I stayed here during the Christmas and New Year Holidays; the rooms are clean, and staff members are very friendly and ready to help with whatever one may need. The hotel has a lovely, clean swimming pool that is such a relief in Bali's weather. The entire hotel is child- and family-friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel!

Had an absolutely lovely, relaxing getaway at mahogany hotel. The rooms are spacious, the pool is fantastic, the bed is very very comfortable.
The restaurant/bar at the pool does delicious food and drinks (definitely recommend the shakshouka for breakfast!)
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and have left feeling rested and relaxed!
The hotel is a little bit further from attractions and beaches so a car or scooter is recommended but we managed fine with using grab to get around.
The staff truly make this experience top tier, everyone we spoke with was happy, polite and chatty. Taking the time to learn our names and took the best care of us.

The staff was kind, professional and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was also pretty decent. BUT my room was NOT cleaned properly. The bed sheets carried a vwry high odor like it had not been changed after the previous guest. When they eventually changed the linen, the new ones were stained and had silver fish on it!!!!

We liked the hotel. The view from the balcony was excellent with scenic beauty. The food was great.
We did not like the water leakage from the shower head and blockage in the sink in spite of reminding the staff.

So-so.It's clean and new, badly located in the busy highway. If you want to experience the laid back, private smbiance of Bali, this is not the place. Also, super basic. Yhey dont't even provide shampoo and lotion.

Definitely recommend

The price of this hotel was amazing especially for what you will be getting in return. The staff were extremely friendly and so helpful. They make you feel so welcome. The room was very clean and so were the rest of the facilities. The shuttle to the beach was free was so helpful and easy to use. We ate at the restaurant multiple times. We ended up going back there a few days after checking out before we were leaving to go home because we loved it so much. I would recommend this place to anyone who is wanting to experience Nusa Dua especially if you are traveling on a strict budget. We happen to be there during an earthquake and felt safe. We went all Bali and this was our favorite hotel by far.

Ps. We got the bay view room and breakfast definitely worth the extra few dollars.

Lovely place and helpful staff

Got a free upgrade to the family suite. Room had a regular 3-pin plug so no adapter was necessary. Large smart TV had a wide range of channels in various languages and was able to play everything on my USB. Breakfast was satisfactory but wifi was spotty at times. Overall very satisfied.

Staff very friendly and accommodating
Although far from the beach the hotel shuttle does daily trips to Nusa Dua
Although I was told I would be getting breakfast included that was not the case.I had to pay the second morning which was not a problem as it was only $8
The first was given complimentary because of the hotels mistake
The receptionist , Annie, was very apologetic.
I had a room facing the road and was very noisy from the traffic otherwise very comfortable

Lovely hotel, amazing staff

The only thing that let this hotel down is the location as nothing is really in walking distance so we had to get a taxi everywhere.
However, the hotel itself is lovely with nice clean rooms and the staff are so friendly and attentive. For the price we paid, it was a fantastic find.

Nice hotel in convenient location, friendly staff

We stayed for two nights before flying out of Bali. The first night we had a room which had a loud generator noise running the whole night which made it difficult to sleep. We requested to move to the other side of the hotel and they moved us with no issue which was good. The breakfast buffet is good and the staff are all very helpful.

A few equipment inside the room require some maintenance. Hotel is not very close to the beaches, but they provide shuttle. The hotel resturant's foods are okay and the price is affordable. Hotel staffs are polite but need some friendliness. Overall, everything is average.

Mahogany is luxury for less. I agree.

Quality in-house bar, nice view from spacious balcony- you get to see the toll bridge and ocean view...an amazing outdoor pool, lovely b'fast spread. Rooms - high-quality. And the staff--- Super friendly, very polite and always in action.

Would be nice to have a free pick-drop to Jimbaran beach too..as it is provided to Bali Collection.

I loved my stay at Mahagony.

Pleasant to stay but no beach access

Hotel is nowhere near the beach. You will get a partial view of Tanjung Benoa from the small balcony. Hotel is right next to the super busy Nusa Dua-Benoa Highway. The new PoP Hotel is right next door, and same row as Lerina hotel. If you are looking for comfort and not around during the day, this is a good place. Bed is super luxurious, especially the double bed. If you want the beach, go to Hard Rock. Breakfast is OK but limited choice. Other F&B is no-bo, but there are some shops to eat just 50m down the road.

My brother in law and I had a lovely stay at this hotel , it's such amazing value for money , the staff are amazing too , so helpful and so friendly , nothing was too much trouble , the only negative I have is the location , but as the hotel runs a shuttle this helps a lot , once you get to the beaches they are lovely .
Overall a very enjoyable and pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it

Nice except from food and wifi

Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable
Shower was not very good, had to use the little side attachment instead of the main showerhead
Breakfast was fine although very oily.
Other food at the hotel was terrible, very overpriced, and just not good. Leave the hotel to the main road, turn left and walk maybe 2-3 minutes, there is a restaurant called Boemboe (or something along those lines) - the food there was fantastic, some of the best we had in our trip to Bali.
If you need water, turn right and maybe 3 buildings down is a market, 1.5L was 4500IDR (30 cents/\"europennies\" or 25 pence).
Wifi was terrible, we work while we travel and it was regularly down. Their excuse was that the 10 minutes of rain had cut it out, but we went to a cafe nearby and it worked perfectly (and when we got back to the hotel it was still down)
Staff were very nice.
Honestly, if the wifi had been good, I think I would have quite liked this place. If you stay, just don't eat here unless you're desperate.

Last minute stay

The staff were very helpful to all of my requests even though I only stayed one night at short notice. They upgraded my room for me when I didnt like the single beds In first room. They also got the chef to prepare my breakfast the night before I left as my checkout was 5am & I wanted Nasi Goreng. They gave me A wake up call at 4.30 am & delivered the warmed nasi goreng to my door as a take away as requested to eat at airport.

A near new modern hotel with large comfy room

We booked two nights as this very good hotel.In hindsight one night would have been enough to recover from our flight. Reception staff are very cheerful and welcoming.
Breakfast is OK for the price paid but was cold. Lids on the warming bowls were continuously left open by the staff which seemed an odd practice.

We stayed for 1 night at this hotel, and we enjoyed it. The room is clean, the staff is very polite and helpful, and the design of the hotel is also quite nice.
The only concern that I have, is the Wifi is a kind of slow and the internet kept on disconnected, so it takes quite some time to do things in the internet.

This was my 4th hotel during my bali holiday as I travelled around a bit to different regions. By far this was the best value for money. It was clean, new with all the finer touches you would expect from a much more expensive hotel.
The room, the pool, the food and restaurant were superb.
The entertainment was wonderful.
Most of all the staff were amazing. So polite and friendly and happy to do anything to help.
I stayed in places that cost more but were sadly lacking in comparison.

Fussy Australian travellers amazed!

From check in to checkout our stay was faultless, from the linen to cutlery this hotel is soo stylish! It's only 1yr old. Think Fresh, the staff are so professional yet such darlings. The motto is your home far away from home, it was like staying with beautiful people at their 5 star mansion. Seriously the photos show nothing of the big open warm hotel that this is. Thankyou to Dedy and Nadina Priscella as well.

Great Hotel - Not So Great English

Absolutely no complaints about the hotel! It was modern, clean and everything was in working order. The only downside was communicating with the staff. There were many times that we couldn't get our point across because their English was so poor, which made \"service\" poor sometimes.

My husband and I stayed at the Mahogany for 6 nights. We had a very enjoyable experience. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Although the hotel is located on the busy Nusa Dua by pass when you were in the hotel you were not aware of the outside hustle and noise. Rooms very clean. Beautiful swimming pool but as the hotel is small and very open plan the pool is almost in the lobby or reception area. Even though it was beautiful and clean it was quite public. However, I would recommend it and would stay there again.

The hotel helped make our holiday. The staff are very attentive, efficient and friendly. This is a family owned and run hotel and the staff reflect that strong family feel. Nothing was too much trouble for them and there was a flexibility you don't get in big chain hotels. One evening they produced a special meal for my family and set tables up on the roof terrace and provided us with our personal staff to make it a memorable evening complemented by the menu which was created by the chef specially for the occasion. It is in a good location not far from the shopping and beaches of Nusa Dua but not far from the livelier resorts of Kuta and Seminyak. The hotel is modern and sourced with natural materials of mahogany , marble and granite. The sports bar has 5 big screen satellite TVs which gives access to a whole host of sports. The food is good and the breakfast a good range of Balinese and more traditional breakfasts - although a buffet style they will produce additionally most dishes you might ask for. The hotel provides excellent value for money.

quick stopover on the way back to Singapore, good location only 15 min from the airport. we arrived late so could not use the facilities, and so on.
Easy access to jimbaran beach so we did that for sun set. Overall cheap and cheerfuller stop over.

プールが汚すぎる

部屋の中は、とても掃除が行き届いていて清潔でした。朝御飯は、ビッフェ式で種類は少ないです。スタッフの対応は、とても良く笑顔で対応してくれます。
私達は、206号室に滞在しましたが、201〜205号室のベランダから見えるのは隣のPOPホテルの壁…206は、部屋全面がガラスなので少し遠いですご海も見えました。
残念な点。
プールの底に藻の様な物が有り、水も濁っていて子供たちをプールに入れる事が出来ませんでした。そのまた翌日朝に、プールをみたら水面に真っ白な膜がはっていて、誰もプールに近寄りませんでした。たまたま、汚れていたのか、常に掃除をしないプールなのかわかりませんが、とにかく不衛生です。他が、とても良かったので残念で仕方ありません。
