to our room we see that the room has not been cleaned at all (sheets all undone). We go back to see the staff at the reception and she offered us some coffee and snacks while we wait to get a new room. When we got the new room everything was fine. The room was nice and clean. Had A/C in the room along with a mini cooking area.

I would recommend this hotel.

Overall the hotel was not bad with current standard, but what I was not very happy about was that there was no cleaning of the room at all. Being a residence hotel then there was an expectation on the hotels side that the residents perform some minor cleaning, however no tools for this cleaning operations were provided and I find that bizarre. In every resident place I have been with cleaning protocol, there has been tools provided for these operations. The hotel said that the tools had to be purchased by the residents. Very odd, after my opinion. For this reason I was not very happy with the stay at Coralynes.

Convenient Location

The hotel is located on a quiet street very close to the Train Station. It is also a short 15 minute walk to all the attractions, including the Theatre, Casino, Port, Beachs and Restaurants. If you are not renting a car and are planning to stay for more than a few nights it would be ideal, because it does have appliances. Our unit had a small balcony and a very tiny second bedroom with a bunk bed. It is a basic no frills accomodation at a decent price.

STAY AWAY!!!

Horrible! Hotel was closed when we arrived. A resident had to let us in and we then had to hunt for an envelope with a key in it. There was no street parking anywhere near the hotel. A resident let us in the garage, which had room for 4 very small vehicles. We barely fit in there with our tiny rental car. The room was horrible, dirty and smelled bad. We had street noise the whole night. The \"hotel\" staff was not even apologetic and was very condescending. DO NOT STAY THERE. This should be called a halfway house, not a hotel.

Picked this hotel cause it offered car parking. checked in. hubbydouble parked on steep hill outside. we got room key but had to come back after 5 for carpark access. found a spare car spot 20 mins walk away. grrr. also had to take my waste bin contents out to industrial bin b4 departing. wouldnt recommend here.

Exactly as described. Loved the balcony. We were out all day but had sun on balcony all evening. Only downside was that I had to ask for clean sheets and towels but people don't usually stay for the length of time that we did and were changed with no problems. A kettle would have been handy but we made use of the microwave so it wasn't much of a problem.Kitchen area was adequate for our needs and had full sized fridge which was great.

Ok sted til en enkelt hurtig overnatning, da det trænger til renovering. Placering, receptionist er super, men værelset har mange mangler og fejl. Fjernbetjening til aircondition virker ikke, stol ved at falde sammen, bruseholder defekt, badeværelse generelt meget slidt og ingen udluftning, senge har set bedre dage, en del støj/lydt, nøglelås og elendigt viskestykke. Ok overnatning, hvis man er på en hurtig gennemrejse, men venligheden på stedet redder det hele og morgenmaden var ok.

Parcheggio hotel limitatissimo, organizzatevi per andarev in un parcheggio a pagamento vicino: c'è un parcheggio coperto e chiuso vicinissimo (molto economico, con i contro del caso), un altro parcheggio a 800-1000 metri più moderno e spazioso.

Posizione tranquilla (stradine strette ed in salita) e silenziosa ma vicina al centro.

Le studio est « dans son jus », une tringle à rideaux ne tient plus au plafond et le rideau roulant de la même fenêtre est cassé. Pas facile pour faire le noir pour la nuit. Le flexible de douche est à changer, certains interrupteurs ne servent pas ou ont un faux contact. L’espace cuisine est bien équipé et propre. La literie est très correcte. Par contre l’espace avec les lits superposés est vraiment très étroit. Ne pas utiliser le parking avec un SUV, parking gratuit autour de l’hôtel mais pas facile de trouver une place et rues très pentues.

Ihan ok majoituspaikka, mutta ylämäkisijainti oli vähän hankala. Pienet, mutta toimivat tilat.
Vähän hankalaa että vastaanotto on kiinni neljä tuntia keskellä päivää.

Vauvan sänky ja ruokatuoli onnistui hyvin

Une chambre bien équipée, confortable, agréable.
Une petite rénovation (remettre au goût du jour et améliorer l'isolation phonique intérieure) pourrait être la bienvenue mais pas absolument nécessaire. A noter la batterie de cuisine est très correcte et en très bon état. L'appartement est vraiment bien équipé et accueillant.

Bild und Realität haben sich nicht wirklich entsprochen. Balkon war nicht begehbar, Zimmer Rich nach Rauch. Parkplatz untauglich für Mittelklasse Fahrzeuge und nur zwei überhaupt verfügbar. Dafür sehr nette Angestellte und überaus zentral. 5 min zu Fuß in die Fussgängerzone.

Bella stanza, luminosa, pulita e confortevole, con un bel bagno e un balconcino a disposizione. Ottoma la presenza del garage e dell'ascensore, che collega il piano interrato, direttamente con il Piano della propria stanza, rendendo l'ospite indipendente. Buona e abbondante la colazione: la sala ristoro è carina e ben allestita, e tutto preparato con cura. Ottima Virginie, in reception, che ti accoglie sempre col sorriso, ti spiega tutto molto bene e ti da indicazioni su come muoversi in città.

Chambre confortable avec petit balcon. Literie correcte. Personnel très agréable. Très bon emplacement à quelques minutes à pied de la Croisette. Ascenseur. Clim. Un peu bruyant car pas très bien insonorisé. Chambre correcte. Un effort pourrait être fait sur la propreté (poussière) mais satisfaite dans l’ensemble. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue mais les places sont rares. Possibilité de se garer devant le temps du check in/out, parkings payants à proximité.

Idéal pour un séjour au calme

L’accueil est très agréable. La résidence est à proximité du centre de Cannes et de la gare (mais dans un coin calme.) Les studios sont propres et fonctionnels, avec un balcon sur lequel il est possible de prendre ses repas.
